The app is good for what it is. If it worked it would be fine, however trying to connect to any models then launching it causes it to crash instantly. No options for non mobile either

Ich muss ehrlich sagen ein bisschen Kontra produktiv finde ich das schon. 😅 also alleine weil die Leute lernen 5-6 cm obwohl es von Mensch zu Mensch unterschiedlich ist. Die prägen sich dann aber sowas ein
Deutliche Verbesserung, Danke dafür!
Nachdem ich die vorgänger Version bemängelt und mit einige Funktionen zurück gewünscht habe kann ich nun nach dem Release wieder volle 5 Sterne vergeben. Die App läuft deutlich stabiler, jetzt auch nativ auf dem MacBook (Super!) Das Feedback kann wieder im Detail ausgewertet werden und auch visualisiert werden, das finde ich geraed in der kombination mit dem QCPR Race Top, denn so kann dem Teilnehmer im Anschluss an den Wettkamp seine Leistung genau aufgezeigt und ausgewertet werden. Für mich sind die Laerdal Puppen nach wie vor die besten am Markt, in kombination mit der App bin ich jetzt auch wieder, alls kommerzieller Nutzer, wunschlos glücklich. Danke das Ihr euch die Feedbacks zu Herzen genommen und die App angepasst habt!
15:2 not supported
The app which normally runs very smoothly, refuses to acknowledge any rescue breaths whilst using the new 15:2 protocol. This needs to be fixed asap or the entire setup is rendered obsolete.

Force closes and slow to link
The more and more updates I get, the more I begin to hate these. With the new update it forces close in the middle of a practice session which is embarrassing for this price point. Would be great if you can name the manikins. Sometimes when I have 12 manikins on and everything is named “little”, it’s hard to find what I want. With Red Cross curriculum you a lot of practices require 3 rounds of cpr where the manikins can do either 1 min or 2 mins. With the infant manikins, the babies cry when they feel like it with the auto “cry” off. They also work when you press the button but the cry b4 the button is pressed Infant manikin feel and body movements are not a natural feel compared to the Prestans We need to make these manikins link faster. It’s a hassle with large groups
Needs an Orientation Option
App overall is good. The biggest issue is we A’s instructors use multiple manikins for our classes. I use this app every class. I hook my iPad to a dongle and then to the large TV in my class so my students are able to see their own progress. There REALLY NEEDS TO BE AN UPDATE!! Add an option to change the orientation of the screen, please. So I can set up my TV in a vertical fashion and the tv screen be better populated with the app.
Still waiting for Timeline
QCPR SkillReporter was discontinued back in April in favor of transitioning to QCPR, but it’s October and we’re still waiting for access to the feature that justified the extra expense of the Resusci QCPR manikins. “In depth reporting” isn’t as good as timeline mode. Please hurry with some way to access Timeline mode via an app, even if it’s limited to the tablet version!
Bluetooth permission?
App suddenly asking for Bluetooth permission on iPhone and there’s no option to provide it.

New update doesn’t allow time change on race mode
The new update only allows one minute on race mode. I’ve been using this as a fun team CPR exercise and now only one minute is allowed. Highly disappointed…..
New version not aligned to iOS requirements
This app works well on my newer iPhone and iPad, but I had been using an old iPhone to let students without a phone get the same feedback, but the new version no longer works in iOS 12. Not a big deal because the App Store will compensate and limit the App to the latest version that would work... WRONG. I’m fine with older devices no longer supporting updated apps. But evidently the programmers failed to align the requirements correctly and the version the App Store says would work from the device it was to be used on crashes every time it is opened. Don’t fake making it look accessible; just get the settings right to make it work or be honest and say it won’t.

Awesome but I wish
Love this app great for all students. We teach from students in schools to qualified doctors and nurses for annual refreshers! Just wish it had an option to set a pass mark we would expect and it would then pop up well done pass or unlock next time try to ........
Needs expansion
Expand the number of manikins this can monitor up to 12 and it will be a lot more useful.
Race mode not working
Race mode won’t let us increase the time any more, won’t go beyond 1 minute

Fantastic App and great equipment. I’m using the App with the QCPR Upgrade Kit on a slightly older Little Anne. As an instructor, it’s great to be able to practice and receive feedback on the App, to ensure that I’m demonstrating the techniques correctly to my students. I will be using this App and equipment on my next course and encouraging Learners to download the Learner App.
Doesn’t Open. Update ruined it.
Since the update, the app freezes up. Now it will not even open on my iPad. Very disappointing as I found this out during a class. Made my business look bad.
Great tool
Fantastic app! Great to able to assess learners and save the results. The only function we need is to be able to export the results.
Disappointing
The ads on YouTube look great, but this app falls way short of my expectation that it work as advertised. The app doesn’t always connect with the manikin. I’m impressed when it does. Looks like the manikin is going back. It’s to expensive for something that hasn’t been perfected yet.
Needs a ventilation only mode
This app needs a ventilation only mode for practicing with BVMs, pocket masks, and barrier devices.

Ich nutze das System seit Januar 2018 und erhalte von den Übenden durchweg positive Rückmeldungen. Der objektive Charakter und die Hilfestellung wird sehr geschätzt. Das die App nur in englisch ist stört mich persönlich nicht.

Since my iPad and the application update, crash don’t let me used. Very disappointed. I can evaluate the student with the maniQuin.

Ap stopped working
I have been using this Ap weekly for the past 12 months with no issues, then suddenly about 2 months ago it stopped working. As soon as the mankins are connected I receive st least 6 error messages. I can’t even close the Ap due to an error message. I have been using my IPhone 10 Max since day 1. The current IOS version is 13.3
Update
Since the newest update, this app crashes every time within 20 seconds of compressions starting. AHA requires feedback and we cannot do that when this keeps crashing. Also the feedback babies do not connect well. The app continuously says hand placement is off no matter where you place your hand.

Die APP erhöht den Trainingserfolg meiner Teilnehmer deutlich. Leider versteht nicht jeder das englische Feedback. Ich würde mir eine deutsche Version dieser APP wünschen!
No connection
I get very poor connection with my phone and iPad is not even a year old. The blue tooth light flashes blue on mannequin. Connected once but not since. Downloaded the learner app connects to booth phone and iPad for my classes.
Overview Screen
We use the app for ACLS training too. App looses connection to the manikin when switching to another app. Would be great if it would work in the backgorund. So we could use only one iPad for simulation and cpr feedback. For professional users a screen with an overview of the whole cpr would be great. For example columns for each compression (green correct, red incorrect). With this you could recognize low performance parts (e.g. while doing acls interventions).
Super App!
App macht was Sie soll, die Implementierung des Rennens ist super und bringt Spaß in meine Trainings. Eine Sache wäre noch wünschenswert: Splitscreen-Funktion wäre gerade in Verbindung mit der ShockLink App super!

Great App and Product
Fantastic App and Great Feedback. Please can the app be amended for Landscape Display as when displayed on large screen via Apple TV it’s only in portrait mode unless doing a race! Would still like to see the ability to export results, maybe a PDF or image or even share with learner by entering email address?
Battery icon is larger than speedometer
We’re trying to use this in class but the icons in each window are inappropriately sized. The top half of each manakins window is filled with the name of the manakin, time, and battery icon. Speaking of the battery icon, it’s the same size as the depth indicator icon. The compression speedometer is the smallest thing on the screen. On our 46” screen the speedometer is about the size of a nickel. Not really easy for the students to see. Even the lung icon is bigger than the speedometer. As any instructor will tell you, most students pump too fast. They mostly pump deep enough and can give effective breaths. But their speed is the biggest thing instructors need to control. If Laerdal can remedy the icon size issue this app would almost be perfect. What would make it perfect? It would be great if you could rotate your phone to landscape position to display the app over more real estate of the connected TV instead of the current little slice down the middle. Fix the icons and provide landscape capabilities and this app would be 5 stars.
Doesn’t rotate
This is such a great training aid. But it doesn’t rotate left or right on my iPad. Please fix this. I’d like to be able to display what’s happening without the fear of breaking my iPad trying to prop it up
Great app for helping learners
I have used the app for about a month and it is great to be able to give specific feedback to a learner. It helps identify areas for improvement as well as demonstrating the need to change to a second rescuer as quality of CPR deteriorates.

Useful tool
Set up our 3 manikins this week ready to begin our training journey. Only query with the app is the renaming process - you can only number the manikins in the app - it’s a shame they you can’t name them fully. Other than that though the tool is great for providing learner feedback, improvement and for demonstrating that CPR by one person is less affective over time.

Works on my phone with iOS 10 but my older iPad only runs 9.3. Support says 9 or later but it still won't work when it used to. Specifically it says I need to turn on Bluetooth when it's already on.

Die App ist soweit funktional und macht was versprochen wurde, allerdings wäre es schön wenn sich die Ansicht mit dem drehen eines IPads auch anpassen würde von Hochformat auf Querformat. Das sollte ja machbar sein.
