Need to Pay twice
It’s not enough for you to buy their hardware the want you to pay a subscription to be able to sync with health app. I see how the developers patronize users who mention the subscription, development costs bla bla. I will go back and leave review on the hardware side and maybe if the start losing sales they might get the message.
Not automatically recording BP on app
After pairing for Bluetooth, the initial BP reading was recorded, but it hasn’t worked since.

No longer syncs
The only thing I used this so for is HealthKit syncing and now it doesn’t work without a subscription AND the creation of an account. I can understand the subscription if that has been the model all along. But literally nothing about what I need this software to do has changed except now I have to pay per month. But what really gets me is creating an account. Why??? In what world do I need someone to have access to my health data in a way that can be linked back to me??? There is zero need for this. I just switched phones and all of my old data came right along just fine. There is no use case for identity or cloud data. And you certainly don’t need an account to do the one thing most people want: move data from device to HealthKit.
This is my first use.
I was disappointed to see I couldn’t indicate whether the blood pressure reading was being taken on my left arm or my right arm, those readings are always different. Also, what if I had a particularly salty lunch that day Or I had exercised late before, it would be nice to be able to indicate that in a note. Otherwise it works well. Thanks for an otherwise great app.
Not free trial
I wanted to trial the app but to sync with Apple health data I always need the premium version. And I only see five metrics on offer within the paid sync.

Тонометр Omron M4. Каждый раз при измерении давления синхронизируются данные. Проблема в том что приложение синхронизирует данные ОБОИХ пользователей, а не того пользователя который выбран в тонометре переключателем. В итоге смысла в такой синхронизации данных нет! Научите плиз ваше приложение различать пользователей тонометра и забирать с тонометра данные только одного пользователя.

Pay to sync with Apple Health?!?
For years I was able to sync data with Apple Health, which I could then share with my doctor. This feature was included in the purchase of the hardware, as is the case with most other health apps. Now, for reasons I can only assume have to do with gouging the customer after the purchase, to do this requires the “Premium” subscription, costing $5.99/month. This is absurd - I will be shopping for a new monitor immediately that includes this basic data sync. It will be cheaper in the long run.
Lot of Bugs
Program has a lot of potential; especially when they fix a bug that prevents start-up and access to it. Well featured for someone needing to record basic BP readings.
Free level tracks blood pressure and exports data
I’m glad I found this app! It allows me to track blood pressure and heart rate very easily! And it allows easy export so I can send it to my doctor without a hassle or signing up for a service I don’t want or need and avoid a privacy risk.
History unreliable.
Don’t relay on this app to retain your history. I suddenly lost 3 months of history. Missing days from 3/18-6/10 overnight. I have a cardiologist appt this week and now I can only show a week or so of history vs 4+ months. I was counting on this app and it failed a simple function.
dump the Omron app
after years of frustration with Omron app I stumbled upon this app and I am amazed at the simplicity and ease of use of it… would like to see the ability to display monthly and weekly bp averages in a chart… thanks for a bp monitor app that doesn’t contribute to hypertension

Bluetooth Spotty
Only this device has issues connecting to my iPhone. Most of the time I have to manually add the data to the APP. Graphics are great 5* but consistency in communication 1*.
Accurate
Same as in doctor’s office. Good investment.Connects to phone easily and has great numerics for determining blood pressure medication needs.Chart is very helpful with high, low and averages of daily, monthly and yearly readings.
No apple health sync in free version
This is just a bad move to hide apple health sync behind the paywall!
A suggestion
On the readings list pages, add the day of the week. As in Monday, August 21, 2023 instead of just August 21, 2023. Btw, the iPad can be used in landscape mode but the app does transition to landscape mode. Thanks. Added after response… Thank you
Works well, but deceived us
I bought Firstmed BP monitor from Amazon so mainly for logging my BP to apple healthkit. This app worked well at first and then sadly after an update, apple sync became a paid feature. It’s a shame!
Nice app but…..
I bought my First Med machine from Amazon as it was advertised to sync with Apple Health from the app. I was so pleased it did this as soon as I loaded the app and started testing. A couple of weeks later an update to the app stopped it working and now I have to pay for a feature that was included. That part I’m not happy with. I’m have not checked on Amazon since then but I hope that feature has been removed as it was the main reason I went for it.

Have to pay a subscription to sync with Apple Health. I should have purchased a BP monitor that will sync for free.
Excellent app.
Easiest I have used for manual input. Only improvement I would like to see is more visual difference between selected and unselected icons at end of entry. Pale blue vs pale grey is not really different. Maybe use emojis instead. Also remembering the last icons selected would be nice. Its an annoyance to have to seletct the same 4 icons after every reading. If those improvements were provided it would be 5 star.

Easy to navigate and enter readings, easily syncs with my Omron. Displays averages and history in a few different ways.
Horrible company
You could sync with Apple Health, after the update you need to pay. What a terrible company. Update: they contacted me saying that since I am loyal customer I can get a discount. I am sorry, you UNILATERALLY changed the terms and think that sending an email with a lousy discount will make me change my review? I would remove the 1 star if I could. I deleted their app and I hope nobody will subscribe for their service.

Formerly free features paywalled
I appreciate this app for its ability to sync with my BP monitor, and for not requiring an account. Until recently, it was a five-star app for me. However, one of its essential features is Apple Health sync. This used to be a basic feature of the app, and is now paywalled behind their Premium subscription service. That’s frustrating for long-time users. I understand that maintaining an app takes money, but I don’t want to use their cloud service, so asking me to pay a recurring subscription with tons of cloud features I don’t need just to sync with Apple Health on my own device is very annoying. I’m happy to pay, just not the same price cloud users pay on a recurring basis for a local feature that has very little expense for the developer (since it’s already been implemented for years). Till out a one-time in-app purchase allowing Apple Health sync and this will be five stars for me again!
Connection to Oxiline pro
Sometimes works sometimes it doesn’t. Sync with apple health is also sporadic. I purchased the premium which solved nothing. I still don’t recommend it.
Elegant
Was looking for a simple app to record and track BP. Tried about 6 different apps. I found this one to be more intuitive than most and liked the keyboard entry significantly better than the scroll wheel versions. I did like the ability to check “no change” in overall health assessment available in another app, but not enough to switch apps.
Bait and switch
This app was free for years and they have now added a very expensive subscription for the feature that most people used the app for. Look elsewhere. What a scam.

Was a happy user of this app for a while - clean interface, simple functionality, Apple Health sync. Now the Apple Health sync is locked away behind the premium subscription, and I’m looking for an alternative. Disappointed but maybe not surprised.
User manual
Hi, I just got an Ocxiline x pro bp monitor and downloaded the app. The app seems fine, but I have a bit of trouble to reliably record my measurements. Is there some kind of user guide. I am on iOS. If I could understand better how to work it, I’ll be happy to upgrade the stars. Thanks.
Great app with conditional functions
It is a good application and mostly does what it is supposed to. I like the graphics: self-explanatory chart, easy to navigate around, calculates averages of BB for the day, and a few more options. Unfortunately, it will not sync readings to Apple Health unless you purchase a subscription. I understand the developer has financial obligations, but the medical records belong to the user, and Apple Health is free. I would not pay for a subscription to transfer data from one app to another or share the readings with the provider, certainly not by making monthly payments. I guess manual input is an option. I give it five stars because I like the app and its design. Works very well with Oxiline Blood Monitor X Pro.
Apple Health integration now a paid feature
MedM BP app version >= 3.0.264 syncs with Apple Health for Premium subscribers only. Subscription costs approximately $6/month or $36/year, varying by region. I’m sad the only feature I use in this app is now paid. I can’t afford another subscription, so will have to look for a different app. I would be happy to do a one-time purchase to support the developers, but the value is not worth an ongoing subscription.
Needs option
I choose this App because Omron wants acess to my personal info for me to download BP data. I haven’t been using this long, but so far everything is working as expected. I do have an enhancement request I tested my wife’s BP as user 2, unfortunately that also downloaded to my phone. IMHO people track only their own health & exercise data on their phones. The enhancement request is to allow the user to select the user data to download from the tester or a quick data item delete to prevent data history “contamination”.
All my BP settings were deleted !

Not sure why, but doesn’t sync to Apple Health when installed on an iPad. Works great on iPhone.

Generally functional with the cheap BP cuff I bought. No Apple Health integration, which is disappointing. No, I don’t want to sign up for your custom cloud storage.
Good not great
Whilst the promise of the app along with associated Bluetooth device was a great idea it fails at the last hurdle. The BP app intermittently syncs with the Apple Health app - I want all my data in one place so it’s easier to review. This has put me off buying more devices. Richard
