Stopped Working
Update: the app bug has been fixed and my device is working. However, I have lost the ability to take facial pictures. I have also lost my pictures that I had saved. Tried contacting support but broken link😢 Love this little device but it stopped working one day by no longer recognizing the device head. Contacted customer support and was told it was an app issue. Three weeks later it still doesn’t work.
Useless app now
Why would they take the routines off the app? Now it’s just some lagging shopping app. Wish I purchased a different device. Had been using the mini + for a while and just bought a wand at Marshall’s. Now I know why it was there. Disappointed in the YouTube videos. They need to bring back the routines and Bluetooth

What have you done to the app?!
I’ve had my trinity+ for maybe 2 years and enjoyed using the app, saving treatments and easily following along. It’s maybe been a year since I used the device and decided to start using again so I download the app and find it beyond useless. The treatment page is blank. The home page says find you treatments but clicking on it essentially opens the website within the app. You can watch a video but it’s not the same step by step guide you got before. I don’t understand how you’re supposed to log usage if there are no treatments to save and follow?… plus as others have said the upselling is really annoying.
Hard to connect / before and after photos
My app use to rake before and after photos it was really easy to do. Now I cannot get it to connect and will not take photos . So frustrating.
This is so cool
Day 1 obsessed!!! Thank you Black Friday for making this a possibility. :) I have the trinity device and I’m starting to use it at the age of 24 with retinol and a red light mask. Hopefully in 10 years I’ll still look 20!
Useless app
The app used to help with daily routines and even marked them on a calendar, but now they recommends you look for routines on YouTube or the NuFace website… making the app useless.

Useless
It sounds like there isn’t a glitch or error in the most recent update, but that the app is now intentionally designed to be useless. It’s not supposed to pair with the device anymore, and there are no more guided routines. What is the point of the app then? And what about the consumers who felt that the app was a selling point in the decision to purchase the device?
Not more progress pictures
Very disappointed that the picture before and after is not longer available on my app ? Why?
Great variety
It makes doing my routine so much easier as I can follow along. The variety of different routines to choose is great too. I feel I get better results using the app.
Useless app
Full of ads, and short clips rather than full instructions videos. Absolutely worthless!
I can’t open the treatment page.
I’ve recently downloaded the update of the Nuface app but when I click on the 15 minute facial treatment it takes me as far as the page where you put the gel on your neck and when I try to proceed to the treatment video there’s no attachment at the bottom of the page for me to click onto to progress forward! I live in the uk and have been using your old version of this app with no problems! 🤷♀️
The app keeps failing every time I use it
I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app every time I want to use it because it keeps wanting me to swap my facial trainer for the lip and eye attachment. I don’t even have the lip and eye attachment I hope they resolve this issue with the app soon. It’s a huge inconvenience
Technical issues
I’ve had my device for less than a month and already I’ve had two technical issues with the app. TWICE the app doesn’t recognize my device for over a week. I call tech support and they can’t even give a timeframe as to when the issue will be fixed. I find it very disappointing for such an expensive product.

why would you guys take away the bluetooth attachment on the app. kills the whole point of the device. i don’t like this they need to fix it now or i want my money back!!

App stopped working
The app is hung up on a prompt to switch out heads on the device. I have switched them and the prompt does not go away. If you x out of that prompt, it stops the treatment video. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and it still doesn’t work
Early days
Starting to use nuface to try to lift sagging jowls and cheeks.
This works!
You have to do this regularly and it’s best to use the app to guide you, but you will get results
Useless, $300 wasted, paying customers disregarded
Removing the ability to pair via Bluetooth and moving the guided routines to your website and elsewhere is a very bad business decision. Some of the Bluetooth guided and paired routines contained frequency changes during the routine (or so the technician said) to enhance the treatment on different zones of the face. How can that happen now that the device is un-paired?!! Terrible, terrible business decision made without considering your client community who spent $100s of dollars for these devices. The people who made this decision destroyed your company. Why?!!
International users
Please enable a setting to change to the user’s time zone. When I set the treatment time, it follows US’ dates which is a day behind where I live.
App does not recognize attachment
App thinks that I have the lip attachment on all the time. It doesn’t recognize when I switch the attachment. Therefore, I can’t do any of the other treatments.
Good gadget, not so good app
I’ve had this device for several months now and downloaded the app as it’s not really possible or practical to have the device on its own as the app has (apparently) all the info on how to use it and get the best from it. I’ve had mediocre success with the app for several reasons; it either takes forever to show the treatment or it stops downloading the treatment clip altogether. When it does successfully download it takes an age to get there. I feel it’s disingenuous to say a treatment takes 22 minutes when, in reality, it takes more like 50 because the treatment takes several minutes just to download. In addition, the time taken to access the treatment clip means you often have to reapply the gels and lotions because they’ve begun to dry out in the time it takes to get to the beginning of the treatment. I think the only remedy for me personally is to let the app run through the treatments while screen recording the clips so I’m not spending almost an hour on something that should take much less time than that. If only it were as accessible as YouTube!

Why can’t I set a routine!!
Great piece of kit, really works if you’re consistent. So it would be great to use the routine feature to ensure I don’t forget to use it, but sadly every time you set one up it promptly disappears. Surprised it still hasn’t been addressed - plenty of people on the internet are saying the same thing. Come on, you charge enough for the equipment to invest a bit in a decent working app!
Needs an update
This app used to be great but it hasn’t worked correctly since iOS 26.2.1. The app doesn’t recognize when the attachments are changed when using the treatment plans and therefore it’s unusable. Please fix this! We have two Trinity plus smart devices which work fine but the treatment plans don’t work at all now

Орошение приложение с разными видами массажа. К разнообразности техник конечно есть вопросы но к самому приложению нет. Все работает исправно и быстро. Единственный минус при смене устройства (iPhone) история не переноситься.
Useful Feature Removed
NuFACE removed the ability to log offline treatments without communicating the change to current users. The treatment logging feature is the only reason I used the app, so I will be removing it.
App blocks device pairing
This app has knocked my device off of pairing with it for the second time today. The first time, I voluntarily updated the app. This time, the app updated itself. I would never have voluntarily updated this app because the updates are never improvements on the app or functioning of the device and it always causes a problem. Now I have to spend days trying to pair it again. The first time this happened I spent hours troubleshooting on the phone with customer service and on my own. In the end, doing a factory reset worked (which was my idea), but this time it didn’t. Nuface needs to stop forcing updates and to stop putting all the app exclusives behind the pairing function if you cannot make it work 100 percent of the time. Again, this app remains confusing and not that helpful after two updates, both of which have reduced the functionality of the device for me and will take me hours to debug. I might even have to send the device back. What is the point of this? All of the features could be made available without device pairing.
Unnecessary Pop Ups
Way too many unnecessary pop ups to close before starting a treatment. Otherwise, I enjoy the actual guided treatments.
Not connecting with app
I love my nu face mini using around a’year and can see the changes . But it’s not connecting true Bluetooth anymore not connecting true the app ,I try to restart and everything what I can do Device is perfectly working but not connecting. The sad part is no one reply on email no one reply on chat bot I’m trying to reach out since two month zero response .
Treatments Gone
I have this app on two different devices. I tried to update it. However, the treatments are gone and the app is useless now. Would you please add them back? Thank you.
Updated App not working properly
I’m having same issue as KathyKev. And I don’t think NuFACE understand what theyre trying to explain. There is a fault with the app. When the screen tells you to ‘change attachment’ the continue button is only barely visible at the bottom. When you eventually manage to press continue you can’t then move beyond the ‘apply your microcurrent and switch on page’. Such a shame because the old version of the app worked perfectly fine. Please sort

I love my device however the app is underwhelming. The most recent updates state there should be a new trinity+ complete workout however it’s not there. One workout is listed as 15 mins long when it’s the identical to another which is 11 mins long. I appreciate there are only so many ways to use the device but I would expect a few more different suggestions/workouts

No matter what I try cannot get nu face to pare with my phone or iPad. Has anyone else had this problem?
Tutorial videos don’t have sound
Why doesn’t the sound work with the tutorial videos? I’ve taken the videos off mute and turned the volume up but it doesn’t make any difference. I’ve also tried and deleting and downloading the app again.
After update data disappeared
After update all the treatment videos are gone. And all the favorites along them
Constantly crashing!
It’s nice enough when it works but it crashes so often that it’s often unusable. I my either just crashes completely and you can’t access the app all or you can’t access and start the videos, as the “start treatment “ button doesn’t work. I’ve contacted customer service before and heard no reply- that’s very disappointing and frustrating! Please improve!!!
Love the tutorial videos but routine set up doesn’t work
I have tried many times to set up a routine with reminders for treatments. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work and every time I submit my routine, the App crashes and it shuts down...
