Worst app
I tried to order food and the order went through. I paid for it and everything was okay until they decided to call me and say oh we cant deliver there it wont be delivered. And guess where I got the refund amount? Bhoj walletβ¦. Paid using eswea if I cant get my food delivered what will I do with that money on the same apps wallet? Next time please make it clear while ordering that the delivery is not possible so that my money is not wasted and I am not forced to use this useless service again.

the rice packaging was very poor, spilled all over the bag. very disappointed. the other item was packaged with cling film very nicely.

Unacceptable customer service
I ordered food for my fiancΓ©e but it was not delivered to her location. Instead, they instructed her to walk for 20 minutes, which is unacceptable customer service. Shame on you.

There is no option for customers to connect directly to the resturant or rider before the order pickup , there should be. Options for that like swiggy or zomaton in india. And other thing order gets 2-2 hr delay they should fix this

How the app is based on my use
This app is one of the best apps from which I can order from my home based on my area. I have tried foodmandu but due to their reach in certain areas I was disappointed and I switched to this app. Thanks for the service and free snaks/deals which comes from the app appreciate the efforts that you guys are doing.
Never using this Scam again
I am done with this app and these people who call themselves a developer who make such a stupid app. I am charged for something from my bank account yet bhoj doesnβt even registers the order history. Never using this junk again
User interface can be much better

Orders take time to get confirmed and food from 15 minutes away takes 90 minutes or more to reach. Bad service.

It says food will be delivered in 45min and everytime it takes around 1 to 2hrs and never got warm food. Support system are not good please fix this asap nobodyβwants to wait this long.

Bad custumer service
I order food once then they said that food will take more then expected time so they get food from another place and charge me extra then they didnβt refund that old one amount I talk to customer service they said that amount will be refunded in 6 to 7 days till date itβs been over 1 month .

Worst packaging from 5 star hotel Radison
Radisson terrace garden food is fine but the packaging was the worst . Food was spilling all over the bag. Which seems bit weird from a 5 star hotel standard. Paying the premium price, this is really unacceptable. Good luck in future. I am not ordering anymore. This was my 5th and last. @bhoj pls keep this in mind.
Very Bad App
I order it from aboard. The order was placed in different location. And also the contact number was changed while i was ordering. But the order was placed for my primary address and the primary number. This app is dumb. Guess when orders lands in some unexpected place. This is so frustrating.

No phone number no delivery
I create an account without a Nepalese number. I order and pay, but then 40min later I see that my order is on hold since I received an email. It really starting to get late so I cancel then order. I just didnβt received my payment back and I donβt see it anywhere in the app. Wow now I need to manage this whole thing. Donβt use if you donβt have a local number.
