4 clicks to make one order fulfilled.
Marking an order as “Fulfilled” takes 4 clicks in different parts of the screen. It’s not streamlined- it’s a constant pain when you do this all day. Feels designed by engineers, not for real Warehouse work.

Not sure what I expected for free
Good for tracking products, but not good for actual inventory because I need to be able to scan a barcode in real time and either add or subtract from my current stock and this can’t do this or I haven’t been able to find out how so then it would not be too user-friendly. I’ve been searching for at least the last 20 minutes. I would not recommend the product if you just need a simple inventory manager, that records, the name of the product and then can tally up or tally down.

I am disappointed as this app doesn't have the feature to upload XLSX file for inventory list which even cheaper applications do have. Please update if you have any info on this.

Product images disappear
I’ve been using zoho products for a long time now. This one is also really good to be honest. One thing that can be a minor bug or something is that the product images in items tab stop showing while you’re using the app. Please fix it.
Missing many features
I like Zoho inventory, and find the app very useful. But there are many features missing. Please improve
App crashes when trying to scan item
App Seems to crash when it captures the barcode. Seems to be promising but not quite there yet :-(

This app is one of the best that you could get to keep up with day to day sales and inventory!!
Annoying
Imagine lol. When you try to create an account on the app it says « please enter the captcha » but there’s no captcha. And check you go on a laptop you can’t even change the country code to receive a text message. So basically I am on holiday in Belgium but I don’t have a Belgian number so I can’t create an account neither on my iPhone nor on my browser. That’s senseless. You just lost a client
Easy to Use
Zoho is easy to use on a mobile device. It has a few quirks, but overall a solid app. I like that it is available for both Android and iPhone. A few tips and tricks helped me work more efficiently when adding items. For example, if you log in to your account on a computer, you can delete some of the Units values, so you’ll have a much shorter list in the app. And if you keep forgetting which SKU you used last, simply copy it, then paste it into your next item and add 1.

Not sure why you can’t generate a barcode with an inventory app. For businesses that are just starting out that would be a great idea to have available and keep your service
Works well but online works better
The app works, but the online browser works much better. This app is designed for all touch screen devices but you can barley click on anything. The online browser you can click on so many parts of what your looking at and it takes you there. On this app it doesn’t give you nearly the same tools or options the online browser does. I have an iPad and its easier to just go on safari to the website. I can do way more there than on the app. That doesn’t make sense.

Zoho stole my money
I have thousands of dollars missing from a customer that payed a zoho invoice. After weeks of calling, emailing and contacting zoho chat, I still dont have the money. I will be closing my zoho account soon and I recommend you avoid them at all cost. There is no support.
Great app but has issues.
Except it often happens that when we mark a transfer order as transferred, it shows as transferred on the app, but on website, is still showing as “in transit”.
Too complicated
After using twice it stopped working and asking some email confirmations and passwords not able to run app

New update crashes every time i try and switch to a new page. Please update soon I use this every day multiple times a day. Thank you.

After spending a great deal of time, and attempting multiple times over a number of days just to log in through the NON-Functional OneAuth app (security WALL), and no usable assistance from Zoho Support, I still cannot log in to try this app. (I like Zoho Notebooks and have no problems with it on multiple platforms.) I’m definitely *not* a “newbie” to apps, having taught computer applications at the high school, community college, and university levels for 22 years. If you can’t get past OneAuth or “log in a different way” (which doesn’t work), you’ll never know if this app is worth anything. If I can’t access an app after so much time and so many attempts to do so, it’s worthless.
Need to modify to make a truly great app. This may do it.
I work in a fast paced environment and to have to stop to manually type in a upc ain’t gonna work! I have all the info I need printed n the labels, upc, noun, ws and retail price, ui, manf part num or vendor num, demand lvl. ALL BARCODE, ALL READABLE. Need to make all fields able to scan barcodes, and have the ability to narrow the field of focus for the camera so it doesn’t pick out erroneous data when not needed. Also, in price field include auto option for decimal point to be added if adding manually. (Time saver) need to auto tab from field to field.
Almost impossible to sign in
A lot of the links don’t work. The QR code is invalid.

It will be more great if having Vietnamese language.

This is the best app ever, wish it had a few features but all in all it’s amazing!
Very complicated to use
Very complex app, I can’t open on my computer. To add new vendors on the phone is really complicated.

Needs work. A lot of it.
Price list option doesn’t work as it pops an error message. If you don’t a customer, you cannot add an item as with out a customer, the tax option doesn’t show up and without tax, the item doesn’t add. If you save the SO once, and then try and edit or add new items, the tax option doesn’t operate making it invalid to use again. So overall, rather carry my laptop around.
Love Zoho but this needs some work
I would love to see what marketplace the sales orders are coming into. I would also like to have inventory notifications turned off via mobile app. It’s one thing to set inventory to automatically adjust every 30-60 minutes but getting notified via app is annoying.

Soho, I've use tons of app on the market, and I’ve tried many of them; by far, this was the best; the only issue I’m having is invoice can’t print another character than English, try to use mandarins but won’t print, please fix this, Is going to help a lot for Chinese clientele.
No control over employee accounts
Because a former employee linked their account with another Zoho app, I can’t delete them. Unacceptable!
Love this software
I travel a lot and when I am in front of customers I can look at history or items and give them instant information.

We have recently downloaded Zoho One, and everything is perfect. More interaction, work just made easy and simple.
Old interface
The interface is old. No way to actually easily view inventory. No way to scan a barcode and search like that either.
Not Complete
It doesn’t have all the features like the website such as creating an invoice and other features.

Not user friendly
Not user friendly at all, no way to delete sales or orders in case of mistake. Once it’s made, you’re stuck with it
Serial number tracking missing
Cannot add serial numbers to items as in web. Would be awesome to be able to scan SN using phone’s camera.
Need More Features
Need more information on items. 1: Warehouse inventory count 2: Custom Fields from items 3: Need Inventory Location 4: Barcode Scanner to search products

Sorry I couldn’t subscribe as I couldn’t find a way to tell the system where is the item location. We also need pick lists that tell the picker where the items are. Doesn’t make sense to have an inventory management that makes people scouring 100s bins/shelf’s to find the correct items.
