porn ads in app
The game itself i love but the ads when you start the game open to porn sites. I accidentally tapped on one and opened it in front of my kid.
Better filtering would be nice
Overall quite good, but I wish filtering functionality were better. It’s not clear how the filter toggle buttons interact—it would be great to have explicit include/exclude or and/or control. I would also love to be able to filter size by one dimension. On mobile, I much prefer tall/narrow puzzles to short/wide, and I’m not aware of any way to specify that (such as max width). A second-best capability would be a rotate/transpose option.
Why can't edit the toolbar?
It used to possible to customise the toolbar but now the option in the menu is just gone.

Best nonogram app
First, it’s a great app. Challenging — you can pick your difficulty — and fun, with lots of content. No doubt good for my brain. They do a great job with ads. Ads are fine; the developers deserve to make a profit. Too many apps allow ads you can’t delete or are replaced by more ads. (I’ve uninstalled enough of them.). Not here. The ages are short — so much so that I actually watch them — and do not interrupt play. It’s almost like they want you to enjoy the program.
Too many Temu ads
The ads are nothing but Temu which I can’t stand anymore. I got a virus because of those ads. Get rid of all of them right now!
Nearly perfect
Great variety of puzzles and levels of complexity. I was happy to pay for full version and I use my Apple Pencil to accurately tap on the squares. On the larger grids it would be helpful if I could tap on one row/column and the whole line be highlighted so it’s easier to count/mark the squares.

Really good game but latest update…
I love this game and really helps me relax. However I have come across some bugs in the last few days. For some reason the game crashes when I open it. I have closed and opened it and uninstalled which helped temporarily nut then it wipes all my settings so I have to redo all the settings so it matches my play style. Why can’t this be linked to your account? Please fix these issues because I really enjoy this game
Wonderful app!
Great controls for those that love Nonograms. The ability to customize colors is wonderful—I use it to increase contrast between similar colors. The abundance of note taking tools: arrow tool to assist counting, multiple symbols to mark possibilities, color dots, etc.
Broken
Ads don’t close. They lock up and the app has to be hard closed, then reopened. Ad rewards not awarded. Even worse, it opens to an ad, so you can’t get past it to the game. Completely broken.

The Best
I never write reviews, but I’ve enjoyed this game so much that I had to recommend it. - It has features you didn’t even know you needed. - The pictures actually look like what’s advertised. - You can start with any level you want, rather than being forced to progress from easy to hard. - There is one brief ad before you start a puzzle—ads do not interrupt the puzzle while you’re working on it. - I don’t know how many puzzles there are, but it must be hundreds. - Most of the puzzles are by belko61, but there is another section with puzzles by other authors. If you find a puzzle style you like, you can find the name of the author and sort to find other puzzles by the same person. I just look for more by belko61, who is a real artist.

I have been playing this game for ages now, but in the last couple days I’ve found that the music for an ad will play, even though the ad doesn’t show. It’s always the same ad as well. Thx
I used to love this app
I use to love this app but then my phone broke. Now I have an iPhone so the guild is no longer available for me.
Best Nonogram App
This is the best monogram app I’ve used! It has great controls for large puzzles on small screens and an abundance of puzzles to try. And it’s all free! You’ll be hooked
Bad design
Puzzles are too small and are therefore awkward. “Hints” keep taking you back to the same box. One puzzle I did was indicating an error that clearly was not. The column did not match the row; a lot of time wasted for nothing.
Great, but one problem
This app is great and I play it every day, but when an ad pops up, it pauses my music, which I understand, but it doesn’t unpause it again when the ad is done. If I mute the ad, it starts my music again, but once the ad is done, my music pauses again. It’s small and simply inconvenient.

Love this but….
This is my go to app, been using it for years, love it and appreciate all the work that goes into it by the contributors but since the last IOS update it’s been driving me mad. When I don’t finish a puzzle and have to use the back button I’m scrolled back to the top of the list. if I’m working my way through my favourites and want to abandon a puzzle there I go, back to the top of the list. I’m having to furiously scroll down to find where I was. Is it just me?

Better on Android
I love this app, but I prefer it on my android. I love having quests and things to work toward rather than just the puzzles and the adventure and story is cute and fun. I find that I miss that in this version, but the puzzles are great

This was the first Nonogram I have played. I’ve tried others but this one, Katana, is the best.

Great game
I love this game, so much better than doing it in a book where you have t run you mistakes out and get pencil on your hands. The hints are also really helpful but i haven’t been able to get any extras by watching an ad, the app just freezes.

No guild on iOS!
I love this game and have been playing for about 5 years, it’s the best app for Nonograms game with an infinite range of puzzles and levels of difficulty. However, I just switched to iPhone and am absolutely gutted to discover the guild does not exist on iOS! I’ve unwittingly left my almost-completed guild behind, which had become one of my favourite parts of the game :’(

Nonograms Katana
I do like this but it would be so much better if there was sound. Sometimes you catch the squares unintentionally and you don’t know that you have. If there was sound, this would prevent mistakes and also make it so much more enjoyable.
No need to include pictures of guns
Good app, enjoy the puzzles but some of the pictures are unnecessary -for example a gun and bullets
This is the one you want
It’s got a ton of puzzles, use features, and options, and praise the devs, adverts are rare. It may look a bit more cut and dry than the overly UI edited options but it’s so much better. No more adverts after every puzzle, no waiting for coins or hearts or tokens so you can play the next puzzle, and none of that instant wrong mark when you have the wrong tool active (there is a setting that will emulate that if you want it. Anyway, this is it. Get this app, be happy with your puzzles
disturbing
had a sw*stika as one of the first puzzles?? I feel like that is something that is way too easy to recognize and avoid for it to make it to the final product. Never written a review on here before but personally I think it’s just too disturbing to not warn people about.
Great Nonogram app
Great app, lots of puzzles to keep me busy. Only complaint is that the buttons at the bottom when solving puzzles are a bit small.

The game itself is ok but it’s disappointing that the iPhone version doesn’t allow me to continue with the guild and when I asked if there were plans for the guild to be included on iPhones I was told no 😞
