Viu is the best just one issue for people in Australia.
I love Viu so much it has drama’s I can’t even watch for free on other streaming platforms. But the only issue with it is that Viu Korea and Viu Asia has all of the best drama’s and on Viu Australia we don’t get that we only get a few of the drama’s but I still love it so much and I would recommend for someone who doesn’t want to pay for a subscription and just want to watch for free please do yourself a favour and install it🩷.
USELESS SUBSCIRPTION
I downloaded a lot just so I don’t have to use wifi (it’s limited in my area) SO WHY IS IT THAT I CAN’T PLAY MY DOWNLOADED VIDEOS unless otherwise connected to a wifi???????

Remove the ads!
I paid premium so I can watch without having the ads pop out. For whatever it is it not the case right now. Please remove it else I will cancel my subscription.
Great but
There too many ads , I love how I can watch whatever I want but the problem is the ads
Shamimah
From romantic dramas to thrillers, Viu has a wide selection that suits every mood
No 1 ep of free download
Ads is way too long, and download function only for premium user, used to be 1 download for free users

Why is there no 1.5x/2x speed option?
App is all good, but I hope they are able to include options for video playback speed .. all the other major platforms have it so not sure why they still do not have this option ..
nice streaming
An excellent streaming service featuring diverse regional content. The app offers easy navigation and superior streaming stability.

Lack of Video Speed Function
The app is good but it will be great if there’s an option for us to control the video speed (similar to youtube’s playback speed option), especially for premium users.

PIP
PIP not working in IPhone 13 Pro Max. So frustrating.
viu
Viu is great for watching Asian (especially Korean) content legally. The interface is smooth, and subtitles are always well-timed. The offline download feature is super handy when I travel.
20 sec ad + 30 sec ad both unskippable and concurrently ad is diabolical

Missing ‘continue watching’ subheader
Recently ‘continue watching’ sub header is missing, it came back after 1-2 weeks after an update, however i updated the app today and it turns out that the sub header goes missing again. Please make sure to continue to use ‘continue watching’ sub header like other platforms.
review
Love this app for K-dramas and variety shows! High-quality and easy to use. 🎥💛
Notification doesn’t go away
I dislike the technical issue where unread notifications are there even after reading the notifications.

The worst connection in the MRT train
While im using all apps everything connect well except for VIU. I cant watch anything while in the moving train especially when next episode need to load first. there's no speed advance to watch the drama even with the premium membership, hope there's additional for that si I can fast forward a little bit to catch other show
ultimate favv!!!
My most favorite app to watch k dramas!!!!
Lousy App. Waste money!
Cannot open this app on any of my TV devices. Keeps saying App is not compatible with my TV devices. It works fine before and after updating the App, I can’t open it at all. Waste my subscription money as I’m not able to watch anything now. Updating the app should improve the user experience but you guys make it worse!
Unable to pop out for Facebook
I tried to open the Facebook as the login and unable to get through due of Safari can’t open the page because too many redirects occured in iPad but my iPhone can get through. I wonder can fix this matter so that i can try it again. Overall, it’s good but only this matter can solve this issue.
I don’t really like
Although there is many choices there is more ads than choices i personally prefer to watch on TV but i need to pay some more we cant sign in on the TV so its pretty useless ☹️😓
Why can’t my viu used on my phone
I have been using viu before 2020 so technically been using it for almost 10 years but why is it suddenly it says my viu is not available in my country yet???? LIKE HELLO IM IN SINGAPORE OKAY IT REALLY FRUSTRATED ME ATP
Worth it for drama fans
I got Premium after binge-watching here, and it’s so worth it for me! The video quality is top-notch with full HD, unlimited offline downloads, and the updates come super fast so I can always catch up on the latest dramas and my running man episode.
Trash app
So much advertisement, very stupid app
Expired downloaded video required to redownload
It will be great if the expired downloaded content can be renewed instead of redownloading the content again. What if on the 8th day I am at a place without wifi and just mobile data? I will need to stream the video instead of watching it offline. Please consider this new feature as it can be useful for certain scenario
Viu Premium not working
Even after I have updated the app, the screen time stop after for few seconds. This has happened for few days and it’s rather disappointing. Please fix this issue as I would love to continue watching on Viu!
Ok
Can you guys add a fast forward button and make the ui better please! Thank u
