Amazing game!
I love the app but the one thing is is when u was playing on the app on YouTube it was so much different than it not on the app I am a little disappointed about that but other than that it’s a great game I recommend it highly it’s fun to play and it’s like you can never put the game down I love the pictures a lot
So sad
I would have easily given this app five stars. Over the years, I invested quite a bit of real-world money and had an extensive library of patterns, most extra-large. Many many holiday. And it’s all gone. All of it. Beware if you download this to become invested in it. This hurt. 😕
Great game, I have some thoughts
Glad that my phone no longer heats up while playing. I would like to be able to make larger custom patterns with more colours.
Lost patterns
Had over 400 patterns and they vanished. Where did they go. Lots of lost money
Wish the pictures was cheaper or easier to earn money

New game
Why did you change your game? I have had this game and enjoyed it for years. I went in today to work on my cross stitch and it was gone. I done care for this new system and I have lost everything I had done in the past. I might just delete it now. How can I retrieve my old game? I lost all the cross stitch that my granddaughter and I had done.
It’s ok
I find out about this after playing one of their other apps. It’s a bit more involved compared to pixel tap and my progress has been super slow as a result. So I sort see this as a secondary game when I need a breather. I am also still trying to make sense of the currency system as I haven’t yet finished a picture so I don’t know how much you get yet. But Thomas look significantly more expensive in the shop which is discouraging. But given how long it’s taking me to do a small picture it might not matter much anyways.
Love this app BUT
Only allowing one custom cross stitch piece per day seems unfair. Please go back to making it unlimited

The game won’t download. Also why did you get rid of the pattern titles and how long the pattern takes friends to complete?

New update took all my pictures I had bought and started me back at level 1 when I was over 1050! I am not pleased at all

Needs improvement
Needs an exchange policy. Have to purchase a package of ten photos even if you only like two of them. Should be able to exchange the eight you don’t like for something else,. This one speck of color here, there and everywhere is for the birds. Is not enjoyable with specks of color and looks awful. Downsize the number of colors ai is using so we can get some more enjoyable pictures to work on. I am working on my last two horrible pictures and will not be purchasing anymore. I like the concept but cannot relax and enjoy because of the specks of all the colors. Bug in game on ipad now. Doesn’t connect to wifi. Your update gave us a bug. I wrote support. There is nothing wrong with my internet! Uninstalled can’t even reinstall!
Too big
I love this app but with the new update the puzzle is to magnified. I have my settings at the lowest one and yet it is 3 times the size it used to be. I need it smaller agin!!!
Small bug🪲🐛🐞
When there’s an option to “view this puzzle pack in the store”, it doesn’t open that pack. It just opens the store and you have to try to find it. If it’s an old puzzle you you just finished, it’s impossible to find the puzzle pack. LOVE THIS APP!
What happened to my progress??
I’ve had this game for years. I was playing last night. Came on today and all my progress is gone. My pattern sets are all gone. Everything is lost and I’m having to completely restart. I tried clearing the app cache, deleting and reinstalling, everything. It’s still gone. Now what?! To the developer: No. I did NOT log out before putting my iPad down and going to bed. I was in the middle of a pattern - logging out makes no sense. In fact, I logged out and back in AFTER they disappeared to see if that was the issue (note that I had to log OUT and BACK IN because I was still in my account from the night before). They are still gone. Luckily I haven’t spent any real money on patterns that I can remember, but the lost progress is still upsetting. And I’ve seen several recent reviews saying the same thing about this issue. Something isn’t right with this.
Update on 9/29 ruined the app
The update ruined the app! I can’t open anything, the screen is very small and I have lost everything :(
Used to live
I’m super sad. I’ve loved this for a long time as a go to when I need to not think and zen out. Suddenly it won’t recognize my internet connection on wifi or 5G when I have a full signal on both. I tried removing and downloading again to reconnect but now it won’t even let me log in. I had quite a few packages I had bought (paid actual money for quite a few) and over $6500 to spend on others but can’t access any of that and I’m not gonna start over offline with nothing but the basics. Very sad as this was a solid 5 star app before. ☹️
Good but flawed
Great gameplay, calming and easy interface. Hugely let down by the repeated crashing of the app.also frustrating how it takes a ridiculous amount of coins to get any additional patterns. The rewards just don’t seem achievable. Struggling to even open the app now without it crashing

WHAT THE HELL!!!
I’ve been playing this game for years. I have purchased dozens & dozens of extra packs. I have gobs of finished pictures! Today I logged in to play and…GONE! EVERYTHING IS GONE! It’s like it doesn’t know who I am. It has the Welcome page and instructions on how to play. Please give me back all my cross stitch packs!!!!!!
iPad Pro
Can’t load it normally this app is awesome but having trouble now can’t find my prior account and had to start over with a new one. Lost my $ and points I had accumulated. Contacted support they were not any help but they tried.- slowly
Freezing
I would give this 4 stars, but have been experiencing issues with the game freezing for a couple of weeks now. No improvements with the updates. Very frustrating. Since I see I’m not the only one experiencing this, I hope it gets fixed soon!

I lost a lot of patterns I bought because I had to take my I pad back to factory reset because my I pad was acting up. I lost all the patterns I paid a lot of money for. Can you help recover or not put a limit on how many I can recreate on my own! Thanks! Please recoup my lost patterns! I can’t reach app help. It says page not found. Please. I am 71 and am on a fixed income and can’t buy them again. Have a heart and help!
What the heck?
I have been enjoying this app for years, but when I opened it today, all my stuff is gone! I have spent real money on this app and now I’ve lost everything and I’m bounced back to level one? Not cool, guys. This needs to be fixed, and my stuff needs to be restored. I have sent messages already, and left comments elsewhere; I need to know when this will be fixed.

It overheats my machine so badly I can’t bare to hold it and the battery runs down way quickly. Quite frustrating

Good game but you overheats my phone
I enjoy playing this and the free patterns are a bonus however this game causes my phone to overheat resulting in battery loss and even resulting in my phone no longer charging due to the temperature.

Update
Used to be great. Game updated yesterday now I have to start all over again. This is BS. I have been playing this for YEARS, so you can imagine the level I was at and the patterns I have in que. RESTORE MY GAME!!!
Concerned.
I like the game I really do. However I feel concerned that the game might be using AI Art due to how some of the free paintings looks, they seem almost too smooth to be drawn by a person.
Doesn’t work!
Used to love this game so redownloaded it. It never loads now, just sits at the loading screen and then kicks back to my phones home page. Real shame, needs a major fix
Deleting cross stitches
I usually love this app, but in the past few days it keeps deleting my progress from my cross stitches :( I haven’t been able to get further than 50%, and have tried unlinking my Facebook and relinking it, and made sure I save the cross stitch, but with no luck. Not sure what else to do! Also does heat my phone up quite a lot when playing

Woke up this morning and all my puzzles have disappeared, I have been playing this app for forever, and have spent lots of money, so find out what happened and put my puzzles that are done back on, I am not going to pay again. Hope this was just a problem and will be fixed.
Keeps closing
Much as I love this game I am very frustrated at the fact that when I click on the icon to open it, it just keeps closing. I can’t even get into the game to contact the developers. I am afraid to delete and reinstall because I purchased a ton of credit and am afraid I’ll lose it all

I love this game I think it’s amazing for making detailed cross stitch and pixel art the patterns are lovely the only issue I have is it overheats my iPad way to much I’ve checked if my iPad needs updating and it’s all up to date and my iPad is a new iPad Air I sketch everyday on this and it’s never overheated this much but only on this app if anyone who uses this app please tell me if it happing to yours if there’s a desktop version of this I’ll be delighted

Updated & Lost Everything
This is the second time that this game is updated where I have lost all progress. It’s making me start again from the beginning which is ridiculous. I pay so that I can get extra cash whenever I earn it but now all of that is and I am back at level zero. How do you expect to keep people playing??
Overheating
Absolutely nothing to complain about apart from my phone being super hot after 5 minutes of playing. Really annoying because i’d like to be able to complete one piece without having to close the app to wait for 10 minutes for it to cool down :/
Running Hot
This game is fantastic! But since the latest update I can’t play for very long at all before my iPhone 16 Pro Max gets very hot. I play multiple different games, and this is the only one that causes the heat up.

I would usually put this at 5 stars but I give 3 stars because for the last 2 weeks every time I open the app it makes action game noises at me and there’s no way to mute it

Added ads
Game used to not have ads. Now in the middle of drawing an advertisement will pop up with little to no warning. Completely ruins the game.
No more of my own pictures
The latest update has taken away being able to load one of my own pictures each day. Very disappointed with this change.
New sets pics
It was way better a couple years ago I hate this new version with the different sets of pictures when you re-download the app it’s not the same (I used to delete then reinstall it if I ran out of money)
Annoying
Great game but it’s the costs of the pack you never make enough for you to buy another pack in all honesty you should be earning a couple hundred on a pack not losing a thousand when you completed the pack sort it out and add daily tasks maybe to earn more cash love the game but it’s so annoying having to wait a week of completing your pack in order to buy another one and why do you get so little cash for your own patterns you create 7 cash is useless
