NEED MORE STORIES PLEASE
I love the stories that you can use your tokens for when you earn them for those things. It’s boring when you’ve completely done all of them and then you have to use your own money to buy coins in order to buy pictures to complete. That defeats the purpose of the game for me. Please fix this ASAP FOR US FOLKS WHO ENJOY THE WHOLE APP PLEASE! Otherwise, I will have to find a new app to download and play since you have once again have become very boring and I don’t do redundancy and boring games that don’t even make me have to think about anything. Thanks so much!
Annoying!
Purchased coins do not come through to my game..purchased on two separate I pads never received my coins..please fix this problem .I am sick of paying for purchases that I do not get..I really used to like this cross stitch

Customer service is not helpful
I switched phones, customer service said that they could move my game to the new phone. I gave them the information, then told me they couldn’t do anything. I’ve asked repeatedly for an explanation, I don’t want this to happen every time I get a new phone. No response. Years of progress and purchases completely gone.
Fun
Love the game! My only complaint is that I get booted out every time I click on the categories for animals, flowers, landscapes and others. Please fix the glitches! Thanks.

Was logged into my Facebook account and ofc, ALL MY GAME DATA AND PROGRESS WAS DELETED. WHAT AN UTTER WASTE OF TWO YEARS OF PLAYING THIS GAME, LEVELING UP, AND SAVING UP COINS. EDIT: Even customer support couldn’t restore my progress.
Relaxing game but…..
First let me say that this game is wonderful, I love the pictures that I get to fill with beautiful colors and it really helps me to unwind from my day but the pop up ads are annoying. It doesn’t have an option to pay for it if you want to to avoid ads but I wish it did

This was a good game initially but needs to be updated as no longer possible to play with constant updates on iOS devices
Pictures Gone
I love this app and have been playing it for a couple years now. Last week I upgraded my iPhone to the 16 Pro Max. This morning the app was working fine. This evening when I tried to open the app it was extremely slow so I shut my phone off, waited a few minutes and turned it back on thinking this would cure the issue. When I went to open the app again all my pictures that were completed were gone as well as the ones that were in cue. Please help me resolve this problem. Thank you.

Have been trying to color in this app and there’s no picture. It’s been going on for over a week. I love this app when it works. Hate to delete it because I would lose all my money I collected and everything I saved to color.

For some reason I can’t get into the game right. It comes up with everything gone. Can’t get a hold of anyone. Hopefully I can do it this way. Pictures are great.
Looks pretty but can’t play
I guess it’s only for young people with perfect vision and that isn’t me. I try to zoom so i can read the letters (iPad pro) but as I zoom it’s coloring in wrong things with no clear way to undo. Ugh, I guess I’ll keep looking. Two stars for seeming like it would be cool if I could see the letters, and plenty of people who can see seem to be enjoying it.
Bugs
I love this game BUT I will finish a puzzle and it says I’m only 99% complete then I do not get the reward. Also, I think the reward should give back at least as much as it costs.

The pictures don’t load up on my iPad y’all really need to fix this, I love playing but I can open up the pictures but I cannot color the please fix.

App won’t load, I have purchased coins to continue coloring but can’t get in to do anything. Very disappointing
No points when done
I love this game but it seems like every other time I finish a cross stitch it says I’m only 99%done $ I don’t get any points. Other than that, it’s great and I would change my 4 star rating to a 5 star.
Cross stitch masters
Since update the game has now made me restart the app from level 1 when I was over level 50 so I’m not very happy about that just also paid £14.99 on app for coins via iTunes that ain’t appeared on game seeing as of yesterday having to restart the app from level 1 I’m considering deleting the game on my iPad seeing as that shouldn’t happen considering mean to improved stability etc in the game yet it’s restarted me at level 1 so how is that a stability improvement

Credit didn’t go through
I purchased the highest credit and charge went through on bank but credit never showed on the account. No where on the app to review the purchase or what to do. :( I like the app but this is concerning. Also did they store my payment how do I remove that now. Wish there was more visibility when it comes to purchases.

Great game lots of bugs though
I like the game however it really would be nice if you would allow us to go through the patterns without having the game crash all the time. I know others have this same problem. I deleted it & reinstalled it but still the same problem please fix your bugs in the game
Huge dissatisfaction
Don’t get me wrong I live for this game I love it but when I try to scroll far down for a picture I like the game restarts it won’t let me scroll I’ve been trying for months straight now and all it does it restart the game every-time I scroll and all you replied with was “be more specific ” I am specific FIX THE PROBLEM

I love the app but what happened to the stories? There hasn’t been any new ones for a long time.
Faulty
I have been playing this game for over a year, spent TONS of money and this morning.... everything is gone. All My coins, puzzles I have purchased to do and the ones that I have done. Just gone. Deleted the game, reinstalled, logged in and out... still nothing. No way to contact the administrators either. Such a waste.
No more 99%
I absolutely love this game. I have it on my phone and on my tablet. I play it so long on my phone that my eyes go blurry where I can’t see anything but the shaded letter or number. What I absolutely cannot Stand and I’m sure everyone else will agree that whether you pick a picture between 70 by 70 or 250 by 250 you get down to that very last letter and your left with it saying 99%. That is the most blood boiling thing that could happen. Whoever changes from just a drawing to what we are cross-stitching needs to go back over it because we’re losing our money on those pictures when we don’t get to complete them.
Doesn’t work properly
I would like to give a higher rating but I finish a picture & it doesn’t give me credit for it & sits at 99% the payout is already low enough that you have to limit the time you play. I contact the developers & they do not respond to my message or read it

My favourite game ever.
I love this game and find it so relaxing.It is my constant go to game and I especially like the more complex puzzles even though they cost more.Please do more of the Story puzzles as they let you get more puzzles and coins.Your customer care response is excellent.Thank you.
Couldn’t remove ads
I loved the game. However, some of the ads were inappropriate so deleted the game, because I could not find a way to remove the ads. If there was an option to remove ads (purchase), I would probably buy it.

I tried this app. When I ran out of coins I tried 3 times to buy some. I never received any and it didn’t show me if they received my money. Careful with this app. I really hate losing this app.
Won’t load all the way
Every time I click on the app it will load until 10% but, then it won’t load anymore than that and I love to play this game.I’ve even waited 5 minutes to see if it will load but, it just doesn’t work,I really hope we can get it fixed.

The issue has been fixed! Thanks. Please consider giving more credits for colored pictures I’ve been playing this app for so long, and I love it. However I have a couple issues. 1. Recently when I click on the Facebook share in the daily free coins it freezes. If I hit discard, it stays there. If I share, it freezes on the shared screen. And I do not get the 5 coins for it. It’s been happening for days already. 2. When you buy a picture to color for let’s say 50 coins, you get 20 coins for your reward, or for 100 coins you get 40 coins as the reward. It would be nice to earn more so we could color more…which I am sure is the point of the app. Please fix #1 ASAP because clearly I need the coins
Münz Wirtschaft = Hölle
Eure Münz Wirtschaft im Spiel geht garnicht. Ein absolutes Minimum an Münzen geben (wenn denn überhaupt welche kommen da es manchmal hängt und man nach einem abgeschlossenen Bild die App komplett schließen muss da garnix mehr geht- entsprechend gibt es keine Münzen) aber die Bilder extrem teuer machen, keine Möglichkeit auf kostenlose Bilder. Das man sich 5 Werbevideos pro Tag anschauen kann und dafür jeweils 5 Münzen kriegt ist auch ein absoluter Witz. Ich habe keine Lust fast ne Woche zu warten damit ich mal ein vernünftiges Bild machen kann

Frustrating
I play this game on the computer through Facebook, so then I decided to download the app. Linked it to my Facebook and my progress doesn’t sync. So frustrating.
Last update won’t let me load the game!
I’ve already submitted a report to your app support, but figured I’d leave a note here as well. Since I updated, the game only loads ten percent. After that, the word “loading” blinks… and blinks… and blinks… Please fix this! I want this game back!

Stories
Hi, I absolutely love this game, the colors, the patterns, the details. And it is easy to use. There are some things that I wish would be different. I know I would love to have more stories, and it is a shame that there hasn't been a new one in months. I would also like it if there was an indicator on how large a design is while and after it is done, you know, 50x50 type of size indicator. I would also like a way to redo designs when they are completed, and it would be nice to know what colors are being used. Maybe like a info section of the design? In case people want to make it for real. Other than that, I love the game, and I can't wait to see what you make next in it!

Downloaded about a month ago, but after the newest story it causes my brand new iphone 12 to get super hot then lags horribly.

Don’t spend money on coins
This app is great when it works. I have purchased coins and most of the puzzles stick at 99% so you do not get the coins or yarn balls that should be rewarded. Very frustrating. It’s not my iPad because I’ve used it with several different phones and same issue. Just be aware.
Controls
I wanted to like this, the pictures were great but I could not get past the first one. Every time I tried to color it would move or zoom out and every time I try to zoom out or move it would color. I just did not like the controls. This would probably be okay with a stylus but for just a fingertip, I don’t find this a good app for me. I have tried other cross stitch apps and did not have this problem so I will go back to those.
