I been with this bank since 2009 and it’s the best place !!! Always helpful and patient with me even when I was hacked. Kingshiway Unico is a great place to do business with
Just the app.
The bank itself is great. I’m just reviewing the app. As far as bank apps go, this is the worst. When I need to check my funds, I NEED TO CHECK THEM. This app constantly says my password is incorrect, when it isn’t. I reset it just to be locked out. It’s constant and excessive.

Can’t pay bills. It crashes the app. Called support for help. Was told to you chrome. What’s the point of the app? To be totally correct, the app works correctly until about a year ago. Problem is only on my iPad. Can pay bills on my iPhone.

Major Issues
For the past two weeks I have been having more issues than I have ever had with this app. First, it said my password was incorrect and made me reset it even though it was the right one. After that, it all went downhill from there. Since then, I have been able to login successfully to my account about 10 times to check my balance, however, now whenever I try to login in, it is now constantly saying that my credentials are possibly wrong and that I should contact Unico for support. However, they aren’t wrong, there are just some major bugs with logging in. Hopefully this will be fixed, if not then I will continue to be unable to login and check my balance.
Easy to Use
The app is easy to use and looks clean. I love the new auto focus when making a deposit and the instant balance is pretty slick as well.
Doesn’t work
Just as other reviewers stated, this app doesn’t work how it’s supposed to. I’m able to login to my account for months and months and then all of a sudden one day is starts saying my password is wrong even though it’s not. Then when I try to change the password, it tells me that it doesn’t recognize my username, email, etc so I can’t even fix it. And it says contact customer support but there’s no customer support. I tried emailing someone months ago and never heard back. Ridiculous. I should’ve switched banks a long time ago. This bank has no clue.
Issues
I’m ALWAYS having issues looking at my Balance. It’s always locking me out. Won’t let me Use my password or facial recognition. Drives me Insane. Husband has the app and never has issues
Problems
Multiple occurrences of the app locking me out, saying my password was incorrect when it wasn’t. Never had this problem before when First Bank was our account holder before they sold their banks to Unico.
Are you serious?!
this is a great app when it actually WORKS. Half the time it says “we are unable to validate your information.” I know for a fact i’m using the RIGHT login credentials because I use it WHEN IT WORKS. Honestly it is supposed to be quick and easy. So many issues. Disappointed and not worth the time.
