Brauchbar und gute Verbindung
Die Software macht was sie soll. Funktioniert einwandfrei lässt sich prima koppeln. Habe keine Verbindungsabbrüche. Von daher fünf Sterne, da ich nun nicht mehr auf dem Gerät rum programmieren muss was ziemlich nervig ist.
Günstig nicht gut
Das koppeln mit dem Thermostat ist eine Katastrophe. Man ist irgendwann so weit, dieses von der Heizung zu schlagen Absolut keine Empfehlung
Super Funktion!
Habe mir diese Thermostate mit Bluetooth gekauft, weil mehrere Thermostate an unzugänglichen Stellen sind, Einstellung und manuelle Regelung somit unmöglich. Einmal Adapter gekauft, Thermostate angebracht, angelernt, programmiert und vergessen. Super! So soll es sein!
Für iOS nicht empfehlenswert
Neuste Software im Gerät, neueste Software der App, neueste IOS Software und trotzdem: Pakten nicht möglich. Irgendwie Jugend forscht
Funktioniert solide
… aber die App ist so User-unfreundlich. Wünschenswerte Features für mich wären: - Ist das Thermostat gerade geöffnet oder geschlossen - Welche Temperatur misst das Thermostat - Einstellungen von einem Tag zu einem anderen kopieren oder direkt mehrere Tage gleichzeitig bearbeiten Die App funktioniert und man kann die Temperaturen nach Uhrzeit etc. einstellen, aber es ist alles umständlicher als es sein sollte.
Ottima soluzione
Utilizzo le valvole e l’APP da alcuni anni. Sono un’ottima soluzione per risparmiare sui consumi del termosifone centralizzato. APP pratica ed intuitiva.
Nur kurze Lebensdauer, ein Update kann das komplette Gerät zerstören
Finger weg, taugt nichts
HowTo: Alle Wochentage in der App nur einmal einstellen und dann kopieren
z.B. Montag Zeiten einstellen, dann Montag nach links wischen, Kopieren erscheint. Alle Tage anklicken, dann fertig. Funktion ist leider in der FAQ nicht erklärt. Ansonsten funktionieren die bei mir gut. Bei den vielen negativ Kommentaren hoffe ich das das bleibt. Auf den Hersteller kann man scheinbar nicht zählen.
Permanente Abstürze und koppeln nicht möglich
Seit Monaten stürzt die App ab, sobald man von einem Thermostat zum nächsten wechseln möchte. Neue Installation und neues Anlernen beheben den Fehler nicht. Ein Thermostat muss bei jeder Interaktion erst neu gekoppelt werden. Temperaturanzeigen stimmen nicht überein. Gibt es überhaupt noch einen Support?

Bisher hätte ich die App + Geräte unbedenklich weiter empfohlen. Nach hin und her …! Geht wieder
Bin voll zufrieden
Nutze seit 2Jahren die Thermostate und die App und bin voll zufrieden. 5 Thermostate in 3 Räumen, davon in einem Raum 3 zusammengeschaltet. Wünschenswert wäre, die Tagesprogramme auf die anderen Tage kopieren zu können, um schnell ein Wochenprogramm erstellen zu können.
Verbindungsabbruch - Fehlversagen
Diese App und die dazugehörigen Thermostate sind das schlimmste was wir bislang hatten. Ständige Fehler, Verbindungsabbrüche und nicht zuletzt nach Hause gekommen und die Heizung auf voller Leistung trotz eingestellten Heizverhalten (Aus) zu dieser Zeit. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Absolute Enttäuschung und Fehlinvestition. Alle verbauten Thermostate wieder entfernt und entsorgt.
Funktioniert problemlos…
Seit dem Update auf die Version 1.5, der Installation der neuen Firmware auf den Heizkörper Thermostaten und dem anschließenden neuem pairing funktioniert wieder alles wie gewohnt unter iOS 18. Danke dafür - wäre aber schön wenn solche Updates nicht erst nach 1 Jahr Wartezeit kommen.
nur über ein einziges smartphone/tablet steuerbar
die steuerung ist nur über ein einziges gerät möglich. mehrere nutzer sind im app nicht nutzbar. es muss also immer das gerät daheim sein, mit dem die thermostate gesteuert werden. wenn die programmierung nicht zum alltag passt und das telefon mit dem app unterwegs ist, muss man die thermostate von hand regeln, was sehr unpraktisch ist. nach dem batterietausch ist das anlernen der thermostate ein glückspiel. die gewinde der thermostatadapter taugen nicht, die thermostate drücken sich raus, sobald sie ausfahren. hier muss man basteln.
Im Prinzip nicht schlecht, aber verbesserungsfähig
Mein Vorschlag: anstatt für eine Woche für jeden Tag ein Heizprofil definieren zu müssen, optional ein einzelnes Tagesprofil für alle Tage der Woche gelten lassen. Oder Profil nicht nur für die komplette Woche abspeichern, sondern für einzelne Tage speichern und laden können. Einfachere Einstellmöglichkeiten für „X Grad Celsius konstant über den Tag“
Funktioniert einfach
Die Thermostate wurden kurz installiert, angelernt, das Firmware-Update ausführt und im Anschluss programmiert. Alles in allem hat der Vorgang bei zwei Thermostaten etwas mehr als 20 Minuten gedauert. Die Programmierung war kein Hexenwerk. Das schafft jeder, der schon mal eine App bedient hat.
Kein Bluetooth unter dieser Nummer…
Ich habe zum 1. Mal ein Thermostat mit bluetooth gekauft. Von den analogen 10 Stück, die laufen seit Jahren einwandfrei. Das Bluetoothgerät hat sich nach mehreren versuchen fast connected. Es war auf meinem iPhone zu sehen, als ich vom Display den Code ablesen wollte, war der schon wieder weg. Alle weiteren Versuche seitdem sinnlos.
Bei mir funktioniert alles
Firmware Update lief ohne Probleme. Einzig fände ich es auch schön, wenn man in der App mehrere Tage (z.B. Montag bis Freitag) gemeinsam pflegen könnte.

Bluetooth-Verbindungs-Tipps
Für alle, die ebenfalls mit den Bluetooth-Verbindungen kämpfen bzw. Koppeln nicht mehr geht - Batterie raus für 5 Sekunden (keine Sorge: die Einstellungen für den Automatik-Modus gehen nicht verloren) - Batterie rein (Software-Version wird kurz eingeblendet) - Neu justieren lassen - Erneut koppeln - sollte jetzt gehen - Software-Update des Thermostates falls notwendig (und bitte wirklich die App aktiv halten. Einfach zwischendurch antippen, damit sich das Telefon nicht sperrt. Ich bin Entwickler, ich weiss warum) - Neu justieren lassen - Neu koppeln ggf. dann mit 6stelliger PIN!(anstatt vorher 4stellig). Wird bei zuvor erfolgreich gekoppelten Geräten mit 4stelliger PIN erneut abgefragt) - fertig Warum die APP aktiv halten: letztendlich werden ggf. Bluetooth-Verbindungen abgebrochen oder in den Stromsparmodus versetzt. Dadurch bricht eventuell das Update ab. Abgebrochene Updates sind immer schlecht - ist manchmal auch bei Handies so. Ich hatte zudem Probleme, wenn ich 2 Handies mit dem Thermostat gekoppelt hatte. Viele Bluetooth-Geräte können sich nur mit einem Gerät verbinden. Dass scheint hier auch zu sein (zumindest mit der alten Thermostat-Software-Version 1.20) Viel Erfolg

Firmware update bricks the thermostat
Be very wary of the new version. Everything been working fine, the app updated and suggested a firmware update, which gave me nothing but trouble. Several valves consistently asking for Bluetooth pairing, even during the firmware update process, which breaks the update. I tried removing one of the paired valves to re add it, but now it’s stuck in update mode, and it’s not paired to update... essentially bricked. I wish I hadn’t bothered, it was fine before.
Ganz gut
Wäre schön wenn man die Uhrzeit und das Datum auch auf dem Thermostat einstellen könnte (Hab das jetzt schon länger pro tip neue Updates fürs Thermostat nie sofort laden immer auf Version 2, ein zwei Wochen später Warten
Unzuverlässig
Anlernen kompliziert ubd Glückssache, App stürzt beim Aufrufen der Räume ständig ab - funktioniert meist erst beim dritten Neustart.
Sommer Einstellung fehlt
Warum gibt es keine Funktion in der App um alle Ventile gleichzeitig über den Sommer still zu legen, um die Batterien zu schonen? Dabei sollten alle Temperaturänderungen unterbleiben und nach Möglichkeit auch Bluetooth deaktiviert werden.

Bonjour, Tout d’abord merci pour vos produits “magiques”. Mais il serait bien de pouvoir commander les radiateurs par l’application HomeKit. Il serait génial de pouvoir recevoir des notifications lorsque la température est atteinte et diverses choses que nous pourrions sélectionner dans les réglages. Update disabled my connections
Following update and firmware update, I cannot use my TRVs now with Bluetooth. Why new pin consist of other than numbers? None of three of our phones can pair now. Really angry and dissatisfied. Will be returning all valves now.
Decent app, but why limit to age 17+ ?!
The app works well enough for me. I have one room with two rads joined together and one other separate room. The TRVs work as hoped, letting me have the rooms toasty to get up in the morning and cool the rest of the day. Developer, PLEASE change the age rating on this app! App Store says it is only downloadable by 17+ year olds! Why on earth wouldn’t I trust my 16-yo to adjust the radiator in his own bedroom?! Other wish list items would be to be able to copy one day’s schedule to another, to be able to change eg all weekdays together, and to save templates that I could set with a single button eg tomorrow is a working-from-home day, or out-all-day day.
Profile request failed
As with many reviews here this cool thermostat is sadly let down by the unusable app. All worked fine to start but then unable to access the weekly programming for the thermostat despite deleting all settings and repairing the thermostat. Error message “profile request failed”. Great shame that this company not investing in the software that would make a good product a “Great” product !

Bitte dringend ein App Update !!! Seit Monaten stürzt die App nach jedem Thermostat einstellen ab und bei leerer Batterie öffnen sich die Thermometer voll..

utilizzo 5 valvole da piú di 3 anni, il risultato é eccellente specie se rapportato ai costi. Si sente un pó la mancanza del wi-fi e di un dispositivo integrato per il controllo della caldaia.
Can't pair
No signs of device pairing in iOS 12. Did not have valve so don't know if that is problem. Instructions don't make clear what mode you are supposed to be in but think tried them all. Bought through Amazon and saw many others hd given up on software as useless. If software full of bugs better to not offer it.
Hidden feature - but why is it hidden???
Quite by accident I found that you CAN copy one day’s setting to a whole week. Simply set Monday’s times and temps, then return to the week-view screen, then swipe Monday to the left. You’ll be offered six other days to which Monday’s settings can be copied. All done, in less than five seconds. This makes a HUGE difference, and I’ve added a star to my review. But why on earth isn’t it documented in the in-app Support screen? Other flaws: 1. this app really needs a user-definable boost time; 2. it would be really useful to have a few Apple Shortcuts, so I could use it with Siri commands - e.g. “Boost Kitchen”.
No access to the weekly program
Like other users, I too can’t access the weekly programs after having set them. The error message is: Please note. Profile request failed. It’s very frustrating because generally the thermostats are good. It’s only the app (which is one of the major selling points) that lets the whole thing down. Please update ASAP.

Works perfect for me
Great bit of kit , works perfect on my iphone. As I have a log stove in the main room I wanted the rads off in being but on for the morning. I was always forgetting to turn them back on and this gets round it. Have paired 3 rads in to one room and will definitely save me money! Highly recommend.
Still got major bugs
Just bought and installed 5 valves in 3 rooms. Worked initially (to let me edit the weekly program) now app won’t let me change this. All other aspects appear to work correctly. Deleted the rooms (valve then Room) and re “paired” each item. Still no access to weekly program, very frustrating. Please sort this out and don’t wait a year before updating this flawed app.
See room temp ? Dev response please!
2021 at least there is an update this year. Original review: Hi developers. It would be massively useful to see the reported actual temperature of the device in order to set this easily and just so you can see the room temperature according to this device. Also need to be able to copy one day to the next instead of doing the entire week one day at a time! Great device but app just needs some tweaks. Come guys!
App freezes
Initially works fine. But now I can’t get access to weekly schedule, so pretty much useless. I was about to buy more of the thermostats but unless this is fixed I won’t be.
Firmware upgrade bug
The radiator valves have worked well controlled by this software for several years, although after iOS upgrades a couple versions back an irritating reminder would come up telling the user that Bluetooth wasn’t on. This version has upgraded firmware and I would suggest to any existing user NOT to install. The installation process is smooth, but subsequent pairing doesn’t follow the sequence that the phone suggests. A new irritating problem has been introduced: Despite the software having satisfactorily paired with the radiator valves, you ALWAYS get a request to pair the valve when you click on a valve in the app. All 4 of my valves are paired and work well, but the initial request to pair is consistent. I deleted and reinstalled one of the valves without success. It’s not a big deal, but a real nuisance if like me you frequently adjust the temperature manually through the app and as a starter have to cancel the pair request.
Ottima app per la valvola
Ho acquistato la valvola ad un prezzo davvero basso ma la qualità è sorprendentemente buona. Si installa in pochi secondi e lavora bene in manuale. Questa app però è molto comoda perché si programmano facilmente i cicli giornalieri e settimanali e in più il programma per la vacanza è immediato. Funziona solo da iphone 5 in su con il bluetooth 4. Ancora più avanzate di queste valvole per termosifoni ci sono le valvole che si comandano da fuori casa ma in commercio sono rare e costano almeno cinque volte questa.
Weekly programme won't load
Thanks to whispering jack for posting his review, I have the same problem and no amount of removing batteries and reinstalling makes my valves work so I'll now look for some kind of hardware factory reset. The app of course shouldn't allow me to set times that disable the valves they're controlling so 1* until fixed.
Great app and has been trouble free for 2 years
As above, I have used this for 2 years and it has been great. However, I really need for my wife to have the app and use it to control the TRVs but cannot see how to do it!

Simple idea but needs refinements
A neat device which I bought primarily as the manual temperature control is on top (sadly dogs keep squeezing past old wheel thermostat and moving temperature!) Software, however, needs upgrading to have more setting options within a day and also to be able to copy the settings for one day to another. 2 sets of weekly settings would also help - eg: winter and spring/autumn (heating less likely to be used in the summer time)

Da seit letzter Woche ein neues Firmware update vorhanden ist wurden die nervigen Probleme beim Verbindungsaufbau mit Bluetooth behoben. Nun klappt die App auch sehr gut. Einmal gemacht weil man die Thermostate nicht mehr mit der Hand konfigurien.
Would be nice if it worked!
From what I've heard this app is great at controlling the Bluetooth eQ3 radiator valves and is easy to use. However at the moment whenever I try to pair a rad valve with the app, it closes as soon as I've put in the pair code! I've tried it on 2 iPhones and an ipad and on iOS 9.2 and 8.4.1. But still it crashes. Please sort this out or I'll be sending these valves back.
Nearly Great
As already indicated, the ability to copy the schedule to other days would be welcome. As would live readings of actual temperature to help work out offsets. A great product for the money. Definitely saving us heating rooms when not required. I would recommend.
Just gone a little wrong...
Have 3 of these and until recently no issues at all, but for no reason I can see 2 I have in one room have just stopped communicating and I get the error message "Profile request failed" tried pulling the batteries and repairing but with no joy. I have mailed customer support so here's hoping! Would have been 5* if you'd have caught me in December.
Great product
Great product - this app could be even better with a few more tweaks - wish boost did much longer - also would be great if you could see current temp.. Update: general app works great how some of the option settings don’t actually work Eg. Temp offset is adjustable but doesn’t save the setting so useless - same with updating the window lock feature Also would be great if the boost function was updateable to a much longer period than 5mins - that is useless too So much potential in this product ..
