Funktioniert mittelmäßig
Ich benutze die Medion Life + App, jetzt seit ungefähr 1 halben Jahr und habe ein paar Kritik Punkte zu äußern. Die wären zum Beispiel das ich einen saugroboter verwende (der mit der App verknüpft ist) und das wenn ich die Namen der Räume festlegen, er sie nicht speichert. Oder auch das, aus dem nichts die Karte einfach gelöscht wurde, dadurch musste ich bzw. der Roboter eine komplett neue Karte erstellen.
Läuft perfekt
Ich bin mit der App für staubi sehr zufrieden. 😍 einfache Bedienung !

Asks for password and I input a 10-20 digit password with number and letters with caps and no caps and still tells me it’s not right. Fix your app. Taking the products back…
Funktioniert Gut
Funktioniert ganz gut, manchmal braucht der Roboter (X50 SW) ein Neustart damit sich mir WLAN verbindet.
Naja
Die ersten 14 Tage funktionierte alles super & dann kann ich bis heute nicht mehr voll zugreifen um zb einzelne Räume säubern zu lassen oder andere Einstellungen zu tätigen. Sobald ich es versuche sagt mir die App das mein saugroboter einen Unfall habe. Was er NICHT hatte! Es öffnet sich ein Feld wo „Absenden“ steht um das Problem beheben zu lassen, jedoch ist es nicht möglich drauf zu klicken. Sehr sehr ärgerlich!
No-Go-Zonen funktionieren nicht
Grundsätzlich bin ich von der App und dem Roboter selbst wirklich positiv überrascht. Leider kann ich jedoch keine No-Go-Zonen einrichten. Wenn ich diese erstelle und wohlgemerkt auch speichere, werden sie zuerst angezeigt. Gehe ich aber auch nur einmal in die Geräte-Liste zurück und klicke erneut den Saugroboter an, sind alle No-Go und No-Wisch -Zonen weg. Da der Roboter an einigen Stellen unbedingt nicht saugen soll, ist das ganze ein Problem. MfG. Jonas

App eine Katastrophe
App unübersichtlich, Karten lassen sich nicht eindeutig auswählen, Zustand des Roboters wird ständig falsch angezeigt. Die entscheidenden Funktionen sind da aber keine Empfehlung. Sehr schlecht entwickelte App
Befriedigend wegen unvollständiger Bedienungsanleitung
Die Grundfunktionen sind gut erklärt, interessant bei einem solchen Gerät ist allerdings die Programmierung der Räume, der Hindernisse (no go-Zonen) der Zonen und Stockwerke. Es muss alles im learning by doing Verfahren ermittelt werden. Es gibt keinerlei sinnvolle YouTube Videos für die Programmierung und keine Beschreibung. Wahrscheinlich bleiben dadurch gute Funktionen ungenutzt. Der Saugroboter funktioniert einwandfrei und verdient 5 von 5 Sternen auf glatten Böden. Die App hingegen hat noch viel Luft nach oben.
Life+ Server down
Die Server von Medion sind seit 4 Tagen down. Man kann sich nicht anmelden. Der Support hat sich gemeldet. Ich soll Tuya Smart verwenden. Problem gelöst.
Password
Not able to reset the password even after 10 attempts in hours gap. System report invalid token which get pass through on first screen.
Funktioniert aber,
die Timersteuerung für MD37216 wird zwar angezeigt (Ein-Aus) aber nicht ausgeführt. Sofortiges Einschalten an der App ist ok. IOS 17.5.1 Iphone 13
Am Anfang gut jetzt schlecht
Der Saugroboter ist auf der Karte nicht zu sehen. Die Absaugstation ist auf der Karte oft woanders. Die Karte lässt sich schlecht bearbeiten weil keine Trennung möglich ist. Der Saugroboter lässt sich nicht mehr live verfolgen. Es wird ständig angezeigt das der Nicht Stören Modus aktiv ist, das stimmt aber nicht. Fazit: Die App ist nicht gut.
Ausbaufähig
App ist soweit bedienbar. Wirkt jedoch sehr lieblos - gerade im Design. Bei meiner Klimaanlage wird nicht mal ein Bild von dem Korrekten Gerät angezeigt sondern einfach nur eine Silhouette von einer Klimaanlage die aus den 90ern stammen könnte. Auch wundere ich mich, dass es keinerlei Widgets gibt. Ein Widget um z.B. meinen Staubsaugroboter mit einem Klick starten zu können oder dessen Akkustand anzeigen oder wann die Reinigung abgeschlossen wird, wäre eine schöne Ergänzung. Des Weiteren würde ich mir einfach aktuelle Produktbilder wünschen und an stellen ist Formulierung der Funktionen etwas…. Falsch übersetzt? Die App ähnelt sehr der von Xiaomi…. Evtl. nochmal an eine saubere deutsche Sprache denken. Eine Integration in HomeKit würde ich mir auch noch wünschen - vorallem für die Roboter (die Integration ist technisch machbar).

Programmiert eure traurige billig App neu oder kauft euch ein Strick das wäre sinnvoller, bei der Strukturierung hätte ein Apfel mit Antenne mehr zu bieten als diese indische lost App

Kartierung ja, aber Raumbearbeitung nein!
Ich nutze die App für meinen Staubwischroboter X40 von Medion. Bei der Einrichtung und Laser-Kartierung hat alles geklappt, aber der erstellte Raum lässt sich nicht bearbeiten bzw. die software reagiert nicht bei Antippen des Raumes. Was kann ich tun? Ohne Trennung und Benennung der Räume kann der Roboter nicht so funktionieren wie er soll, bspw. nur bestimmte Räume zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten zu reinigen. Sehr schade…
Was good now useless
I cannot log in to the existing account and cannot change password - just get an “invalid token” messages when I try. Sad as I will have to stop using the medion smartplugs

Been using for 3 years and still working.
Cannot reset a password
After loading a app onto a new device it will not allow a reset of an existing user. It sends me a code which works through first part, then in reset password it has a user token invalid error. There is no website to do this manually and there is no where to get help. To resolve this I had to create a new email address and resync all my smart plugs. Not a great experience if you ever put onto a new device.

Saugroboter ohne Speicherfunktion
Ich musste bereits 3 mal alle No Go Zonen auf der Karte neu setzen (was ewig dauert, weil die UI nicht gut funktioniert). Heute wurde die Karte zum 4. mal auf 0 gesetzt. Das ist ein grober Bug. Fixt das bitte
Always bug
I recently updates its app. But it logged me out and I tried to login. And I forgot my password. While entering new password it will give error saying “incorrect user token”. And it’s password criteria is hidden by done button below.
Set up ok - Suggestion - Vary On/Off Time
Setting up took two goes, but the second time it set up all smoothly. One suggestion: add the feature where the time switched On and Off will vary randomly by up to 30 minutes either way. Currently the light will switch off at exactly the same time, which a thief will notice. But if we could choose a setting where the time switched On and Off will vary by a random number of minutes (up to say 30 minutes), thus will give the illusion that someone is actually home.
Too many bugs
Whilst all the latest reviews over the past 6 months note the error with not being able to reset forgotten passwords - they still haven’t fixed it.
Cannot reset password
Cannot log in the Done bar is blocking the password criteria on the iPhone and iPad Cannot reset the password as every combination comes up with bad combination Can you please update so the Done bar is lower on the screen
Zeitplan nicht möglich
Wir nutzen die App für unseren elektrischen Rollladen. Leider funktioniert der Zeitplan gar nicht! Ganz im Gegenteil: Einmal hatten wir den Rollladen vor dem Zeitplan geöffnet. Anstatt zu erkennen, dass der Rollladen bereits offen ist, wurde dieser einfach wieder geschlossen (obwohl der Befehl „öffnen“ hätte ausgeführt werden sollen) 😖🤯 Die manuelle Eingabe von öffnen und schließen funktioniert jedoch Für mich nur zwei Sterne, da andere Systeme deutlich fortschrittlicher sind und schlichtweg funktionieren
Can’t log in or re-create an account
I have been previously using the smart plug successfully until we changed internet providers and I wanted to log into the app to change the wifi the plug is using but I now can’t log in and the app won’t let me create a new account it tells me that there is an unknown service error, and that I need to contact customer services but I can’t find anywhere to do so, so I have left this review in the hopes that the creators will be able to help out. Thanks
Can’t log in
After updating to latest version could not log in or successfully reset password received “invalid token error” on password reset. Had to create new user and reset devices to reregister them. My iPad had old version of app which still worked so was able to terminate old account so I could reinstate it later. Hope the app developers fix this issue.
Basic functions but NO SIRI INTEGRATION!
THE app PROMISES BUT doesn’t allow widget integration with iOS Siri shortcuts unlike apps bundled with other low-cost wifi-enabled brands, so you can’t use voice activation through your iPad or iPhone. “Help” section describes clicking “Add to Siri” button but THERE IS NO SUCH BUTTON & NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT! This is FRUSTRATING & disappointing! Get it together PLEASE... Instructions copied from the “Help”: On the "Smart—Tap-to-Run" page, click the "Add to Siri" button at the bottom corner, it will jump to the Siri shortcut page and display all the "Tap-to-Run" in the App. You can select the "Tap-to-Run" you need to add to your Siri. After jumping to the setting page of "Add to Siri", in this page, you can set "Voice Trigger Word". When you say this "Voice Trigger Word" to Siri, Siri will control the App to execute the addition "Tap-to-Run". (This function only supports iOS system, and iOS version needs ≥12.0)
New update has fixed the sign up problem
Finally I was able to create an account and hook my devices up. Thanks for fixing the past problem with the app. Great job

Good but room for improvement
Works quite well but iPhone widget and Apple Watch complications would be nice. So would HomeKit support.
Too many bugs
Too many bugs including the forgotten password function on the app doesn’t work. No emails received and checked junk/spam . Managed to get working by setting up another account and re- registering . Too much hassle !!

Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit mit den Apple Kurzbefehlen zu arbeiten. Wäre das möglich, könnte man den Saugroboter auch mit Siri steuern.

Works as expected
Despite all previous unfavorable comments all app options and functions work just fine. Using smart plugs only I didn’t utilize scenes and automation as yet hence cannot comment, but scheduling, timer and PWR statistics perform perfectly. I’m very happy with hardware (smart plug) as well the app performance so I purchased extra 5 units and would recommend both for all serious home automation users.
Can’t login or rest password
Following the recent update , I am not able to login to my account, tried forgot password and using the verification code but the new password is not accepted but it says invalid user token?!! Followed the rules to create this New password with cap letter , number and special character. Still no luck. Pls fix ASAP.

App full of faults.
I am new to these but have great knowledge and have been replacing the WiWo points with the Medion Smart Plugs. I have noted a number of faults so far. In scenes, the countdown function is messed up. Set a count down for 30 minutes and it only times for 30 seconds. Add a 1 hour and it times for 1 second. In automation the voltage switch function does nothing. Add switch over 240v and it show 24v, add 2400v and then you get 240v but automatic function still does nothing.
