Amazing hypno coach!!
Listened to it while giving birth, for severL hours, completely had me focused but relaxed and in tune with my body. Had a beautiful birth, her voice was huge for me to stay focused on.

Confusing app, not worth subscription
Annoyed I wasted money on this app. Free there isn’t much content for Hypnobirthing and even paid for there seemed to be only one general Hypnobirthing video and it’s 45 mins long so not very practical. I also found the teacher a bit overbearing but know that’s personal some might find her tone helpful. Much better ones out there. I’d keep searching.
Not sure
I have just tried to do the relaxation meditation but I am founding difficult to relax as i feel like the lady who is speaking is doing it very rushed and it’s difficult to follow her. Can someone advise if the Hypnobirthing session is done by the same lady in the same way before I commit to pay?
Pretty sure it works!
I went into preterm labor with my twins and ended up needing an emergency c-section at 31 weeks. I had been listening to these recordings during my second and third trimester- once a week and increasing to 2-3 times/week. I was so calm through the crazy unplanned birth process and I don't think I would have handled it all so well without these recordings!
Terrible to cancel
This app is impossible to cancell! Company is trying to claim £50 after 7 day trial which is unacceptable.

This app is good although the visualisation is the only free part the rest you have to pay £7.99 subscription. This would be fine for me however I’m reluctant to pay as it only has a title and no description or taster of the recording to know if it is something you definitely want before spending the money. If this option was available I would give it more stars...
Really useful
I bought this app 2 weeks ago at 38 weeks pregnant as wanted to try some hypnobirthing but couldn’t find anything suitable. This has really worked for me - so much so, that every time I listen to the 45 min hypnobirthing programme I am so relaxed I feel as though I have slept through it, only to discover I have woken up immediately after the programme has finished. I’ve had some difficulty sleeping as have been getting more uncomfortable and found that the 20 min programme for this is enough to get me to sleep or put me back to sleep. Now that I’m at 40 weeks I’m using the overdue programme so hope this is just as effective. I seen some comments regarding the accent being off putting. I’m from the UK so didn’t find the pretty generic English accent offputting at all and actually found it relaxing and soothing. For £8 it has been well worth the money for me.
App kicks you out
I tried to use the app and it kicked me out every 1-5 minutes. I’ll keep looking for a good hypnobirthing app.
I expected more content for the price
I definitely feel ripped off after purchasing the full version. The content was ok, but not worth the price tag. Not many tracks at all. Basically 1 for the actual birth and if it didn’t have what you wanted then I guess that’s too bad.
Slightly too fast/too loud to relax
I’ve done some sleep meditations in the past was hoping to use this to help keep me calm and visualize during my upcoming labor but it was just too loud (I tend to like quiet voices that blend a little with the back ground) and she spoke a touch too fast that it kind of made me anxious. I went a different route on amazon but that was just based off the free visualization meditation on the app.... maybe the birth portion that you buy is different...

Hypnobirthing works!!
Scam?? Or faulty app?
It worked fine until I paid the $8.99 for the Hypnobirthing audios. As soon as I did that it kept crashing. I deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times and it kept doing the same thing. So now I’ve paid and cannot use it. It shuts down 5 secs after opening it.. Frustrating...

The amount of meditions on this app are not worth the $10.99!
Great app, really worth the money
Even though at first I wasn’t sure if I found the voice soothing, the more I listened to it, the more I though it was perfect for me. It’s different from some of the other apps, as it is a lot more practical in helping you deal with each stage of labour, rather than just relaxing, which I though was very important. I listened to the Hypnobirthing track almost every day for the last 10 weeks of my pregnancy and I have to say, it helped me immensely, during my labour. Before listening to it, I was anxious of the unknown, but a couple of weeks in I was no longer nervous, but rather excited to give birth. It really helped me to stay completely calm and relaxed throughout my labour, at no point was I nervous or stressed and I believe it’s all down to listening to this app.
Hidden costs
I wish it would be clear that you pay for the app and then need to pay again to access most of the sessions. When you pay for the app you only get the intro and one meditation which isn’t anything better than you get by googling meditation. Very frustrating and should be made clear initially.

I loved this app
I used this app for my first delivery. My son was overdue and I needed to be induced. He was 10lbs 11 oz. I birthed him vaginally, without the use of vacuum and forceps. I felt like this app helped me tap into my inner strength and birth this beautiful boy in about an 8 hour labor. Considering his size and that I was a first time mom, I can’t be anything but grateful for this tool and asset to women during pregnancy and labor. I am now pregnant with my second and am planning to use it all along as well. Thank you Paola for making this app for us!

Hate her voice
Downloaded the free version just to test to see if I like the app. The music is relaxing but I the ladies voice is not very soothing. I think this has stopped me from buying the full app. Have been searching for a good app for birth and this one is ok as the music is great but her voice just puts me off...!!!
Fantastic app for a calm birth
I love this app by Paola, I used it alongside other relaxation techniques from yoga to prepare for the birth of my second baby and it was wonderful. In particular I like the hypnosis tracks for peaceful sleep and for an overdue baby, but the prep for birth one is also great.

I swear by this book/app
I used Paola's Birthing Made Easy hypnobirthing techniques for the labour and birth of my first child almost 3 years ago. My pregnancy yoga teacher recommended it to me. It was brilliant and using the techniques enabled me to have a smooth, quick and controlled birth. It helped me to use my contractions to help me push the baby down and to minimise the pain I experienced. I intended to use the book and app for the birth of my second baby a week ago. However, my daughter arrived 4 weeks early so I hadn't got into it as much as I had hoped! But having already used hypnobirthing once the techniques came back to me even though I had only re-read one chapter of the book and used the app briefly. I would highly recommend Birthing Made Easy and the app is a brilliant addition to the book.
Doesnt work
Was able to use twice and then it stopped working. Had my baby soon after, so this app proved useless for its intended purpose
Love the App
I used the Inner Power Hypnobirthing book and CD for the birth of both of my boys. I only wish this App had been developed sooner! I still use Paola's relaxation track, which I have found invaluable over the years to help me revitalize my energy from exhausting days and nights from both children and a demanding job. I am so excited to have access to the relaxation program on the app wherever I go! I have recommended Inner Power Hypnobirthing numerous times, and I look forward to sharing the app with others.
