UPDATE: 10/11/17: (later that same day): Made sure app data was backed up and connected to my cell #, deleted app from device, reinstalled and reconnected to my synced data. Problem solved! Actually the game is working better than ever. Since my first purchase months ago it had stopped offering me adds for bonuses and ticket stubs which was beyond infuriating, and now it’s perfect. Now if only we could complete the English translation... UPDATE: 10/11/17: Game will not open since last app update. I updated my iPhone 6 to the recent system update (iOS 11.0.2), but updated the game before updating my phone. Both before and after the phone update, the game will not go further than the “Coconut Island” logo screen when i try to open the app. Extremely disappointed if this isn’t resolved as I’ve invested a lot of time and financial resources into exploring this game. I still receive notifications from the game telling me that time-based things are ready for me to do something, but I cannot actually enter the game so it’s super aggravating/annoying. ——— 09/17: Dropped all my other mobile games for this one. The only downfall is that there are parts that are not fully translated into English. They finally fixed the frequent crash bug which was annoying but didn't deter my constant playing. The 20% or so left untranslated in the English version is the only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars. If that were to change then I would gladly give 5/5 in a future update's review. As it stands, I can't read what I know are guaranteed hilarious nuggets scattered around the game. PLEASE COMPLETE ENGLISH TRANSLATION.

Won’t save my game
For some weird reason my phone can’t save the game. I put in my phone number and then I hit get code. I wait for the code to come through and when it does I type it in and I hit link/login and it the app says it can’t link the phone. Is there anyway this can be fixed. This happened the last time I played the game. I made it so far in the game. I had then got a new phone which means a new number and so from there I had to start from the beginning.

The game itself is fun, but there are a lot of glitches, like it constantly says there's a notification for a new illness, but no matter how many times I click it, it won't go away.
fun BUT....
within the last day, i keep getting waaaaaaay too many pop ups/ads. it literally happens within seconds of each other and it kicks me out of the game and into the app store. i have already made a purchase, this should have eliminated this issue. how can this be fixed? otherwise, i want a refund and i will just delete the game and download something else that is less annoying.
