Benefits finally easy to find
The Strive app has made it soooo much easier to access my benefits and important company updates all in one place. I also really enjoy the challenges and recognition that can earn rewards. It makes me want to participate and explore my benefits deeper!
Worst onboarding experience in the entire universe
The sign-up process does not play nice with password managers; there’s no procedure to use one to generate a password. Worse, pasting is forbidden (this alone is an automatic 1 star review). When I typed in my long, generated password by hand, twice, it rejected it because it didn’t meet some technicality of the requirements (it had a symbol, but not an *approved* symbol). It rejected my second password too, despite meeting all stated requirements. I must have spent 15 minutes fighting with this form before getting in. Finally, I would note this would this would all be moot if I could sign up on the web rather than doing all this on a phone keyboard.
Picture problem
It should allow me to use a picture of my ID card from my photo library, and choose to not use a PIN (or use TouchID instead).
I wish I had this tool years ago!
The fact that I and my spouse can use this tool for on demand information, support, telemedicine and more has been a game changer for us!
Cannot sign up
otp is always wrong. So frustrating

PIN failure
The app maybe great - can’t set up an account as I keep getting a PIN mismatch error - even tried simple PINs of all the same number and 123456 - same error. I tried to contact support through the app - the email was returned Undeliverable.

I’ve been using STRIVE for about 2 months now and my biggest regret is that I didn’t use it sooner. Every number or piece of information is literally in one spot, I don’t have to search. I also get great text message reminders from my broker and HR which are super helpful. Can not recommend the app enough!
