Ha mejorado profundamente! Solo una pequeña sugerencia...
La app ha cambiado profunda y muy positivamente. La integración de video, audio y contenido textual es limpia y no se nota improvisación en ninguna área. Muy contento con la app! Una característica que me ha gustado mucho es la de las convertir texto a voz. En esta me he dado cuenta que cuando el audio supera los diez minutos (en artículos largos por ejemplo) el audio llega hasta 9:59 y se pierde el resto. Adicionalmente siento que los resúmenes por IA podrían mejorar bastante, son formulaicos y pierden mucha información clave. Sin embargo es una brillante adición. Sigan así!
Frustrante
Renovar la suscripción es una pesadilla , llevo 3 años en qué no es fácil x internet y solo se pide renovar cia telefónica lo cual demora aún más el Proceso …. Publicidad que se no deja leer los artículos , redacción descuidada , pero no hay en donde más leer noticias 🤷🏻♂️

Leo diariamente las noticias. Pero me encantaría que el tamaño de la fuente esté sujeto a la configuración del celular. Actualmente es muy pequeña. Tengo iOS 17.2+ navegar es incómodo, después de leer un artículo y devolverte te manda a la parte superior

Without the context menu for translating and looking up words, the app is lacking as a useful tool.
Una app que le falta corrección
No se puede controlar que notificaciones le gustan que le lleguen, si solo quiere economía le toca esperar que también le llegue de farándula. La nueva versión tiene un error que le cuanta las noticias que notificaciones ha leído

Offline use
It seems that the app is intended for use only when you have a stable internet connection. But what the developers didn't take into account is that when you read news at the subway (when you got the time) or in a place where you lack of connectivity you couldn't even finish the article because pops up in your face a notice that says "no internet connection". Guess is an advertising issue or lack of sympathy for people that like to read the news in their commute. Not even having a premium subscription you can't avoid this uncomfortable notice. Hope this get fixed soon.
El mejor diario de Colombia
Da gusto estar suscrito a El Tiempo donde está uno informado al instante de los los acontecer es de Colombia y el mundo
Pop ups
La aplicación no deja leer las noticias. Apenas uno accede a la noticia emerge un pop un que no deja leer nada. No voy a renovar mi suscripción anual.
Se desconecta
Hace unos días me ha pasado que pide el usuario cada vez que entro en la aplicación. Y muchas veces se queda parpadeando y no se puede utilizar
Cada vez peor
La app viene empezando cada vez más, es lenta y pesada. Notificaciones se repiten y siempre que la abro debo iniciar sesión para poder ver contendido. El log in funciona solo la mitad me las veces.
Problema con el login
El app funciona bien pero en varias ovaciones pide volver a hacer login y se traba la aplicación al intentarlo. Esto en un IPhone con Sistema operativo actual

Intuitiva, mucho más amigable para leer. Además, amo el resumen de noticias. Es lo mejor, me encanta el formato.

Buen info pero falla
Es el mejor periódico del país, pero la APP tiene una falla bastante grave en el usuario, se sale de la cuenta y al querer ingresar o verificar la cuenta se bloquea.
Bad UX, no dark mode
As you navigate through the app, you’ll see countless pop-ups and banners. Some of the banners overlap the content, making it really confusing. In addition, there is no support for dark mode. No, thanks.

Esta funcionando mal, no permite leer las noticias completas, ni iniciar sesión. La elimine para volverla a descargar y no permite abrir

Sigue siendo aldo antigua
Primero ps mejor tenerla q no tenerla asi q gracias por estar trabajando de ella. Segundo la animacion inicial no sirve.a parte de ser algo pesada y postdated, no es lo q la gente busca.quando entro en la app lo q quiero ver es el contenido y ya.Abran la app de CNN y se van a dar cuenta d le lo que digo.por el resto la app hace su función gracias por estar desarollandola .
Frustrante
Tengo suscripción anual y cada vez que quiero leer un artículo interesante me pide actualizar, y aún así no funciona:( que es eso por favor, no quiero mas la suscripción!
Notification options
The app should enable people to choose what kind of Notifications they are interested in receiving. There are days where 30+ are sent on topic that are not of general interest. Enabling users to select from a list of topics would be better UX design. Many other news apps have this option. Breaking News, Political, Sports, location-based, etc.
Nueva versión de El Tiempo
Estoy suscrita a este periódico hace alrededor de un año. Hoy, lo abro para leer las noticias y me encuentro con el anuncio de que ha salido una nueva versión. Hago quick y me lleva a la aplicación que ya está bajada. Hago click en la misma y vuelve y me lleva al a la página principal con el mismo anuncio que no permite ingresar al periódico. Es un círculo del que no se puede salir. Por favor los subscriptores necesitamos que nos arreglen ésto. Gracias!!!!!
Pésimo servicio
Muy buenos para cobrar pero una vez que reciben el dinero no hay acceso a noticias y es imposible hablar con alguien. Pésimo servicio al cliente
Actualizaciones con demasiada frecuencia
Me incomoda que cada vez que doy click en una notificación para ver la noticia, me pide actualizar y luego de actualizarla ya no encuentro la noticia ni en la app ni en las aplicaciones. Y la verdad no veo novedades en las actualizaciones.
Cambios en versión empeoraron la App
Desde que hicieron cambios a la App para parecerse más al sitio Web han aparecido muchos problemas: No puedo leer algunos artículos para suscritores aunque yo soy subscriptora. Las paginas se refrescan cada rato e interrumpen la lectura. La sección de juegos no muestra bien la página y no se puede jugar. Aparecen ahora avisos publicitarios que antes no había, y ventanas qué aparecen cada vez que se abre la App y hay que cerrar pues no dejan leer. Lo único positivo es que antes cuando había una notificación y la App estaba abierta, se dirigía automáticamente a la noticia, interrumpiendo la página que se estaba leyendo. Eso no pasa ahora. Por favor arreglen estos problemas pues la suscripción esta perdiendo valor.

no es buena app sobre todo porqué cuando uno está leyendo un artículo y se devuelve a la página anterior, la app no se devuelve al punto donde uno “iba” sino que se devuelve al inicio! muy incómodo!
Demora mucho cargando
La información periodística es muy buena sin embargo la aplicación se demora 2 minutos o más cargando la noticia que uno selecciona

Estoy muy decepcionado, cada vez que entro a la APP debEl Tiempo, aparece un anuncio de un juego que tarda como 40 segundos. La verdad inscribí en el periódico para ver las noticias. No hay manera de salir de la propaganda se la tiene uno que recetar toda. Saludos

Pésima actualización
Soy un subscriptor desde hace varios años. Esta actualización hace imposible leer las noticias con esa mano de popups de publicidad. Muy mal diseño. Que lastima.
Dónde están las secciones en la aplicación móvil
De la aplicación móvil no encuentro rápido las secciones ni la tasa representativa del mercado...que pasa?
No arreglan problemas tecnicos
Resulta que su periodico no se puede leer en forma horizontal en ninguna tableta ni telefono, solo es un simple ajuste de parte del periodico, es DESIDIA TIPICA DE COLOMBIA., porque ya llame a quejarme de la situacion.

Terrible App
I subscribed to the journal using the app, and then when I wanted to cancel the subscription it wouldn’t give me the option to do it through the app. I called them and they said they couldn’t help me because I had subscribed through the app. I emailed them and they said that I should login on the app using the same email I used when I subscribed, which I did, but it still didn’t work. Terrible app wouldn’t recommend!
Cosas negativas
No pude volver a encontrar el cuadro con los indicadores económicos ni tampoco el crucigrama.
Interfiere con el sonido
Cada vez que se abre el App se silencia lo que uno estuviera escuchando en el teléfono. Eso es bastante molesto y me ha llevado a pensar 2 veces cuándo abrir el App, porque no quiero silenciar mi música.

App crashes and restarts my phone
I’m a subscriber and I’m very disappointed to launch this app and it crashes. The problem is that when it crashes, it kills my phone so I have to restart every time. Your developers should fix this crash. When I look at the crash logs it says Reason: UIKit-runloop-El Tiempo Event: Completed Runloop Hang
News about Colombia!!
Very annoying app. It contains pop up ads that don’t go away. Everytime you read a particular piece of news there’s no back bottom to continue reading the news, instead it takes you back to the very beginning again! It does not support FB so can’t share what you read!! I only keep it because there’s no other decent app for Colombian news. El Espectador does not have one that I know of...Oh well...
