Supported backup content is encrypted on your device before upload
Access to the protected backup requires the password or recovery information controlled by you
Safety Photo+Video support cannot decrypt your zero-knowledge backup without those user-controlled credentials
Restore a compatible completed backup when moving to another supported device
Cloud backup, local vault storage, and iCloud features are separate storage options and may use different security, synchronization, and recovery mechanisms.
