Great app so easy to use
Great app makes playing darts so much more fun and so easy to use
Waste of time
£500 and it is rubbish. Changed my wifi hub and impossible to reconnect to it. Tried everything. All I can get is connecting to Target Omni and that bloody whirly wheel going round and round. Don’t buy this and get the Scalia system. No help from Target app or company. 2 days and still can’t connect. Cut my losses and bin it.

I received the new update this morning and when I started the play, it was telling me I automatically already have thrown my darts.. I tried recalibrating, and it was still doing it.

Why when I play a local game with my friend by scanning my QR code, does it not count toward my darts thrown or average? I am scanning my QR for my account so it should add the stats. My friend is an annual subscriber and we are shocked this is not simply part of the app. Update this.
Match share function not working
The app has been excellent so far but since the latest update the match details share icon causes the app to freeze.

Needs to be an option on app to add trail codes I’ve got 15 plus to add also making them a qr code and auto adding to account would be a better option in the future

Horrible v9.0.3 update
I have been happily using the app for about 1.5 years but it’s been about a week since their v9.0.3 December update and a lot of people are seeing problems with this new version. The new user interface is horrible with the voice of colors, fonts, cricket marks, etc. being hard on the eye and too small. The lifetime “darts thrown”statistic has also been messed up with mine being randomly reduced by almost 40,000 darts. A friend confirmed that theirs also was reduced so it looks like this is a recurring problem which has yet to have been fixed. This update is so bad, I’m now looking for an alternative app to use until they fix these issues.
Very Bugged
Poor scoring system at times… keeps saying no score, thinking I’ve busted, when in the 200s!! 🤷♂️🤦♂️🤣

Gone useless
Paid a lot of money for the Omni and it’s a joke. Can’t read darts thrown, has that you threw a dart when you haven’t, and now can’t even play against the new stupid dartbot as it reads my score twice and skips the dartbot and can’t finish a game as it’s reading my score twice and says I bust every time
Great….most of the time
Usually runs fine but using the Virt is very finicky and just lags most of the time from clips saved. The Omni however works more consistently but if it lags out during a match, you will be stuck counting yourself and having to wait the full 45-60 seconds of throw time.
I was told this was the best app…
I have about 6 different online style dart apps on my phone. None of which, require me to pay monthly or yearly just to throw darts. I think it’s annoying for you to shove ads down my throat 24/7 and expect me to buy all of your overpriced online items. Mind you that these items don’t even ship to America. I don’t like that you force me to pay in order to play, or force me to wait a week just for the same lousy thing to go wrong. All three of my “free” matches were not even completed due to the fact that the camera didn’t work, it wouldn’t allow me to reset the camera in game, it wouldn’t allow me to message opponents, I couldn’t get an average and, more things wrong with it. I will save most the time and effort of downloading if the creators even take the time to read it. Save the 35 dollars and get a good board and better friends. This app definitely isn’t the place for it!
Update wasn’t needed and has changed basic darts scoring.
Why have you took out the game set match call out and calling out what the other person scores while one person is on a finish? Making changes for the sake of it. The app was fine before you done that. I’ve used it for years and this is the first update that’s annoyed me!
Great app great support
I got this app a good while ago and have been using it to help practice. I believe it’s helped me improve and gain confidence. I also would like to add the support I got when emailed about an issue with my subscription was fabulous. I emailed first time and had response in 1 day and second time the reply and my issue was sorted on the same day. Very appreciative of the support team. SO bad!
App is constantly crashing, can’t have a single game without it freezing or dropping out…..! So frustrating!
Good start but missing some features
First of all can I say what a revelation this app has been. I can play anyone from around the world, play all my practice games and track my stats. It’s a great way to get started playing competitive darts. To the developers, this app is sometimes buggy and missing some key features DartConnect has. First, an in-game calculator would be helpful for us mathematically challenged. Second, I’ve encountered on a few occasions a bug where both mine and my opponent’s screen says it’s the others’ turn, eventually the game times out.
Always issues
Constant updates yet I find very few improvements to the app. I paid for subscription and since then, it barely ever calls my name out of what I have remaining. Very annoying to have to look at the screen for what’s left when it should be getting called out. I might get one game where it calls it out and then could have 3 games where it doesn’t. No clue why it works sometimes and not others. Won’t be renewing my subscription.

Suggestion
Great app, so far I only have one suggestion.. In cricket mode, when scoring there is no indicator as to what dart the person is on. You just enter 3 marks and hit next turn. Can you make it to where the mark that is being scored had a different color during the turn? So assuming 17 has a mark on it already going into next turn, if the person hits a 2nd mark this could show up as a green slash until the turn is over.

New update is buggy. No longer allows audio to play through external speakers and cuts all audio back to phone when any audio plays from app

I like darts and when ranked dropped I was HYPED but then I found out I need ultimate to play PLEASE PUT RANKED ON THE FREE VERSION

Temperamental
When it works its works fabulous. Buggy and Omni is a brat.
Fine but not always the most pleasant user experience
For context I’m using it just for local score keeping on my phone. Too many updates and a UI that’s easy to fat finger the wrong score, can’t speak for online play and understand that it’s probably a better experience on a tablet. Also if you want to listen to music on your phone while playing you have to reconnect any Bluetooth audio device after opening the app. Again can’t speak for online play, but if you just want simple score keeping, there are several little annoyances that you have to navigate around.

This app still freezes on the stats page when playing online and I have to close the the app to get out of it therefore not able to play any games online I’ve done everything to resolve it , it’s bothering me as I’ve paid for this app!! Sort it out it’s been weeks

It keeps going white
Every time I try open the app it just goes to a blank white screen I’ve tried deleting and re installing and it keeps going to a white screen. it was good until this started happening I’m going to nakka if they don’t fix this
Good but subscription disappointing
Think the app is great, but in our house we have 3 people who play darts regularly and it looks like we need to get them their own subscription to allow them all to play online and not alter their individual stats

I thought there would have been statistics when I payed the extra money, there are better statistics in free app out there. I haven’t played online with friends yet but i hope that doesn’t let me down

Dart Bot issues
The dart bot is very disfunctional. You would tell it to averedge something like 70-76 but it would adverage 90 for the first 9 then slow down near the end to lower the adverage back down. Which is pointless seeing as your already far behind. It is also incredibly predictable and you can accurately guess wether or not it will miss doubles. It’s overall very poor.
Good app but has bug in doubles training
Good app when playing bot Will upgrade review when doubles training is fixed When inputting number of darts thrown at a double when you select either 1 or 2 it counts as three for both numbers of darts thrown eg darts thrown =3 I throw one dart hit the double the hit 1 and enter the darts thrown =6 was working fine few days ago if I’m not mistaken thanks for the app guys looking forward to a fix
