The old app was better. You would watch a replay then look at full result and you would see the horses with the jockeys full name next to them. Now you only see a few letters of the jockeys name you have to guess who it is.

What happened to the jockeys and trainers info in results section? This is an important function for myself (and I suspect, others). Is this a cheap skating or easier route for the input team? Very lazy.

Since the app update 3 weeks ago my app keeps kicking me out and I need to press back into the app. Happening several times a day..! Always been spot on till now.!

The app on my phone is good and has a lot of news and information. Personally I enjoy following horse racing as a sport, I have done for decades, I am just not into the betting aspect. I would happily subscribe to At The Races so I could watch live on my Kindle or via my TV Amazon Firestick, but sadly there is no app version for the Kindle or Firestick. There is for Racing TV and it works great. Surely it cannot be that difficult to include a version of the At The Races app for Amazon Kindle and Firestick. Hundreds of thousands use that format if not millions. Even if that app version was just a lite slimmed down version so we could subscribe and watch live.
Results page
Results page on my iPad. Since updating app (14 feb)does not show winning jockey or trainer anymore it is blank.
Horse Tracker
I mainly use Racing Post app for viewing race cards and results, however I use At The Races to add horses to my tracker. What would be good is on a horse profile, showing the “Status” of the horse (example: In training, Retired). This would ensure that you don’t have horses in your tracker which have been retired.. And I also think there could just be a better user interface where it’s easier to see entries and declarations. Sometimes you don’t get your email that a horse is winning till about 9 pm the night before and this is no good if you want to get an early price!

Bring back Old form comments
This used to be the best app for racing info, but now the previous Comments on horses profile have disappeared So when you used to click on a horse and check its run 5/6 runs ago, you cannot see the comments before that particular race It’s now made this app obsolete for me as that was a big factor in using it, the new update has not fixed this issue either

Slow with results
Falling apart
So glitchy recently. Use this app all the time but some days it just doesn’t load, they’ve lost all the original writes up for horses going back a few months +. They’ve made some disastrous decisions regarding the app, whoever does the write up’s these days hasn’t got a clue what they’re talking about. Such a shame

The best app around for racing. Use it all the time just wish it had archive from RacingTV tracks too but I guess that’s wishful thinking!

Why doesn’t this app show the winning time for the horses but on the web version it does? Please add this on the app.

Advice for racing is good but tips are poor. Hugh you need to retire! The odds you get will make a trivial profit! For followers look elsewhere!!

Great app, easy to navigate and very slick compared RP whom I’ve defected from due to it going roughy down the pan. Keep it up ATR!
Worst racing app
This app is the worst app to download as sometimes there’s no race cards and sometimes you cannot get the results . Sporting life app blinds this
Issue with dates
Love the app but an issue with the race card where it doesn’t update each day and stays on a particular day. Only way to fix it is to uninstall each time and then it updates on time for a couple of days before messing up again. Could you have a look at this please?

How can a Racing App not show race cards? Results are fine.
Results page
Enjoying the App overall but the results page often refers back to an historic date and I cannot always get up to date results. Deleting and restoring the App does resolve the issue though but it is frustrating.

At the races is very informative. I enjoy reading the horses form, previous weights carried, etc. However, on the latest update on my IPad I can’t read the Tips and Blogs pages, just one page shows and that’s it. However it does work on my iPhone.
