Best app for fleets
This is the best and most easy app for your drivers or riders. Features are loaded which make the operations smooth.

Works good but wish the GPS worked within the app
It has every feature I need I just hate the fact that it can’t navigate from within the app you have to get redirected out of the app to use google. I wish the app would work seemingly with the navigation in the agent app itself
Suitable for leisure pple who wants to try delivery for fun
Around 10-20 new jobs available to accept for all drivers everyday. Hundreds of jobs available to choose from is a dream rather than reality. Fees earn around 8-10 dollars to deliver parcel from west to east. Dont bank on earning money as what u earn will definitely not cover petrol and parking costs. Good for people who want to try out life as a delivery driver or for those who happen to pass by destination point of delivery drop off.
Unable to complete tasks
Clicking the signature feature takes me to a map instead of the required field.

Would be a great app if........
Would be a great app if they integrated a couple of helpful features. One being a dark mode so when driving at night you don’t have to keep adjusting your screen brightness and secondly it’s locked to portrait orientation which is fine but I use the apple iPad Pro for my Tookan agent but it’s only possible to see it sideways on. Having a landscape orientation would be very handy. If it had both these features would be a 10 * for sure.

Don’t signup for Yelo or Tookan
These guys are scam artists. They write fake reviews. They took over a hundred bucks from me and then gave me a “demo” login because they “couldn’t create an account”. What on earth am I paying for, a demo??? They give you the run around when you demand a refund
Issue viewing completed tasks
When selecting a past date, it shows the number of completed tasks but when I click ‘view tasks’ it shows “nothing for today..”
Time elapsed
Hi! So I use this app for a dog walking job. It’s great and has definitely improved a lot. But something I would like to see is a timer or clock of some sort. My walks vary from 30 minutes to an hour and it would be nice to be able to look down at the app and see how much time I have left on the walk.

Considering changing to Onfleet
I started by loving Tookan but there is a small UX problem in this agent app that us causing so much headache for my agents. The tasks are viewed in a calendar view which is an incredibly horrible way for viewing a queue of tasks. When a task comes at 12:00 am, then agent needs to change the date to view the task. Otherwise, they will not see it and ignore it. Therefore, you and the customers that are expecting the delivery will suffer. I am starting to look into OnFleet because of this issue. Seems like and easy thing to address but I doubt the developers will.

Unreliable
Said they’d help us with our delivery service, logos, and app. Unfortunately they didn’t deliver what was asked of them, didn’t follow direction, and didn’t refund our base payment when we no longer required their services as a result. We are very displeased with this company and how they conduct their business.

Its a great app to assign jobs and track my field agents on real time.
Bugs
*bugs or fixes* 1. No option to delete old messages 2. App freezes even on high end phones 3. GPS is off by A 0.5 of a mile sometimes 4. Chat names change to the name of last person you chat with 5. No option to undo if you mark task successfully by accident. 6. Top of screen cuts off a few centimeters when using the app 7. Support Email should go to app developer and not the company you work for. 8. Fix these small issues and I would rate this app 5 stars

Buggy
Tasks submitted through manager, but on my delivery app end all the dots start to not showing. I was working in “blind” without foreseeing where other tasks are by location.
Possible Scam
Found an ad on Craigslist saying to download this app for work available. Downloaded but doesn't let you register for a use name etc. I would stay away
