What people like
- Painting effect gives precise control
- Works well for basic negatives
- Great for viewing old film
- Very easy to use quickly
What they complain about
- VIP subscription never unlocks features
- Support ignores your emails completely
- Ads interrupt you constantly
- Photos get squished and distorted
- No undo button to fix mistakes
A little or a lot
I love how you can brush a little negativity on a photo or a lot. You can brush half the picture as a negative and leave the other half untouched. Since the VIP was 87% off at $5.99 for a year. I got the one year VIP.
It doesn’t work
It didn’t seem to work. I thought I had to pay the $5.99 subscription. I did and it still doesn’t work. There are no instructions and it doesn’t do what the name implies. No one should buy this. It is pure garbage.
Good but can Improve
Good app but it’s just missing an eraser and maybe a ruler
No saving to cameraroll
I can not save to my cameraroll anymore :-(
It’s ok but vip doesn’t work
Paid for vip but it doesn’t work disappointed as I use the app a lot :(
Paid £2.99 and got nothing!
Paid £2.99 to become a VIP and access additional material. Money taken but still says become a VIP!! Emailed the app owner three times but no response. AVOID this app or at least DONT PAY!
Trash! Don’t buy!
Doesn’t work well settings very limited
WAS good
The app was brilliant before the update... now I keep getting lots of adverts appear... no one wants to see the ads. ... I like the layout but it’s the ads that let it down!
Ist Ok
Es ist Mega cool ABER das ist das einzige was man machen kann. Sonst aber super 👍
does the job
i normally don’t leave reviews but this app is getting too much hate this app does what i needed it to do- make my photos negative there are a lot of pop up ads and it does leave a watermark (theres ways to get around that tho) but its super easy to use and my photos looks really nice it does what i expected it to do and i’m actually really satisfied if you’re kinda iffy on the subject, just try it you’ll see for yourself
Worthless
Why pay to invert an image? PLENTY of freebies out there.
Squashed
The app seemed to invert a b+w negative correctly - but squashed it to square format in the process and added a border. Also unsure why I have to ‘paint’ the image to get this to work.
Not Bad
I was looking for an app to simply turn an image into a negative. This will do that. That fact that you can paint the conversion is very cool. It could use some upgrades that are worth paying for. - It imports square images as rectangles. Annoying. - It does not have an undo. Super annoying. Looking for an upgrade as it does work as expected.
Watermark
The only issue I have with the app is the watermark in the corner but I used photoshop to get rid of it and I was just fine
Paid for vip
Paid for VIP. WONT WORK.
Converts to vertical format ..unwarranted
The negative conversion works fine. But if there is a setting to keep the image in a horizontal format, I haven’t found it. This app’s usefulness is limited.
Works...
Works by letting you "paint" the area where you want the negative effect. Not so handy for looking at negatives on your phone but for everything else it's probably good.
Super
Parfait
THIEVES
I’ve never downloaded an app that took your money and did not even give you the service they suggest !!! Did not unlock the-so called “VIP” I even emailed them but no response.. I’m filing a case against them in apple to get a refund !!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT!! It’s not even worst this 1 star
Needs some work
There should be a tutorial and an undo button. Also photos that aren't taken portrait-like are squished, giving an unwanted funhouse mirror effect and ruining the photo. I do like the simplicity and the ability to paint on the negative coloring, but these errors should be fixed.
Gut aber...
Bilder sind verzehrt. Bitte dieses Problem beheben 🙏🏻
Outstanding!
Very easy software to use for non-technical people. for the technical type you'll have this master in less than 60 seconds. I will be paying for this app.
Worst App!
I don’t want to spend a lot of time writing a review about this crappy app. It simply is one of the worst apps on the planet.
Resizes images!!
Applying the negative effect works well. I had a square image (for instagram) which was nicely converted but also changed to a different size (3:4). So i deleted the APP again :((
Memories brought to life.
I found this app yesterday after I found old family negatives. Using my iPad as a light box I used this app to photograph the negative. Then the bit I love....... choose a large brush size and rub over the screen with your finger.......... and all is revealed. Never before seen photos of myself as a baby. Love it. Memory lane here I come.
VIP doesn’t work
VIP subscription does not work.
Simple- fast-effective
I appreciate how easy this is, and how by "painting" the negative, you can control what areas of the photo you want altered.
App doesnt work
Purchase VIP yearly access and doesnt unlock the VIP features....false advertising
Very good
After seeing all the similar apps get negative reviews, I thought I'd try this app that had no reviews. It works kind of weird in having to "paint on the photo" the qualities that make it a negative, but that's kind of fun and the end product is exactly as advertised. This is a must try app, for sure. You will be pleasantly surprised.
Not happy
I bought the become VIP. And although it says it is supposed to be unlocked but I can’t do anything. It says I have the subscription until March 8,2021. Nothing works except what I had with the free version
Sibscription appears to be Scam
I paid for a subscription after the trial. Every “VIP” effect was still unavailable and sent me to the subscription page again. I finally unsubscribed because I could not use the features I “subscribed” to. Big waste of money.
