WhyI love this app
I love this app because it’s always exactly what satellite is and it also allows me to adjust my satellite dish to link to the satellite so I don’t know what the link to the side like whatever you say when you’re actually the satellite that’s all by and that’s my review
Not supported anymore
I paid for the Pro version but it isn’t supported anymore. I had to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work but my favorites do not display like it is supposed too. Apple should address this.
Update the app
Great app it just need to be updated
Slow
This app takes ages to get a GPS fix. Once it’s located you it works very well. Very handy to see if that tree or building is in the way or not.
Satellite pro
I wish I could give it more stars it’s a great app!! Only problem is I want to upgrade to pro but I get an “invalid product ID “ and won’t let me get the pro version plz help or fix the bug!!!
Ok
Nice
Dish customer
I cannot get dish network satellites when I used to with this very same app, I changed phone service from Straight talk to Verizon. Does that have anything to do with it?
Great- but pro version link not working
Great, simple app! But if you want to only see the satellite/s your interested in, it says you need the pro version. Which I’d be happy to purchase, but it seems it doesn’t exist?
Not working
Doesn’t work on the latest iOS
Wrong direction
Sometimes the satellites are not quite where my phone is saying they are. I don’t know why this is. So I waste lot of time trying to set the dish up pointing in the wrong direction.
Indispensable app for RV owners with Dish
The pro version works great and allows me to find satellites between a small gap of trees at campsites in the woods. I don’t know how else one could accomplish this and finding the angle and azimuth are very easy with the app.
APP stopped working
Downloaded the App and paid the $4.99 for the PRO version and after a few months the App stopped working. When opened it would say finding your location and sit there with a spinning ICON. I deleted the App and downloaded again and the App started finding the location again but we lost the PRO version.
Concept is nice
Too bad it’s not working for me. Sky view is unreliable and the rest doesn’t work. Paid for premium and it’s useless. Aim dish function just doesn’t do anything, numbers don’t change as I move the phone, flat out not working. Waste of money.
Update new satellite, intelsat 38 or Azerspace 2 is not in list
Update new satellite, intelsat 38 or Azerspace 2 is not in list
Nicely designed tool
Great for aiming to the SiriusXM satellites.
Ghosted By Support, Paid Version Inaccessible
Abandoned by the developers. Upgrading a free download to pro just results in an error stating invalid product ID. Cannot restore previous pro purchase. Website still says copyright 2016. If you’re not going to provide support to those who actually paid for your app, take it off the App Store.
İşe yarıyor
kamera modundan uyduyu bulun 171 42 çanağı telefon ile aynı Konya getirin işe yarar ücret ödemeyin bunu yapamıyorsanız yapabilen birine Bırakın
Neat but incomplete
Love the concept but the dev needs to add the NOAA GOES satellites.
Eutelsat
Sesli uyarı yok ve eutelsat’ı bulamadı. Turksatı el yordamıyla da buluyorum ben zaten.
I’ve been using this for 4+ years tracking sats all over the world for work
I love this app. Site surveys with a good compass is a game changer. Can you add starlink sats too?
Unusable
I receive an invalid product ID every time I attempt to point my dish or even add a satellite to the database. Uninstalling.
Было все хорошо
Было хорошо пока не перестал работать написал вам в поддержку а вы молчите.... когда я покупал версию про, для как раз работы... и она не работает хочется от вас объяснений хотя бы
Can’t find location
It won’t find my location and yes my location services are on
Too much info
Hard to use in AR mode, shows all satellites, hard to find your favorites
Seems great.
Hopefully it stays that way.
Satellite pointer
This app makes no since you have to be a trained dish guy to understand it should make it were a kid could do it if needed not everything needs to seem high tech and difficult
Satellite Finder
Fonctionne bien , elle donne une bonne idée ou est le satellite rechercher .
Try to use it
The app worked fine when I first used now all it does is stay on find your location screen and when it does open the satellites or not in their right position on the screen sometimes it works sometimes it’s junk
Pro upgrade
Works well but why is pro version free to Android users but iPhone/pad users have to pay??
Good
I used this when installing directv satellite dishes, worked really good
Locked up will not move I rebooted phone no change
Locked up
Great app... accuracy off a bit
I am a Sr. Field Technician for the one of largest enterprise satellite company in Canada and prior to using this app I was using DP AR Pro. I was very disappointed when they stopped supporting the app that cost me $29.99 to upgrade to Pro. I found this app and use it for pointing CBand, Ku and KA on a daily bases now. It’s a good app and look forward to many upgrades to come. Thanks
Changing review
The Phone settings were incorrect for the App to function when I first posted the review.
Jackofr
In principal a great app for finding satellites eg astra 2e. The data is ok but the compass is not accurate. Comparing with a magnetic compass and a compass app it is several degrees out. I cannot give a value since it changes with time. A pity since the principal is great.
The best app ever
I used this app
Keeps crashing!
Recently downloaded this app and can’t make it past the page where it asks to track my location automatically.
Dishpointer
Purchased Pro version , very useful. Happy so far.
Good from afar but far from good
I thought I was onto a winner with this as I immediately scanned the sky and found the satellite i wanted. I paid for the premium version to aid aligning my dish but alas thats where the joyous journey ended. When scanning the sky for satellites my azimuth and elevation change as normal and the sats appear where you would expect. Switch to alignment mode and my azimuth and elevation are frozen. The little arrow pointing to the sat points up no matter what, no change of state. I have tried rebooting the app, rebooting the phone, switching the compass on and off but nothing. Maybe I am doing it wrong but I doubt it... so far a little disappointed and a fiver short.
Razoável
Cumpre o prometido,problema é ter tantas propagandas.
SatSat
Update and Connect please . Thanks
Won’t work for me with dish network
Signal strength remained zero. Elevation and polarization stopped working. Waste of $5
Не плохо!!!
Точно показывает расположение спутников. Помогает при выборе места для установки спутниковой антенны, особенно если на местности много деревьев.
Not always accurate
This app is about 30 degrees out and can’t be trusted for field tests
Awesome
Does exactly what I need
Unreliable
More time than not the app is stuck finding my location. Close it and open it again and get the same. Also, I’ve come to learn it is less than reliable. The compass settings on it jump around a lot as much as 90 degrees or more. When it works it’s great though but that’s not often enough.
Interesting
This is an interesting app, however it would be a greater benefit if it actually helped you to hook up to satellites for your dish. And it would also be good if you had Canadian satellite hook ups too. Other than that this is a totally useless app.
