Bad review experience
Extremely horrible customer service specially on WhatsApp, the messages are automated it’s just a bot replying to your complaints and they keep sending the same messages over and over again. They’re selling damaged products specially perfumes or cosmetics and when I complained about it on whatsapp they’re asking me to go to warehouse in wafra to return and exchange. How is it my problem if the product I received is damaged?? And I need to go all the way to wafra to exchange?? Stupid company don’t order from here please!!

Fake discount codes
Always the discount code they provide is not making any discount

Very bad service
After making the order and deducting the money, 2 hours before delivery they send me message that my order is “ out of stock “ and they didn’t mention anything about refunding the money. I tried to contact them through their WhatsApp customer service number, they replied we are busy right now, will contact you later. This is the last time to use this application and I will not recommend it to anyone.
Application loading error
The app needs to be fixed so many errors when loading products. I really like this app and wish it will be fixed so i can order more often with ease. Thanks

Why there is only 30 items for fast delivery?
I’m paying more for the items because the items in 30mins delivery is higher price than the regular delivery. After all of this negativity they also restrict you with 30 items only. Honestly what a service is that? LuLu is why better. The only reason I order from taw9eel is 3 items that i want and I don’t find it in other apps.
Higher prices than peers
They raised the prices of many products higher than peers and supermarket and then they do sales on them. I do not trust them anymore.

Extremely Poor Service
I have placed orders through this platform around 5 times and each tune the delivery was late by over 3 hours and after chasing up with the call Centre. For my latest order, I did not get my delivery and I was told by the call Centre that the driver had tried to call me and that I did not answer the call. This was such a blatant lie. I never received any call. The online platform is good but they need to fix the timeliness of delivery and their logistics system....bad experience too many times.
