Look, I remember loving this game, there are stats on levels that I played. I was so excited that I finally get to play new levels, but now I gotta pay to play? That’s a low blow. Still love the game, but come on! This isn’t fair to people who don’t have much money! This went from #1 favorite escape game, to #3 quick. I get it, you need money. But you can just charge people or coins on hints or make another prison escape that could need paying! I don’t have money to pay to play new levels. And that hurts.
Game Ending Bug‼️🧐
Alcatraz Day 2 has a program runtime bug where it is impossible to collect the 3rd musical instrument because the man sitting at the table won’t offer the Tic-tac-toe game in exchange for the required piece. I had to reference several YouTube videos to confirm this bug. I did purchase the unlimited Skips and Hints because I don’t know how to play sudoku (Alcatraz Day 1). DEVELOPER: Please fix that game ending bug. Some puzzles don’t register, requiring the skip option or closing the app, then reopening it. Throwing a rock into a window instead of simply opening a door is rather unnecessary. You open a door at the airport, yet you break windows with a rock at other places? Despite the flaws in this game, I really enjoyed playing it. However, this game takes over 3+ hours to complete and after only a few plays, it got too boring. This game is trying too hard to be interesting with too many levels. The puzzles feel so tedious, repetitive and unnecessary. Using the skip feature is necessary in this game, more than you realize. In many cases, you need the skip feature to complete puzzles that won’t register the puzzle as complete. If you can look past these flaws, then perhaps this game might be entertaining for you. If the developer doesn’t care to fix these issues, then they deserve this rating. Rating: 2/5 Recommended: Yes.
My opinion
I normally like puzzles. I used to play this app A LOT! But now it’s kinda boring. Im saying this because now, we only play the normally levels not the newer ones, and it’s kind of not fair because you have to pay to get level and that takes away all the fun. This is my opinion!! Please change for all level be free for everyone 🙏🙏

This game is really fun, I have to things about the game I don’t like, first, I hate that you have to pay coins for hints, some of the levels are really hard and I don’t have the coins to pay, the other thing is I feel like some of the content is not suitable for little kids who are like 7 or 8, otherwise. Puzzles won’t open
Got to the airport and can’t progress because the puzzle to give me the key won’t open. Tried several times with no luck.
Not being to access all levels
Now this is one of the best escape room games out there, don’t get me wrong. But in a recent update, loads of new levels have been added. But these along with previous levels are now locked, and you now have to pay money in order to play them. Which is really annoying because the new levels look so cool!
Bug
There is a bug in the virus room where your stuff disappears and you have to start over I’ve had to start over like 10 times already

Intentionally makes the puzzles too difficult to solve. You can tap all you want to find things but you will never find enough to solve the puzzles without buying coins. No thank you take your hints and money hungry game and flush it. Purposely keeps you stuck to either buy coins or delete. My choice is DELETE!! Wish I could rate all five zeros!
Good game, update broke it
I like this game but the most recent update doesn't allow me to play half the levels anymore, I'll select the level and it will fade to black like it's starting, but spit me out on the selection screen again. That, and levels I have already completed are asking me to buy coins for them to work.

When I first played this game it didn’t require any money or coins to buy new levels it was just calm I’d play nonstop levels after levels until I completed all of it so I waited for new levels and boom they came I played from the start until I realized I was forced to pay for the rest I was angry I know you need the money but why this was a great game until it wasn’t I hope you make a coin system or delete the whole pay to play I just need to know WHY

Good but the fun levels cost money
This game is amazingly good and fun, yet to even unlock the other stories, you need to spend money on it. This game is complicated but surprisingly polished. I would recommend this game much more IF the fun levels were free again (they were free for me for about 6 months). I understand the need to make money but if needed, at least make the levels accessible through an add instead of cash! Please fix this. Also another thing I forgot to add was that there are ZERO ads and I can’t exaggerate this enough. Overall good work on the game, but please make the game more accessible for people who cant afford to buy everything.

Escape and figuring out to get things to work is comforable and challenging. The environments are interesting and are well defined. This is a nicely thought out game. I recommend this game highly.

Why premium levels?
This game is one of my favorites. It is well-made and is a challenging game. I like that the levels get progressively harder. The only problem is once I finished the ghost town level, I was trying to move onto the next one but then I had to unlock premium levels to play LOCKDOWN: Storage room. I was a little disappointed, because there were so many other levels ahead that I couldn’t play because I had pay for it. Like there are no other free and any other alternatives options!? I would watch 10 ads just to play the Premium levels. But besides that I LOVE THIS GAME ALOT.
