Parfois impossible de voir les messages des clients c’est galère car obliger d’utiliser un ordinateur, donc pas facile quand on et a l’extérieur mais très compliquer pour répondre au voyageur rapidement À revoir de ce côté là Puis aucune notification sur l’iPhone alors que tout et cocher dans le paramètre

Planning qui ne se synchronise pas avec Airbnb ou très difficilement Difficile via l’application pour contacter le service client. Le planning pourrait être un peu plus optimisé et plus jolie visuellement Pouvoir mettre des conditions d’annulation par type, par exemple j’ai beaucoup d’espagnol qui réservent et qui annule , donc pour eux leur mettre aucun remboursement
Buggy
Consistent issues with the booking tab not showing bookings. This has been ongoing intermittently for over a year. Also the filter options on the Home Screen do not persist/save so you have to re-filter every time you open the app Basic stuff surely
Lots of Bugs
It’s ok but not as good as competitors like airbnb app. They change things often but don’t seem to check properly and get rid of bugs even though you send feedback. Nearly impossible to get a human to help.

Generally pretty good and straight forward however - Often pings and then won’t load, then will load but nothing to see, the app itself doesn’t allow certain things as if you’re on the desktop computer which is also annoying .

De nombreux problèmes au départ non résolus par Booking, impossible de lire sur le portable, les réservations. Miraculeusement tout fonctionne depuis 2 mois parfaitement. Espérons que cela dure.
Terrible customer care
A a host Booking.com do not look after you. In emergencies they are not there to support you and to take charge of issues and correct them. They don’t help. They make being a host quite dangerous for us.
Full of glitches
I’ve used the app for years and it’s not change at all. Messages disappear, I don’t get notifications most of the time, randomly logs out. It’s better to use the website version, although not always possible.
Painful to use
Painful to use as each time you access there are security protocols to go through. More sophisticated technologies are able to manage the security much more fluently and save the continued delays to compile responses when the issue is quite simple

Énormément de bug
Énormément de bugs, impossibilité récurrente de consulter les informations sur les voyageurs. Impossibilité récurrente de voir le nom des appartements dès que vous possédez plusieurs biens. Ça devient un vrai casse-tête, obligé de se connecter depuis un ordinateur alors que vous êtes dans l’hébergement. Et des fois tout fonctionne bien. Vraiment à revoir niveau conception cette application, 2026 devrait être au point.
Errors
Not able to use the app at the moment as it is giving me errors and retry option but it is just not working. Also my calendar misteriously closes off wothout any interference. It is a poor client support considering the ever tosing fees.

Really poor UI, functionality not great. Sub menus and setting hidden everywhere. Have a look at the Airbnb app and try updating the UI and UX to something far more modern and user friendly.

All is absolutely shocking, only very basic views and things can be done, yet everything is ridiculously confusing compared to how simple AirBnB is. Majority of the things you need is unavailable in the app and you need to do it on the internet instead of the app. Needs a major re work

One of the worst apps for host honestly.. since I started using it, it was really difficult to get to customer service.. high commission.. it doesn’t worth it
Works ok for some things
A reasonable app. But for a company the size of booking.com it is disappointing. It has the feel of an app which actually ought to be a website. Functionality is limited and when the developers insert a pop up, you need to delete the app and log on via the extranet website to see the page you want to see. Could be improved upon. But then again, so could the extranet, so it’s probably a systemic issue.
