Super easy and smooth experience
Awful at paying back receipts
They consistently deny my receipts for copays, medications and procedures. They often accept one one month and deny(ask for info) the following month for the same amount. All too often they wait to deny things so I then have to spend a large amount of time getting ahold of doctors etc for invoices.
Wouldn’t leave me alone until I rated
Why can’t I just have a ranged debit card?? It’s 2025!

A lot of Denials
A lot of denials and requests for diagnosis and letters from doctors Don’t understand why mainstream meds like Tylenol etc. reimbursed w-o questions but things like probiotics anything herbal other things that actually better for you than some nasty mainstream meds are not reimbursable and require additional documentation.
Clunky and difficult to navigate
App is not user-friendly or intuitive. Flex spending reimbursements are incredibly difficult compared to other companies/their apps. The flex spending PDF on their website was updated in 2020 and does not reflect the current government list.

You will never get your cards
My address is correct in my work system and I get stuff from work but for some reason I can’t get my Hsa cards. I can’t use the card in my apple wallet without a pin so for the last 3 months I’ve been paying out of pocket for everything. This company is a joke!!!!!!
So complicated it’s like the 90ies
Oh this app is such a burden to use. It works - but in these age and days it’s just outdated. For example when you select it’s a medication why would I have to select a start and an end date? Also today’s app should take all the data from the picture shaken from the camera and to a smart scan / ocr scan. Things like that makes it not fun to use and it’s not effective. The add to wallet function doesn’t work for me with tried over almost a year each month- useless. I’ll hope they invest some money in a good team of up to date coder.

This app makes it so easy to reimburse myself. I know I am making better use of my FLEX benefits thanks to the app!
They refuse to pay.
My claims continue to be denied despite all of the required documentation. This includes doctor visits, doctor’s notes, prescriptions, and hospital stays. This is the worst FSA company I’ve ever had in my 25 years of being employed!

Credit card no longer works at turnstile via apple wallet. Hello! Make a card with chip!! Now have to reimburse myself each month and upload countless receipts-sooooo annoying!

My work has unfortunately switch to this provider. After creating an account, this app simply doesn’t login. No problems in the browser. App is up to date. Don’t recommend downloading this headache.

The interface is absolute trash and you’ll spend your entire life begging it to allow you to spend the money you’ve earned on your own medical expenses while they continually pester you for the same information over and over.
