Works well for us
Bought one of their watches for our daughter while in China. The app works well with the watch, messaging, locating, calling, and all work without issue. The app manages the watch well with minimal delay and it’s in English which helps me tremendously.
Poor multi language support
This app has very strange multi language support. When your iOS is in English it’ll automatically use an English UI, but it doesn’t have a switch. The English translation isn’t great. But if you prefer to use the Chinese version, you’d have to set your iOS system language to Chinese. How often do you see an app with multi language support not having a language switch?

Annoying
This app works OK buddy have a coin flipping on the screen anytime you open it that is very annoying

Why?
Its so stupid,I can’t even use it without blabbering about an app that I can’t use.
Step counting cannot synch in the app
It is the second IMOO watches we bought. The first watch works perfectly fine and data synching accurately in the mobile app. However, for the second watch we recently bought, the counting steps is not able to show in the parents’s apps nor the friend’s watches, even we have already enabled the steps function and its privacy setting.

Storage!
How come this app takes my almost 1GB of storage only with one watch and catch cleared??? Documents and data 700MB, excuse me? ？？
