A meditation app that feels personal.
I really like the mood check-in because it makes a session feel more personal. The breathing and meditation exercises help me calm down when I’m stressed and I like that it doesn’t feel complicated or overwhelming.
Can’t use the app
I can’t figure out to use this app even though I paid a 1 year subscription to it…please help!
So far, so good
I just stumbled upon this while searching for ways to help my 6-year-old niece with her fairly recent problem of pulling out her eyelashes. I suffer from a Body Focused Repetitive Behavior myself - Dermatilliomania - which is a skin picking disorder. I’m also Narcoleptic, and I love the way I can use this to wake up in the morning & gather my thoughts for what the day has in store for me.

Ganz okay
Finally, a meditation app that doesn’t feel like homework
I use this app when I’m stressed or anxious before school. Most meditation apps are just list of stuff and I never know what to pick. Spiritual me starts off with how I feel and does a short guided session with breathing and some meditation. I actually feel calmer like in a few minutes. It’s the first mindfulness app I like for a sense of peace.
Misrepresented
In-app-purchases are listed in the AppStore as free while they are not accessible unless you buy a premium membership that’s a clear misrepresentation. Delete!
Love this so far
Hope to be able to purchase additional features! Thank you🙏🏼
Meditazione
È bellissimo come app. Ma durante la meditazione non scrive il testo per chi è sordo. Se possibile aggiungere il testo
Still deciding
I like the meditations, quotes and movements. The creative exercises are ok though I wish the ants responded to tipping the phone in different directions instead of gravity pulling them towards the bottom and the eyes does nothing for me. The drawing exercise closes sometimes if you hit the x when your eyes are closed. Still deciding about this app.
Thoughtful, Calming, and Easy to Use
I used the previous version of Spiritual Me and already liked the concept, but the new version feels like a really nice upgrade. The design is cleaner, the app is easier to navigate, and the overall experience feels much more polished and calming. One of my favorite things is that it still starts by asking how you’re feeling and then guides you from there. That always made the app feel more personal than simply scrolling through a long list of meditations, and the new version makes that experience feel even smoother. I also really like the updated look and the variety of activities. It feels thoughtful without being overwhelming, which is exactly what I want from a mindfulness app. I’d still love to see even more content added over time, but overall I’m really impressed with the update. It keeps what was great about the original version and improves on it in all the right ways.
Didn’t work as advertised
Unable to get the earth routine promised in AppAdvice
Nice app
I really like the app. It would be nicer if I could get samples of all the sounds. This way we could see if this would m even my needs
Tiny text!
18,57/ Mon 8 Feb 2021/ Hello can you add a setting for the text size please? Questions and answers pitch size is tiny! Can’t read it. Waiting for your help so that I can use this app. Kind regards.
Please update the app
Let me start by saying that this app is great and has the potential to be amazing if all the annoying bugs are fixed. The current version is really really annoying. If you accidentally go out of the session, you have to restart because it doesn’t remember where you left, that’s so annoying/aggravating and does the opposite of what meditation is supposed to do! Also when you type in a response for the self-assessment question before every session, each letter typed changes the question being asked. I also wish we had the option to choice a consistent voice for all the components of the routine. I think I’m gonna wait for an update before I use the app again because I shouldn’t be feeling frustrated at the end of a meditation session because of all the bugs.
Wonder and Awe
I am humbled by the way I was met. Humbled is light and joyful. Thank you
Did nothing for me
Actually made me feel worse! By the end of the first routine I was more impatient and wound up than ever and irritated because the exercises were pretty inane. There are better apps for meditation/relaxation out there! Uninstalled!
Sounds pretty good.
Need to try again

Fun and easy to use!
I really enjoy using Spiritual Me. It’s a very colorful app and has soothing sounds for mindfulness and meditation. It’s very helpful in getting me slow down and stretch out at the end of my work day. I highly recommend using this app for daily use especially after a long day.

Love the nature sounds
Calming and relaxing. Good value with the add ons. Using it daily.
Almost great but.....
I like this app a lot but I wish that the update includes the option for audio prompts that recite the guides, as well as the visual ones. When I’m in my zone, I hate having to pick up my phone to read the next guide. I’d rather just push the button and listen with my eyes closed. Now, I feel like I’m not getting to where I could get because of all this stopping and reading I have to do. I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way. When you decide to update, would you please consider an audio option for those of us who would surely appreciate such a thing. Thanks, so much.
Potential
As with probably every application through the App Store, this app requested a review literally within five seconds of onboarding. This is absurd, and they all do it. That said, I’m giving this app a five star rating simply because in reviewing the App Store description, the developer had responded to EVERY written review. That itself is impressive.Time will tell if they keep that five star rating with me.
Very relaxing
Great app with various exercises. Well worth the small cost to purchase the extra four categories to get more variety. I’ve deducted one star because so far the exercise sequences have always left me sleepy, but that could just be because I’m not getting enough sleep at night. I’ll update my review if I don’t feel sleepy after using this app when I’ve slept well the night before. It’s a nice relaxed sleepy feeling and great if you want to chill, it’s just that I’d like the option to feel refreshed or more focused if I want.
Wonderful App
This app is wonderful at guiding you through gentle meditations
A good change
Really like the activities and you can see a change before and after!
Innovative and useful!
This app is such an innovative tool within the guided meditation space. I like the interactive activities that breaks the mold of what’s out there and I think this is what sets it apart. Highly recommend as a daily practice to quiet the mind and engage in short, creative activities to reset in the middle of your day. Very cool. Thank you!
An Essential for Mindfulness
I LOVE this app! I have bipolar disorder and generalized anxiety disorder, and this app helps to re-center myself within minutes! I highly recommend this app for EVERYONE. Mental health is very important.
Try it
This is an awesome app it calms the mind so well and helps with worries, stress, calming down, etc. I use this more towards bedtime to help me sleep because whenever I try to sleep I get worried or stressed so this helps eliminate the stress and help me sleep
Simply relaxing....
I've been meditating for about 5 years now. I like the simplistic techniques the app offers which I believe are beneficial for both beginners and pros. I also like that you can track your progress. Love the creative part as well!
Phenomenal app for all
For me, this app was exactly what I needed as I’m starting my spiritual journey. I recently took on Buddhism and this app has helped me to not just meditate, but understand it, and be full and a hole with my meditations. The app makes me feel like I am at Center focus, while also keeping me engaged and calm. I really really enjoy the step-by-step as well as the books. I’m able to read and explore. Huge bonus is that it keeps me accountable with the daily reminders. I would highly recommend taking advantage of the free trial, and being engaged with the app.
I love it
I've only been using this app for a few days, once daily, and I love it. It always helps me feel even a bit better when I feel down. Recommended!!
