Hice un pedido de dos combosde 18000, solo llego una bebida y un helado y cuando pedir reclamar y un rembolso solo me devolvieron 6000. Devuelvanme mi plata
Nunca recogen tu pedido
Pésima aplicación, es la peor de todas, aceptan el pedido y lo cancelan y pasan horas sin aceptarlo de nuevo, basura.
Los repartidores dañaron la app
Desde el inicio he echo uso de Rappi, pero los repartidores hicieron que se dañara el servicio.. haciendo que literalmente se dañe el sentido de la aplicación. Los cobros exigidos por los repartidores son abusivos.

No hay forma de poner una queja, ya no hay servicio al cliente , no se resuelve cuando surge un problema cada vez es más peligroso hay repartidores que piden información en el chat
Cada vez peor
Es una app muy útil que uso muy seguido pero los repartidores son cada vez peores. Empezó con que la persona que llegaba no era la misma de la foto que tienen (te podría salir un nombre de mujer y que llegue un hombre, es súper descarado), luego dejaron de traer la maleta de Rappi pero ahora a veces ni siquiera traen maleta, de ninguna app, solo traen una mochila o ponen las cosas en el asiento y aplastan todo, ahora por alguna razón no me muestra dónde está el repartidor, no sé si sea porque apagan sus datos para ahorrarlos o quién sabe pero nunca sé dónde está el repartidor que de todas formas no es el mismo de la foto y probablemente traiga mis cosas aplastadas en una mochila random Antes había un mejor estándar de calidad con los repartidores, ahora realmente pareciera que no les importa

Deberían dejarnos cambiar la dirección cuando el pedido se está preparando… para que el repartidor no vaya a un lugar incorrecto por obligación de la app. Podemos equivocarnos y deberíamos poder anunciarles el error o corregirlo antes de que salgan a repartir. Por el resto, buena app. Saludos

Pantalla de inicio sin usabilidad
Al ingresar a la aplicación, la pantalla de inicio no me permite realizar acciones, es decir, hay un bug en el tacto en la pantalla principal, el cual no me permite hacer click a restaurantes, a rappicard y a ningún otro apartado de la pantalla principal. Sin embargo, en el navbar si me deja realizar clicks y en esos apartados no hay problema, únicamente es en la pantalla de inicio.

Si no pagas suscripción el tiempo en que te llevan tu pedido puede ser más d runa hora, si te quejas te responde la IA que esperes no mas, no hay solución

Demasiadas notificaciones
Es ridículo la cantidad de notificaciones que da esta aplicación, quisiera poder regular que solo me lleguen notificaciones de mis pedidos y ya, pero me llegan notificaciones y spam todo el tiempo, es ridículo

Unhelpful when delivery fails
Terrible app for when delivery fails you. No customer service. No chat. No help on delayed, incorrect, or undelivered deliveries. It only tells you to call the restaurant. Will not use again.

Intenté solicitar la devolución por unos productos fallidos, la IA que me atendió se demoró bastante en contestar, y justo en el momento en que no presto atención al chat, lo cierran y no pide volver a abrir la conversación. Me quedé von los productos fallidos y sin reembolso ni respuesta

Restaurants can take your order , give you a delivery time , take your payment and then add literally hours to your delivery and rappi won’t help at all

Extremely glitchy, no ease of use
Perhaps the worst food delivery app I have ever used in my life. Especially on my iPad, the display is not formatted to allow me to see the whole screen which prevents me from doing basic things like selecting options out of frame because I cannot scroll or seeing the order code for the delivery man. Sometimes it will not allow my to select menu items at all for whole days. Searches for vegetarian options often yield a whole list of meats… On the phone is also difficult, as it will not process most payment options (including both US and local credit cards).

En si la aplicación es buena, pero recientemente pedí un rappi y al que le tocó traerme mi comida me canceló el pedido, después de eso me estuvieron intentando cobrar ese dinero DE ALGO QUE NI SIQUIERA RECIBÍ, ahora mismo tengo la app eliminada, pero en resumen en buena app solo no dejen su tarjeta puesta por qué les hacen cargos sin autorización.

Pésimo soporte
El soporte es pésimo. He sido un gran cliente de Rappi pero ya van varias veces que no respetan los tiempos de entrega y no dejan cancelar. Llevo 2 horas esperando mi pedido y el restaurante reporta que no tienen sistema entonces no lo van a preparar. El punto es que Rappi no me deja cancelar el pedido porque solo me reembolsarían $20 MXN de un pedido de $550 JAJAJAJAJAJA Que se jodan. Eliminaré mi cuenta, perdieron un cliente.

Complete mess of an app
None of the markets ever have anything in stock. How does a grocery store not have any inventory of any milk? Crazy. Fix the inventory features for the app. Or give the option to cancel the entire order when the market has nothing in stock. Why am I paying a delivery fee for one item when I will have to reorder the entire order any ways and pay two delivery fees now. What a scam and fraud.

El servicio pro no funciona el priority tarda mucho mas de la cuenta. Los rappis si no les subes el tip no toman los pedidos. Deberia ser tip asignado

Todo bien con los servicios pero si indicas claramente que no tienes cambio te toca buscar algun lugar donde te cambien el billete porq los deliverys no llevan cambio o si no toca darles el cambio completo porq aunq especifiques en la app igual vienen sin cambio

Dice que la propina es voluntaria pero sin embargo no te deja disponible la opción de “Otro” cuando queres cambiarla, arreglen ese error porque antes se podía.
