App di semplice utilizzo
US Phone Number Issues
Every time we tried to enter our phone number to confirm our account, it would kick us out and make us start the authentication process again. You cannot register unless you receive an authorization text, but we never received one no matter how many times we entered our phone number. Must be a common issue with a US phone number as many other reviewers ran into this problem. Not a great system.
Well impemented after updates
App works well, not everything is in english, but its quite easy to buy a ticket and you can use any credit card now. Once puchased the ticket can be activated in the "activity" section, which needs to be done when entering the bus.
Not intuitive
If I have a card link, why do I have to top up the wallet?

Dimentica sempre il mio login anche se ho salvato la password — ma non si sa come la salva. Sotto Tabnet non c’è nulla.

Anche oggi come spesso accade l’ app si blocca. Non ti fa più accedere e quindi crea disagi per prendere il treno

L’app è valida e comoda, ma purtroppo spesso i pagamenti online si bloccano non consentendo l’acquisto del biglietto o degli abbonamenti
Funziona bene ma con alcune grosse pecche
L’applicazione ha funzionato bene nelle occasioni in cui l’ho utilizzata, ma vorrei segnalare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere l’esperienza d’uso più fluida. 1. Tema dell’app: sarebbe utile poter scegliere il tema dell’app indipendentemente da quello di sistema. Attualmente, i lettori QR sui treni non funzionano con lo sfondo scuro, il che mi costringe a cambiare il tema del telefono e riaprire l’app per poter utilizzare il codice. ( anche banalmente facendo diventare la sezione che appare da sotto con il QR sempre bianca migliorerebbe di molto ) 2. QR code sulla ricevuta di pagamento: sarebbe comodo avere il QR code del titolo di viaggio stampato direttamente sulla ricevuta e, possibilmente, integrarlo nel wallet di Apple per un accesso più rapido. 3. Gestione del biglietto: le restrizioni attuali risultano poco pratiche. Se il telefono è scarico, non è possibile avere una versione cartacea del QR code né effettuare uno screenshot. Inoltre, sul treno, quando il QR code non funzionava, mi è stato chiesto il codice numerico, che di per sé è facilmente condivisibile. Spero che queste considerazioni possano essere utili per migliorare l’app nelle future versioni.

missing portions in English and phone number problem
A lot of portions are still in italian only, otherwise works well. Pour les FRANCAIS, j’ai eu du mal à valider mon numéro de téléphone, il faut retirer le premier 0 et garder les 9 chiffres qui suivent. Choisir le drapeau français et inscrire 6 (ou 7) en premier. Exemple : 6 11 12 13 14
Mancano abbonamenti Regionale Trenitalia
Non è possibile acquistare abbonamenti per il Regionale di Trenitalia e sarebbe opportuno integrare Trenitalia con il MaaS
Funzionale ma migliorabile
Questa app è molto utile per acquistare biglietti di viaggio e pagare la sosta, ma ci sono alcuni aspetti da migliorare. L’opzione per acquistare abbonamenti è presente, ma non riesco a trovare nessun abbonamento disponibile. Sarebbe anche utile poter aggiungere il proprio abbonamento per il trasporto pubblico, con la possibilità di salvarlo nel wallet per evitare di portare un’altra tessera. La grafica è ben curata e l’app è piacevole da usare.

Applicazione ben fatta e funzionale, non ho mai riscontrato bug o problemi che mi impedissero di usarla correttamente.

Errors in user interface made this unusable on my phone
Right from the opening screen, there are major UI errors in the design and the select language button is hidden on my screen, and I could use the app also once we got it to work on a different phone a lot of the content is not translated into English even if you select English. I am all for supporting public transit, but this app will need a lot more testing to be useful

Dopo vari disguidi adesso l’applicazione funziona bene
Why?
A book of 10 tickets in Firenze cost €15.50. But in order to buy that, I first need to load a wallet on the app, which you can only do in lots of €5. So to buy those tickets, I have to put €20 on the app to buy them, and hope I can find some other way to use the remaining €4.50. Why would I do this when I can just use the official AT-bus app and buy a book of tickets directly and for their actual price, without having to load a wallet with too much cash? Pass.
Percorsi sbagliati
Posto che anche l’app di Autolinee Toscane ha lo stesso problema e che dipende da loro il problema, segnalo che i percorsi con bus in Firenze sono poco affidabili. Con la VACS T2 che incrocia la T1 in ben 3 fermate, perché viene suggerito di prendere autobus che fanno giri lunghi quando ci vogliono 5 minuti da Libertà a Fortezza e 20/25 da Fortezza a Careggi? E che basta scendere alla fermata Fortezza dove fermano entrambe, anziché a Lavagnini Fortezza per attraversare e arrivare a Strozzi Fallaci? Tanto per fare un esempio!
Pessimo servizio e assistenza
Servizio di assistenza inesistente e vergognoso non funziona il link di Recette password non arriva neanche dopo N tentativi numero di telefono praticamente inesistente perché la telefonata cade nel momento in cui si collega all’eventuale operatore che dovrebbe rispondere la cosa grave e che si spendono soldi su questa app per acquistare i titoli fondamentali importanti di viaggio, come nel caso di mio figlio che deve andare a scuola dovreste vergognarvi pretendo assolutamente una risoluzione altrimenti vi denuncio
Text to confirm US number doesn’t go through
Google Fi user, could not get the onboarding text. App will not function without receiving that text. This is a critical malfunction and the city is losing revenue over this. It should be fixed, no excuses.

Does not work for American phone number
As many, the others have stated SMS does not work for those with an American phone number. My provider does allow SMS from international and I get minimum many times but this one no. developers please fix this. It’s been many years.
Lenta e antipatica
Lenta, farraginosa, e soprattutto antipatica perché ogni ogni volta che c’è un aggiornamento bisogna ripartire da capo e rimettere tutte le credenziali di accesso. Magari quando stai salendo sul mezzo e non te lo aspetti. E basta…! L’ABC degli sviluppatori è mantenere le credenziali dopo l’aggiornamento!

Useless as I have an American number and never received the text code. What is the point of verifying email if we have to then verify a phone? Consider adding option to verify through WhatsApp. There is an option to use the app without registering, but it doesn’t look like you can buy anything. I wanted to purchase a tram ticket from Florence city center to the airport, but it doesn’t even show that in the app. Confused on how to purchase a ticket…

Good luck tourist to use the app. Never worked
We were told at the bus station in San Gimignano where we need to catch an early train the only option to get the bus ticket is to download the app and buy ticket from it. Not only the app is slow in loading . The sign up page never worked if you use a non-Italy phone number. I don’t blame the non-skilled developer . I blame the municipal office who made the decision to employ this app which is a nightmare for a tourist . And San Gimignano is one of the most popular tourist town.
It’s a struggle, but it works
As another reviewer said, it’s only in Italian. With a little guessing and a little google translate you can figure it out: -Register payment option, -top up money, -buy ticket, Then when getting in the bus: -activate(!) the ticket in the app. POSITIVE: you can (maybe) get a ticket without trying to find an open tobacco shop in the morning. They are particularly hard to find outside the city centre, which is probably where you are since you need a bus into town. They’re also not open at 9.30 cause that’s too early to be up in the morning for an Italian. NEGATIVE: *Keeps failing to activate the ticket and you question why you put som much effort into this. Maybe it was my poor mobile connection the first 3 attempts. *It’s all in Italian.
