Reliable, personalized grocery shopping
Convenient, well-organized app. Fully stocked grocery stores, which nearly always have what I need. Personal shoppers are friendly and professional. Occasionally delivery windows are exceeded, but at least the customer is notified in advance. I’ve been an Everli customer for over 2 years and am overall very satisfied and grateful for the service!

Bug da correggere
Nella sezione “articoli preferiti” la app non memorizza le variazioni. Se un articolo viene inserito tra i preferiti non si riesce più a toglierlo. Il flag è removibile, sembra che la variazione sia stata accolta ma quando si riaccede tutto è tornato come prima. Inoltre in “ordina di nuovo” vorrei trovare gli ultimi acquisti in ordine cronologico, non i prodotti magari acquistati una sola volta e che non fanno parte degli articoli acquistati con maggiore frequenza.. Per favore fate queste correzioni, grazie!
SCONSIGLIO
Ho scaricato l’app nel 2022/23 e funzionava molto bene. Con il tempo le tariffe di servizio e consegna sono aumentati e la disponibilità di orari diminuita o raggruppata in fasce di tre ore, decisamente non comode. Ultimamente l’app ha avuto diversi problemi tecnici non sempre segnalati chiaramente e nei giorni scorsi per due volte consecutive l’orario delle mie consegne è stato spostato senza preavviso creandomi molto disagio. Servizio clienti PESSIMO.
Aggiornamento
Apprezzo le immagini dei prodotti che sono più grandi, ma purtroppo è stata tolta la quantità dello stesso prodotto nel carrello. Avere quel numeretto era fondamentale. Dovrei tenere il conto a mente.. scomodo. Chiedo che venga reinserita la quantità del prodotto

Utilizzavo questa applicazione da anni e mi sono trovato bene, ma purtroppo l’affidabilità calata moltissimo. Ultimamente mi è capitato due volte che l’ordine venisse confermato, poi per farmi aspettare ore e infine dirmene la riprogrammazione a causa di problemi logistici!! Alla fine sono stato costretto a cancellare l’ordine perché mi serviva allora!! Mi dispiace molto vedere che non siete più in grado di mantenere la qualità del vostro servizio a cui eravamo abituati.
Ottima ma…
Uso Everli da anni e sono cliente Everli plus, sono sempre stata soddisfatta, ma da quando avete aggiornato la app per il supporto PayPal ieri, non funziona più. Non fa fare l’accesso e presenta un messaggio che dice “impossibile leggere i dati perché sono in un formato non corretto”. Se non è possibile risolvere questo problema, considererò di cancellare il mio abbonamento.
Prima era meglio
Il tempo di consegna è troppo lungo, bisogna aspettare quasi una settimana. Tra l’altro l’app è molto lenta.
Aggiornamento app
Purtroppo con l’ultimo aggiornamento la sezione “ preferiti” che era all’interno di “ spera rapida “ è stata cancellata ed ogni volta bisogna cercare i prodotti uno ad uno…. Decisamente meglio la versione precedente!

Una pecca… la app è decisamente migliorabile… ha un delay a volte insopportabile, lo scorrimento dei prodotti non è fluido, i tempi di attesa sono spesso fastidiosi. Valutate di farvela rifare o ottimizzare!!!
Non più funzionante
Ho usato questa app per anni, ma da quest’anno purtroppo non riesco più ad utilizzarla, mentre prima potevo fare la spesa anche entro due ore, ora ti dà la possibilità di fare l ordine a distanza di giorni e con fasce orarie limitate, in più mi è capitato mi annullassero la spesa avvisandomi quando ormai era troppo tardi per potermi arrangiare diversamente. Non riesco a disdire l abbonamento perché non mi apre la pagina dall app e non mi fa parlare con un operatore perché immagino di non essere l unica ad avere avuto disagi.. dopo 4 mesi che non faccio più la spesa ma pago il servizio mi ritengo non soddisfatta.
It's really slow and keeps freezing
I loved the idea of online shopping but the app is pretty slow, I just downloaded the app and it keeps freezing for a bout a few seconds each time i add some products to my basket. It'll be a great app if could just make the app faster and the process smoother. thank you

Bezproblemowe zakupy, nawet jeśli czegoś brakuje lub jest źle policzone to nie ma problemów żeby to naprawić. Ale optymalizacja aplikacji plus ostatnio problemy z płatnością powinny już dawno zostać naprawione. Muszę potwierdzać dwa razy płatność bo za pierwszym nie pobiera pieniędzy i nie realizuje zamówienia

Utilizzo l'app da molto tempo e ne sono sempre stato soddisfatto, ma ultimamente hanno iniziato a ritardare e annullare gli ordini.

Lidl, Biedronka … ceny inne niż w sklepie, czyli zarabianie na naiwnych i jeszcze opłata za doręczenie … plus doręczyciele - którzy nie mogą znaleźć większości produktów, choć fizycznie ich w sklepie nie brakuje.

Everli makes it so convenient and easy for me to get groceries and basic supplies for my household. I have ordered 3 times and like it so much I just upgraded to Everli Plus. I think it’s an amazing value.
Really bad
Wasted 1h of my time picking my groceries. I had like 40 products, the app got really lag, i was ready to pay. It didnt me accept payment cuz the app got frozen. I own an iphone 16 pro, not my phone problem… uninstalling this soon

Zero customer service, anti-disability
When I saw this finally pop up in Italy as an option to deliver groceries to my first floor apartment, I was absolutely thrilled as a disabled individual. However, after trying them around five times, four out of five of those times I either had to deal with really poor customer service, or someone who would not actually bring the bags up to the first floor in my building, which I literally physically cannot do. They are also very dishonest about their promotions, and have ridiculous cut offs to their coupons. When I went to complain to them that this was what was going on, they didn’t just say “oh, sorry,” they literally didn’t respond at all. Period. I’d give them a zero if I didn’t get any food but I did get some of my order that was correct and they picked the veggies well on two out of five of my orders so I’ll give them 1 out of five. use the grocery stores’ apps, don’t use this ever.

Słaba obsługa klienta i mało kumaci kurierzy
Zdecydowana cześć moich zamówień jest dostarczana niestety niekompletna lub zupełnie pomieszana i zdąża się ze nie o tej godzinie jaką zaznaczyłam. Kontakt z obsługa klienta to szczerze katorga. O ile na czacie da się uzyskać jakieś konkretne informacje, to kontakt mailowy jest baaaardzo słaby i na rozwiązanie mojego zgłoszenia czekam już prawie 4 tygodnie a końca prawdopodobnie nie widać. Pomimo obietnic kontaktu, nadal nikt się ze mną nie kontaktuje i nie odpisuje na moje maile. Ilość produktów w aplikacji się zwiększa to na plus ale płacenie 200+ zł za roczna subskrypcje i użeranie się tyle czasu z obsługa klienta nie jest tego warta. Jeśli zamawiacie produkty z tej aplikacji radzę wszystkim sprawdzać każdy produkt po produkcie wraz z ilością. Nie poleciłabym.

Aplikacja jest napisana kiepsko - opóźnienia po stuknięciu w przycisk są duże i irytujące, działa wolno oraz nieintuicyjnie. Niektóre części nie są przetłumaczone, prawdopodobnie z j. włoskiego - np. w zakładce kontaktu mailowego. W obliczu awarii form płatniczych nie pojawiają się żadne ostrzeżenia, mimo świadomości istnienia tych awarii - skutkujące blokadami środków na nieokreślony okres czasu.

L’app non e’ male però il servizio deve migliorarsi
Abbiamo comprato ammorbidente da 2l, e’ arrivato da 750ml. Manca un sacchetto. Invece di confezione per 3, ci ha datto solo uno. Chiamato servizio clienti, ci ha detto che rimborsano soldi però ci ha sostituito con merce più costose! Non è’ stata una bella esperienza. Peccato perché aveva il potere per essere un successo.
Pomysł fajny, gorzej z wykonaniem…
Przygotujcie się na to, że nigdy nie otrzymacie wszystkiego co zamawiacie lub dostarczający zamieni coś (zwykle na gorsze i tańsze) bez konsultacji z wami. Korzystam tylko gdy nie mam innej opcji, bo wiem, że zawsze moja lista zakupów będzie ucięta w połowie - co akurat nie jest winą dostawców tylko aplikacji, która kieruje ich do mniejszych marketów - dobrze niezagospodarowanych. Wiem bo już jeden szoper mnie przepraszał jak przyszedł z dosłownie 4-5 produktami w siatce, że to nie jego wina bo musi robić tam, gdzie mu wskażą. Masakra :/
