You guys need to make sure when a player clicks on a button to use gold, it should ask are you sure! I want my 2000 gold from just now, and 3 weeks ago, I lost 7000 gold in the recruiting center! It need to ask are you sure before putting the transaction through! Please refund my gold, or I’m done!! :( 07/08/26 I cannot buy anything in the shop! It tells me to contact support! Is it easy to learn how to play? Does it remain challenging as you advance? This game isn't too hard but it takes a little time learning. Learning is easy because of the things in place in game guiding you along the way. This game remains challenging at every level because there are several things to always get stronger. Overall Gameplay Opinion- 3 What is your overall opinion of the game? Why? This game seems to be an easy game to play and keeps the challenges coming. Combat mechanics is a little confusing could be a little easier to understand how it works by summing it up. Graphics- 2 Evaluate the graphics. Point out any glitches or things out of place. Graphics are basic lots of 2D images plastered on a background. Sound- 1 Evaluate the sound. Sound is basic. Combat sounds are repeated for each unit. Skill sound is a little obnoxious if it constantly triggers. Replay Value- 4 Will this game hold up to repeated replaying? Why / why not? This game may hold up to some replay value as long as things change at a regular basis. Sequel- 1 Is there a sequel in the works? Would you be interested in a possible sequel? I don’t think a sequel would be interesting I feel like I don’t have a good picture of a story line. Genre Comparisons- 3 How does this game compare to other games in the same genre? I haven’t played too many of this type of games but to me it looks like a copy and paste job with the exception of one feature. That is to move around the map. Type of Gamer- 3 What type of gamer would be interested in this game? A gamer of this type of game might like the social aspect. Overall Rating- 21/40 The overall current rating I’m giving is a C. Some remarks I have is the feature to move about the map I think that is an interesting element. The combat system is basic but has some confusing mechanics that could be summed up or explained differently. Since I didn’t leave a place to talk about a story I’ll leave it here to say the story is almost nonexistent.

I’ve got a baby whale 59,000,000 Power with T11 Infantry Ark with King, Dragonslayer, and a War Machine. Maybe one day he’ll be an S. I play like a collector. F2P Perma Bubble. I only buy 7-day shields in bulk on gold spend events. I wasted 9~ years of accumulated holiday chest for absolutely nothing one day that was sad. I’m still playing the game, and still saving away. Stash up on cosmic crystals and I refresh holiday store not past 799 That’s how I farm rss :/ The game is very playable for me, but I can’t manage a shield it’s got to be 500+ hours or I’ll trip
Account reset issues
God it hurts to give this game a 1 star, but do you have any idea how many times I will grind this game, only to randomly be reset to zero after my server “fills” or an issue connecting to internet somehow deletes all my account save data? And I’ve spent some cash on this game too. I just tried logging in after a 1 month investment and I’m in the tutorial again due to the full server thing and it forced me to transfer. God I pray that the devs return to this game because it’s SO awesome, but right now the issues are far too costly for my pocket than my entertainment profits. I will 100% return to the game and this review is these issues are addressed.. though the lost progress and money of dropped is a serious sore that will take some time to recover from. I really wish this game could go to Steam or something. I mean, I’d play it more on mobile… but then maybe it would have some proper management and account reworks. I don’t know. There’s like, ZERO ads which actually kinda gets you to spend money on it bc of your trust in it, but these account wipes, (and the Reddit has other accountings of this happening) really breaks that trust.

It’s actually an exceptionally good game. Constantly updating and adding new things. Plenty to do if pvp is too tough, it will be. Will definitely cost you money to play and you will never get to anywhere near the top but if you are smart and spend wisely it can be a lot of fun.

As a new player you have no chance to build and enjoy this so far between Oct 13 and 14 i’ve been attacked 14 times Please tell me is that any fun…… Has potential. Also play Galaxy at war……there is a way to save your assets and troops…..not here
Good, but has faults
I am a veteran player, and I’m ftp, which just makes it extremely hard to compete with people that spend thousands of dollars on the game. Maybe have some rewards that are special to ftp players? I mean it wouldn’t make a difference because after 2 months we are completely out-matched by pay-to-win players. In my experience, as a ftp player, after you reach around 2 mil power you can no longer continue the game because of paying players. I was the person on my server that was online every moment I could be, lunch, after my day was over, etc, and I still got completely over-powered by paying players. There needs to be something put in place to maintain balance in-between people who can’t or do not want to pay money and people who do pay money. But overall, great game! I’ve been maintain my free to play status for 2 years now! (Often jumping to younger servers though)
No Fun
So a new server started about a month and a half ago and it’s made up of all different kinds of people. Americans, Russians, Chinese and plenty more! But what I don’t understand is why others have to pay more or WAY less than others for packs! Chinese pay nearly 10% what Americans do, and Russians pay more! Why is this? Makes the game unfair when a 100$ pack is only worth 10$ to the other players. Makes the game no fun and makes people quit the game. Gave it 2 stars just because I still like it just rather not play with anyone else.

It was expensive before. Now it’s silly expensive the packs are organised to Make you buy things you don’t need. I’ve played since nearly the beginning! Some good friends have paid real money for upgrades for us poorer members. And I’ve watched. Trying to get a decent Avatar like Stella. She hasn’t come up on the “ buy 10 commanders screen in over a year. .. I’ve bought over 120000 credits of Commander Release 10 at time. Nothing. It’s getting line people who enjoy and have played for literally years. Have to Open There credit cards to a DODGY chinese system of credit value and many people I know within the game have stopped playing because of Paying £47.99p. For a pack. That got lost in the system and it took them days literally writing mails to CUSTOMER sites. Etc to lose there advantage by missing the Avents they started paying for. Ok. This is another problem. I’ve changed names characters. Etc Etc. Now I can’t even rite a review. Classic.

Don’t bother playing or wasting your time. I’ve been playing this game since 2012 and there’s been no significant upgrades. I haven’t quit yet because I hate letting my 99 cent I paid for this game go, but I think it’s time to say good bye. Of all the recent reviews, every one has been one star while the 4-5 stars are quick “good game”, “nice game” etc. No surprise there. So, don’t waste your time is my advice.

This game if a great concept of space and a lot irl time spending getting resources waiting hours for your building to upgrade the resources requirements for upgrade it higher demanding so prepare to spend a lot of time going to get resources and getting raided by other players because the resources demand for upgrading it insane but if you spend ££ it a different story but there a more player’s that spend ££ and punishing the low level players to stall you progress in the game but overall all it a alright game. Install Ark of war and find out for your self.

I used to play this game when I was younger, didn’t really understand it, now, i redownloaded the game, after 3~5 years, but I realized I couldn’t start fresh, new server, or new account. The servers are all old and non-migratable, very nice game.
Pay to Win
All of the 4-5 star reviews are coming from people whom have an incentive to give a good review. This is a pay to win game. You can play for free. However, you'll have to play with a different strategy and know you'll never come close to beating someone who'll throw their wallet at you. All of the good free to play commanders are no longer as useful (bullet, rock to name a couple) due to gear, which costs money to buy (thousands of dollars, not a few bucks) essentially prohibits F2P players from doing damage. I would avoid this game at all costs.
False advertising
Great game but it is false advertised
I love the game, it might get boring after a while but I keep wanting to come back to it
But unfortunately, it suffers from p2w. The game is just so unfair if you don’t spend money and I mean ALOT of it, when you first start out it’s pretty fair, you can grow really strong and quickly later on it’s not as level as it used to be but it’s bearable. After server merges my guild which only paid some amounts of money and to be fair most of our members were free to play were absolutely destroyed by opposing guilds, I’m talking tenfold power differences we would have around 25+ million power total but other guilds just straight up had people with 15+ million power and multiple it was a massacre there was no way we even stood a chance against like 4-5 guilds with 50~60+ million power TDLR: the game is addicting, but it gets unfair when it “should” get fun aka server merges.

Some times, it crashes
Hi, this is M1cx3d from 1251 in the guild [1st] Legion. I would just like to point out that I have been active for ruffle 9 months, as a free to play, and I’ve only had one issue. You might think my issue is with huge arks always killing me, but that’s not it, that’s part of the game (I also use plasma so yay me). Anyways, my issue is, and everyone on IOS on the community line chat agrees with me by the way, that there are often times were the game will not open. It just keep on crashing over and over as soon as you click on it. Although this has only happened twice in my gameplay so far, the first time lasted for an hour and it still hasn’t been fixed yet now (the second time). These hours were I can’t get on have cost me almost 2 months of grinding, which is extremely frustrating, and you should understand my frustration if you have played ark of war. Other than this, this is a excellent game, great guild cooperation, great full scale wars (as long as you try building with the big dog lol), and wonderful graphics. Keep up the good work devs! PS-Please try and fix the issue is what I’m saying

I absolutely love this…Do not engage unless you meditate on puzzles and cryptology. I do NOT suggest expending personal resources unless you have a pre-determined personal limit based on your personal skill-sets. This is NOT a capital (money) friendly game. It gets 1 star for those whom understand what they’re reading. There are people in administrative rolls whom are socialists when it comes to politics, there are constant notifications in the game to guide your decision making if you decide you are ready for culture-enriching strategies. 💜❤️💛❤️💛

Same ole Grind
I downloaded it after seeing an ad that said it was not pay to win. So much for truth in advertising. It’s a typical pay to win model. There is too much going on in this game and it’s brutally repetitive. One ship with multiple zones to upgrade? I didn’t even make it to online gaming it was so boring!
Unbalanced but fun
Played this for a year and got in with a solid group of people (guild). The community aspect is great but top players are spending thousands of dollars and decimating everyone. With no chance to get powerful without spending a for bit of money - I dumped it.

I have been playing this game since the very beginning, I was there for the first anniversary and have been there for every one since. I can genuinely say that this used to be a fantastic game. Some people complain about it being pay to win but don’t complain when they spend money to get gear and gold themselves. The problem is not that this game is pay to win, it’s the changes that are made to suit only players with arks of 300 million power and higher and the recent changes that make it to where the only way to progress is to buy resources. If you start on a new server first they have taken away the burning animation when you attack an ark, so when you defeat them in battle there ark used to catch on fire for all the server to see. Everyone knew who had won the battle and could see the spoils of your victory. They have taken that away and not only that they have imposed limits on how much resources you can take from other arks for a whole day and it is almost nothing. This leaves only gathering and buying with real money as a way to get resources and the people who spend a decent amount of money on the game are going to attack any and all resource gathering points that have players on them so that they can not grow to overtake them. The game used to be fun and you had to be strategic and cunning in order to only spend a little bit or none at all and still keep up with the bigger players, but now they have taken all of the other options for getting resources away and it is only spend and grow or dont and quit.

It a good game apart from getting hit all the time from 20 plus level players and not giving the new and lower levels a chance to grow and keep getting zeroed al the time like it was with me so gave up on it and removed it off iPad I was enjoying the game up till that happened 5 to 6 times a day so it’s time they put level caps on so it will give lower levels a chance to grow and stronger

So the game is fun. Feels like you’re the commander of a space fleet, amazing 9.5/10 almost perfect score! I think the only improvement for me currently is I wish for certain things we got deeper lore. Units, captains, etc.
Absolutely stupid
You start out and level everything up just to do it again. Then after you spend rewards to get champions etc. You warp to a new server with everything stripped just to start over again. F-That! Waste of time.
How do I leave a guild?
I went into a guild that I did’nt want to go in, and now I can’t get out, I mean, WHAT THE HELICOPTER, GUYS!?
Unbalanced power
I like the game, but the fact that 20lvl player are alowed to atack and use 10lvl players as reasorce milking stations gets on my nervs. There should be some sort of restrictions in place to ensure fare fight and honesty is a must! If any kids will play this game, this game will turne them into one of two or bully or victim of the bully.
Don’t spend money on gold!
Ideal game for sitting on the toilet but for God’s sake don’t spend any money to gold. Take the long route and farm, you’ll get there, and you won’t have to rage quit after spending a fortune on gold when the big boys zero you. I’m nearly fully upgraded and haven’t spent a penny

Ive been playing this games for 5-6 years now. There are lots of games coming out now with the same system but this one is the original one. Those who said this game is a pay to win; either not playing it long enough or they just like an easy game to spend time on. I am a 40 y.o gamer sine Atari console came out. This game is one of the most addictive games ever if you manage to play it long enough. Its full of tricks and needs lots of time to explore and mastering it also there is no specific hint system or advisor to guide you. Despite what some says your progress is strongly depends on how much time and effort you put to this game and how smart you are. Spending money wont helps that much unless you willing to spend CRAZY HUGE , amount of money…..also having a good guild is mandatory. IT IS NOT A “I AM A LONE WOLF” GAME! Do not bother download it if are not a team player.
No way to hide
There needs to be safe zones were you cannot be attacked or attack people. When your of line you get hit a lot and hard. It would be nice if you could attack others troop on route and you main ship had guns to fire on attacker so you can do damage to attackers if your troops are out. My biggest gripe is being able to get attacked when your off line. That’s why I stopped all other so called strategy games
Great game but needs more improvements
Game is a brutal pvp and Pve game which is great but need more reasons to stick around playing like maybe Monthly monster resets and quality changes for the fans for the devs to keep players around cause there slowly losing people maybe a new landscape would bring it more life like snow and grass and fall stuff like that, More gold for players and cut down packs to maybe 70 dollars so players don’t get scared to spend money than everyone would buy more often.

The art work is nice and so is the user interface, but unfortunately like most if not many freemium mobile games it has a nasty weak player harvest gameplay where you can only really advance if you drop decent sums of money. No wonder game companies are getting away with terrible business practices. Shame really.
