Showers? With a kitchen water heater?
Andris Elite Wifi. Please revisit your water heater “scheduling” function in the app. Its very much useless. It only lets you schedule two 30min slots (“showers”) a day for the water to heat. Please allow standard scheduling where time slots / brackets can be chosen. Very simple stuff.

Ahora la app solo es capaz de conectarse al equipo a través de la banda 2,4 GHz y ya los routes están con otras velocidades, actualizen por favor a otra versión compatible ya no puedo conectarme a través de la red 5G

Error codes
The app has a big problem with error codes, if you have an error n your boiler even after you clear it the app does not, even if you delete the app and re install the error still keeps appearing. I have even knocked the boiler off reinstalled the app while it’s off when the boiler then restarts normally the app still has the error and won’t let you cancel. Error 101 is the main culprit

En modo green no funciona la programación horaria. La respuesta no resuelve nada. Me envía a las preguntas frecuentes y a la guía pero no responde a la cuestión de forma que pueda resolverse
Può migliorare
Di Base funziona , potrebbe migliorare in quanto ogni volta che cambio un orario in un programma non e’ modificabile e devo crearne uno nuovo con nuovo nome,non e’ possibile avere impostare 3 temperature ma solo 2, quando esegui dei cambiamenti sul tastierino in manuale e poi torno in programmazione sempre von tastierino il programma non torna alle condizioni iniziali e devo ripristinatlo dall’app.

The scheduling on the app never works, i have to manually operate it using the app. Tried to log ticket but it was marked resolved without any resolution. Please stay away from this.

Mi termo de 80l con dos depósitos de 40l, podrías poner en la app la opción de saber si está caliente los 80l o solo un depósito de 40l. Ya que no se claramente cuando tengo el desposito caliente entero. Y cuando solo está caliente uno depósito. Siempre me ataca 1 ducha. Gracias
No proper timer control
While the app works, once the temperature has been reached, it turns off. I need a system that lets me set the water to heat up at 7am and turn off at 9am. Because it doesn’t do that, I have to set it to Manual and then I forget to turn it off. Disappointing.
Ok ma migliorabile
L’app è ben fatta, gestisco la stagionalità per la pompa di calore e il riscaldamento dell’acqua calda. Trovo tre grandi pecche: 1- nello storico dei consumi è possibile andare in dietro solo di una unita. Per esempio se sono nella vista annuale, anno in corso 2026, posso andare in dietro solo di un anno quindi 2025 ma non posso vedere gli anni precedenti 2024 e 2023. Lo stesso vale nella visuale consumi per mese o per giorno, si può andare indietro solo di un mese o un giorno rispetto a quello attuale. Bisognerebbe fare in modo di poter vedere tutto lo storico definì al giorno/mese/anno di messa in servizio. 2- lo storico consumi dovrebbe prevedere la possibilità del download in Excel 3- implementerei un grafico con lo storico della temperatura, per esempio io ho il sensore di temperatura esterno, sarebbe utile poter vedere con un grafico l’andamento della temperatura nel corso nel giorno, mese e anno. Con queste modifiche l’app diventerebbe pressoché perfetta!

Not fit for purpose
I’ve had the new boiler and app a few weeks now in order to give it a fair review. 0 stars from me!!!! -There is no way to see by looking at the boiler if it is currently heating, or is on schedule - WHAAAAT!!! So the only way my family know if the boiler is heating is to check on MY phone 👎🏼 -There is no way to set a basic 1hr timer 👎🏼 -I cannot set a time range for it to heat 🤯 These alone are 3 basic things someone needs with a boiler - *to be able to see if it’s heating, and like most households, *have the need to put it on for 1 hr, timed!! I now have to use my phones timer to remember to turn it off! Settings by showers is archaic…WHAT is that all about??!!??!! **I have more control over things using a cheap CHINESE WiFi plug. These do everything I need - you should take a leaf out of their book Ariston! (and no I don’t want to contact you by customer services - just rectify the above and people will be a lot happier)!!
Non funziona più
Torniamo da una vacanza all’estero e l’app non funziona più. Ci rende “errore 501- mancanza fiamma” ma la fiamma c’è e la caldaia funziona. Fatti tutti i reset possibili! Sicuramente problema, di server Ariston (che da una settimana non riesce ad essere risolto… dai tecnici Ariston 🥲)Assurdo! Aggiornamento di 3 settimane dopo: effettuato reset dai tecnici ariston (con tempi non proprio rapidi) e l’app è tornata a funzionare. Grazie 🙏
App keeps crashing
We’ve had our boiler for a while now and, fence ylu the app keeps crashing. Tells us to hit refresh but nothing happens. We haven’t change Wi-Fi and, we haven’t touched our boiler. We’ve tried logging out and back in, uninstall and reinstall but still doesn’t work. It’s now winter and we haven’t been able to set our boiler correctly for days. Today is first day the app has decided to work. This isn’t on you need to update this app or find the bugs in it to stop it crashing. Like I said nothing in our house has changed so this app should work all the time but it doesn’t. FIX IT

Dreadful app
Won’t connect to the Lydos Hybrid WiFi despite being next to the 2.4G router. Just says it can’t find the WiFi. Waste of time.

Errore a popup che non scompare
E’ stato risolto un problema alla pompa di calore ma ora l’errore 910: errore comunicazione con HP non scompare. Il pop up dell’errore è in primo piano e non è possibile interagire. Si possono sfogliare le pagine dell’App dall’hambu rgher in alto e i dati sembrano aggiornati ma l’errore non scompare. Sul display della caldaia l’errore invece è scomparso.

App crashed
It’s been a few days now that the app won’t connect therefore no heating . Tried everything reloaded app, rebooted boiler , now issue at all with my WiFi it’s working fine . Have emailed information requested unfortunately this is slow if it was December the lack of immediate support to fix would be an issue not impressed only had the boiler since October 2022

Ultimul update (31.05.2025) vine cu erori majore de afisaj si setare temperatura de confort. Daca modifici temperatura pt o anumita perioada de timp, central ramane setata pe acea temperatura permanent (sau pana la o alta modificare manuala). Iphone 13 mini, ios la zi.
App V4.7
It would appear that App V4.7 has an issue. It was rolled out to my system on the 22nd of Dec 2020 (who rolls out software just before Christmas I ask you a recipe for disaster.) Since then my heating scenarios have all stopped working. I have tried using the template scenarios no luck. I’ve tried deleting the App and starting again no luck. I’m reduced to manually turning the heating up each day. I have now also tried a factory reset of the cube. No luck. I’ve had no luck with the technical department. Ariston thermo are not telling them there is even an issue. I’ve also emailed Mr Findik the ceo but he has not responded to me either. Pretty poor show I think. Update: This issue has now been solved. The issue was that the boiler time clock switch was set to timed. I’m fairly certain it has not been changed so can only assume that the new version of the app treats that input differently. I.e it allows the time clock to take priority over the cube. The technical manager and service manager did work hard over the weekend in the end to fix the issue. It’s just a shame that it took some extreme actions on my part (looked them up on linkedin) to get them to talk to me.

I use the Ariston Genus + wifi boiler, together with the cube rf thermostat. I don’t know if it’s an issue with the app, but let’s assume that I open the app now. It opens, and if I stay in the app for about two or three minutes, a message appears: Operation failed. Reload the page. After reopening the app, I get the message: try to refresh the page. The product is online, but we are gathering the necessary information to open the home page. Wait a few seconds, then press ‘Refresh.’ This message appears until the app decides to work again. I must mention that if I connect from the browser, this situation does not occur. I have uninstalled the app. I made sure that on my iPhone 15 Pro I have the latest version: 5.6.6. I don’t know what to do. I want to know at least if it’s a bug or not. Also, make it possible for us, the blind users with the VoiceOver screen reader, to change the temperature when the boiler is in manual mode. We go to the button where it needs to be set, it tells us to select the zone if there are multiple ones, set the temperature, drag the slider. But we, the blind users, cannot do this. And if we press the drag the slider button, it takes us to the main screen. For hot water, for example, you made it possible for us, the blind users, to set the temperature. Since we are talking about hot water, in the app when we go to hot water, it shows us the degrees and says advanced settings. But if we press that button, nothing happens. I await a prompt response with solutions.
Wouldn’t be hard to do better
Had this for a few months and it’s a source of constant frustration. Frankly, if it was easy to change my boiler to avoid using this app then I would. Knowing Ariston read this, here is my list of issues: - setup was a nightmare. I connected then, for some reason disconnected. It required two engineer visits to fix, as well as use of another device - about one morning in three I have to reboot the boiler as the app doesn’t connect. - the app doesn’t work when the internet is down. A basic robust protocol should allow a connected app and boiler on the same network to just work. - as other reviewers have noted, the interface is far from intuitive. I’d recommend the addition of a boost button to give a 15 min surge, but making it generally more consistent with other apps would be good. - setting the timer on my iPad is incredibly fiddly. Goodness knows what it is like on an iPhone. Maybe allowing people to set times with numbers rather than on a line would help - sometimes the app thinks it’s 20C, when the remote says something much lower - the app is a horrible energy sapper. I can almost see the battery level running down as I use it. And sometimes the app is slow to send the command to the boiler so I shut down the app after a minute but it hasn’t turned the boiler on. - not an app thing directly, but the minimum of 10C is too high I think that’s enough to be get on with. When something else goes wrong, I’ll try to come back and add it. - one more: when I open the app in landscape it won’t work at all a doesn’t rotate back to portrait with moving my iPad

Despite the ariston website promising homekit support, this does not work with apple home. Which is quite frustrating as that only really leaves Home Assistant as a possible option, but I don't really want to go down that route.
Setting temperature bug
The new +/- buttons for setting the temperatute are very usefull only that they raise the temperature setting dropdown instead of the final confirmation popup. If you do not set the temperature in this dropdown (thinking that you already set it using the new +/-) and press ok, temperature is set to 10 degrees and only then the final confirmation popup appears!!!
Useless!
Constant crashes, logging out, failure to change schedules, poor controls... literally a nightmare! Please sort it out Ariston or at least allow connectivity to Apple Home.
Server down?
Is your server working? The app is blocked and the online version shows Service Unavailable HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

Falls off WiFi at the drop of a hat!
Genuinely terrible app, falls of WiFi regularly, leaving you with only manual options (which are tricky to change). Could not dislike this app more 🤬
Manage Guests
Doesn’t let me add guests & just gives “error message failed to add new guest”. Otherwise I find it very good.

App and WiFi all ok when it works. What a palaver trying to get it going again after crashing. So frustrating you want to pull it off the wall and just go back to the old time settings manually. 🥵

Was fine until recent update
The apps was fine until recent update Now it’s saying I’ve used over 385kw in electricity in a week ! Which would be well over £100 ! And I’ve only heated the water twice
Check it’s not a system installation error
I initially had problems with the app crashing but the problem turned out to be due to incorrect control system installation. Customer services / training manager very helpful in resolving the problem.
Pretty hopeless
When it works its not too bad but the App constantly crashes / locks into ‘refresh’. App not very intuitive. Poor interface and scheduling of different temperatures for different times of day or even different days is not possible. Useless really. The new Artison Net One boiler seems to be very good so far but I had to move to this rubbish App from HIVE (which is superb) and as the new boiler was incompatible with our version of HIVE. I can install a compatible version (at extra cost) and will do so unless Ariston get their act together and completely revamp this pile of rubbish. If Ariston want to know how to do it - Just take a look at HIVE to how remote control of home heating should be done.
Slow
The app is slow to start, slow to refresh. It does the job, but it’s not reliable. Sometimes I need to restart it just to have the temperature values or pump state updated
