Lagging
Sometimes the app lag repeatedly. And there were more options before, suddenly it became limited.
Full of bugs
First of all, I want to thank this app that it provides a daily automatic donation deduction which I have not found in any other national app. The emirates Red Cresent is such an important and respected organization and it’s app should reflect that. Unfortunately the app is full of bugs and seriously needs an upgrade. One of its issues is with the payments, Whenever I add something to the cart and proceed with the payment it sometimes shows that the payment was refused in the app, whereas the money gets deducted from my account. This creates a lot of confusion because I don’t know whether the donation was successfully received or not. Another major issue is with the transaction history which is always empty so there is no proper way to confirm previous transactions. I sincerely hope the team responsible for this app give it the attention it deserves and releases a major update to fix these bugs, improve payment confirmation and provide a reliable transaction history. For an organization as important as emirates Red Cresent the app should provide a smooth donation experience. I wouldn’t have written such a review, but I have waited very long in wait for the update. Thank you so much. Jazakum Allah khair.
