Rathdrum king of pizza
Won’t ever get Domino’s Pizza in Rathdrum no no ever again thank God for Westside Pizza!! great people great delivery thank God they’re in Rathdrum
Terrible App function
Won’t allow me to create an account. Promotion was not honored
Happier in B’ham
Recently opened the app again, and lo and behold, it no longer takes me to a different state, but to my local Westside :) I can order, customize, even choose a pickup time. Only issue now is it works on my iPhone and iPad, but not on my Mac? Weird, but I’d probably use the phone anyway. Thx for fixing it.
Best pizza made by locals.
Thirty years as a Domino’s customer no more. Westside Pizza is the BEST
Needs improvement
Interface really slow No need to have an endless list of countries to scroll through Cart should be saved for a few hours, not deleted right away.
BEST PIZZA!
They have they best pizza hands down!! I go here every time I want pizza. . . Which let’s be honest, is always 😆
🚫 Rewards 🚫
I am unable to login! The reset was never sent to my phone number or email! I tried for 20 minutes! Nice trick! If you can’t login, you DON’T GET rewards! 👌🏻 #NotCool! 👎🏻 I’ve spent close to $200 to date!
This is a great app!
Very convenient to use and it's well organized. I would recommend this app to anyone who frequents Westside Pizza.
Can’t find local stores
This would be a great app if it could accurately find my location. It wants me to order pizza 450 miles away. Can the developer help?
Yummy!
Delivery has been right on time! The delivery person is super friendly and efficient!
Pizza great! App, not so much.
Filled in all my info to create an account but the accept button stayed greyed out. Nothing on the screen to tell me something’s missing. Went to the website and it doesn’t work either.
Great pizza. Awful app
The app is so slow it physically hurts. It freezes and has to be restarted. Every order has had to be restarted at least four times. I’ve given up and resorted to calling as every single app order crashes multiple times. App I utterly useless and website is just as awful.
Ease of use
Very clean and easy to use app. Love that it will save all information for future purchases as well.
Bad account creation
Both me and my wife are having issues with creating accounts. It says an account is created under our numbers, so we tried to reset our passwords. We enter our number and get no text. So we’re stuck since we can’t make an account with our phone numbers but we can’t reset our passwords?? Please fix this error in your system.
Love this app
Great app for a great pizza place.
Absolutely useless. Literally.
Upon opening the app, you’re greeted with the Westside logo and a loading icon. After about 30 seconds an error pops up that connection could not be made. I have connection for every other app and website, so it’s obviously on their end. Can’t even get anything to load at all. No menu to see, no locations, nothing. This is a completely useless app.
Amazing pizza
Awesome
Apps is horrible
Food is great. The rating is for the App only. The App does not work. Wasted 15 minutes of my time trying to get it to connect. Better to just order the food online or in person.
Love it.
I love Westside Pizza. It will always be my favorite and is close to my heart because I grew up in a small town (Buckley) and that’s where you got pizza! Unfortunately, I now have Celiac Disease (Strict Gluten Free) and am waiting on a Gluten Free Crust!
Fantastic pizza, Terrible app
Just call or order on the website. Honestly they should just delete this app. It’s that bad
Simply wonderful!
Staff: Friendly, competent & professional Pizza: Whatever word that’s better than “superduperamazinglyorgasmicnirvanaisticthen that’s how good it is! Con: They don’t deliver (or Uber) to LaCrosse, WA. It’s only about 40 minutes away…each way. I don’t mind like a $2.75, delivery charge for that. Heck! I probably would find some kind of tip for the driver. Something useful like seed so they could start their own farm! Perhaps that’s not a con. It sounds like I could help the economic growth of our farming industry in Washington state! Their pizza isn’t just amazing, but it could possibly make Washington a bigger player in the agricultural markets. No wonder I love West Side Pizza. ~peace
Loses Details
I enjoy their pizza but their app and website never work the first time. It takes several attempts and still gets the delivery/take out option wrong. As well as losing your order when you checkout and having to start over again. It’s very frustrating and sometimes I just call in the order as it’s easier.
Great app
Love the mobile app! Now if only you had an option for me to call and uber to the store!
Great Pizza, horrible app
Love the pizza but hate the app. Pointless rebuild it or get ride of it.
Westside
Greatest pizza around !
Don't get it
What's the point of the app? I click on "order pizza" and it opens up my web browser to Westsides website. I can just skip the app, go straight to the website and order a pizza quicker than using the app.
