Scriptural Rosary
This is such a beautiful rosary. Thank you so much!
Love the app, but…
There’s a lot of background noise, especially in the luminous mysteries. Apparently there’s a guy that’s sick. He sniffles a lot and it’s a little bit distracting.
Douay rheims bible
The scripture verses are comprehensive and give good back stories. But the traditional Catholic bible is the Douay Rheims which is the closest translation from the original Greek and Hebrew texts. The protestants are changing all the verses with each new translation. Compare your reading of Genesis 3:15 to the DR version. You say “he (devil) shall bruise your head (woman)” but DR bible says “he (devil) shall lie in wait for your heel (of woman)”. A big difference.
Most fruitful for the soul✨
This rosary has me spoiled! It’s so necessary to be with the verses in the mysteries. I find myself and my imagination right next to all from these times. Thank you for such a lovely experience! God Bless you all.🙏🏼✨
Lots of Errors -good idea.
These are nice people with a good idea but they need to learn the correct words for the prayers and verses. Many of the words are full of annoying errors. For example “pray for our sinners” and “Rex-urection”.
Love this App
I love listening to this Rosary.
Scriptural Rosary
This is the only way I can pray the whole Rosary. Thank you, I really appreciate using this app during my prayer time. Today we need to have more accurate depictions of the Mysteries. All these people were not white. Please get new, more racially inclusive pictures. Today, the images you are sharing are inappropriate.
Love it!!
I really like this rosary app, especially the story version. I wish they offered other languages though, like Italian. Maybe in a future update?? Please??
great!!!
would be better if they add the Litany of the Blessed Virgin Mary
Great App
This app is great. It helps me achieve my daily rosary with greater comprehension of the mysteries. If it were only able to be in latin, excellence would be achieved.
A great find !
I had been looking for a scriptural and audio rosary for a while. This app does deliver both ! The short scriptural reading of the relevant mystery is before each Hail Mary and the group praying is pleasantly paced and reverent. Not too fast ! There is a nicely coloured picture of each mystery synchronising with the relevant decade. I love the addition of a special prayer for aborted babies, for priests , souls in purgatory , families and marriages at each decade. The settings take some getting used to, as there is no initial menu for choosing, but it is easy to adjust to the rosary of the day with the pop up choice ( which you get by tapping on screen ) The fast forward is according to seconds rather than actual prayers or parts of the rosary.. So it is a case of rough calculation to skip the opening prayers ( eg if you are praying more than one rosary ) On the whole, a great find, and thank you very much, folks ! :-)
Love it
I love the features of changing the speed and I love the blend of the scriptures.
Best Rosary App
I have been using this app for years now and recommend it everyone.
Rosary ‘Visuals’
Excellent meditation! This is the rosary that goes beyond what some may feel as rote repetition without meditative attention. Pairing up scripture and beautiful images dramatically enhance the rosary meditation. The narrator’s cadence is a blessing.
Holy scripture
I downloaded the app and forgot about it, but one day when I didn’t have my grocery with me and began the app I was surprised and delighted at the scripture that was being read in between the Hail Marys. The entire scripture passage is read in between the 10 Hail Marys, so praying the rosary was listening to the word of God my soul was filled with joy
Closing prayer
After Hail Holy Queen you should say the prayer. O God, whose only begotten son by his life death and resurrection has purchased for us the rewards of eternal life. Grant we beseech thee, that while mediating upon these mysteries of the most Holy rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary , that we may imitate what they contain and obtain what they promise through the same, Christ our Lord. Amen
