Grat game
It’s still my fav game, after few years. Yes, it crashes sometimes but apart from that it is really great.
Not loading
Been 4wks since being able to play! I click on the game and it shuts down straight away. I have been playing this game for over 10yrs and it’s frustrating when I can’t get on it, that’s the reason for 1 star!

Candy crash
Game keeps crashing and you have to go through the pain of all the adverts to start it again and loose the life you were playing. Just updated to IOS 17.4 on my iPad and iPhone. Suspect these are linked Update, still crashes randomly, today lost 3 games due to crashes. Nothing else running on my iPad. Update July 26, crashing worst than ever and adverts with fake close tabs where you click to a web page are frustrating
Stürzt leider oft mitten im Spiel ab
Eigentlich ein kurzweiliges Spiel. Aber sehr viel Werbung, die auch mal mitten im Spiel startet. Und wenn man ein Werbevideo anguckt, um ein weiteres Leben zu bekommen, wird am Ende ständig angezeigt, dass Video wäre nicht zu Ende angesehen (was nicht stimmt). Es gibt dann einen Button zum erneuten Ansehen, der nie funktioniert. Wenn man sich 15 oder 30 min Leben erspielt hat, laufen auch erst ein oder zwei Werbevideos, was von der erspielten Zeit abgeht.
Ich bleibe treu
Mit mal langen, mal kurzen Unterbrechungen spiele ich schon seit über 5 Jahren. Man kann PowerUps recht leicht gewinnen und so dann auch schwere Level meistern. Es gibt immer wieder Events und wöchentliche Turniere wo man auch viel gewinnen kann. Sehr abwechslungsreich und süß animiert.
Constant Crashing & Adverts
I really enjoy this game when it actually lets you play properly, but the amount of adverts you get along with the freezing and crashing makes it near impossible to play. It’s a free game, there will be adverts, but there are so many! My biggest gripe, though, is when you get the option to watch an advert and get an extra 2 turns or a free spin to get another couple of turns, you watch the FULL ad, and it either freezes so you have to completely exit and start again, or it just closes itself down! And it happens all the time! I can see many people having the same issues so I don’t know why nothing gets done, I’ve not seen any app updates in the App Store for this game for ages now which is pretty telling.
Game crashing
I’ve been playing this Game for 9 yrs. It has changed a lot, annoying commercials, and now the game keeps on crashing. It’s a pity .

I’ve been top of the leader board three weeks running but not had my rewards, why is that.
Needs some tweaks
I’ve. Embodying this game for years. I find it entertaining, but over the last year or so I find videos don’t play so you can’t get the ‘diamonds’. You can’t watch a video to give you the two extra lives. Disappointing lol

This is because of the number of adverts. What’s more the games they advertise do not represent the actual game. I tried a couple too see if it would make them go away. It didn’t

Ich liebe das Spiel aber ich muss sagen, dass es unbedingt ein Update geben muss… es stürzt immer ab und macht so viele Probleme. Ich hoffe, dass es bald Besserungen gibt. Sonst muss ich mich vom Spiel leider verabschieden.
Full of dodgy scam adverts
About to delete. Full of scam adverts using well known brands and the NHS, mostly claiming that weight loss can be achieved through wearing jewellery or other such ridiculous things. Clearly the developers have no morals allowing this to continue. Basic scanning and checking or indeed playing of the game would quickly raise awareness and action
Still crashing a lot
This seems to be a Repeat issue part way through a game it just crashes time it was sorted , otherwise people will stop playing and move on to something else

Avoid this game! Doesn’t play properly
What the hell is going on with this game. It seems to me you are just happy making money from the adverts! Because you clearly don’t care about all the bad feedback you are receiving! All the years many of us have invested in this game and suddenly it all changes! Take it off the App Store because you are a bunch of cowboys! If people buy diamonds then it starts to go slow or crash it’s not fare!

Ive been playing years on level 3340. Last 24 hours wont come on. Just payed for more moves (more money) and now wont play how can i contact main people for the game. Turned phone on and of. Tried reloading but nothjng

Been playing this game for years but just recently it crashes so much that it’s impossible to play, wouldn’t be so bad if it let you pick up from just before crash! But I just have to start again, so just end up loosing the life and the rest are lost in quick succession due to the same problem. if this isn’t sorted soon I’m just going to delete it as really fed up now!
Why does it keep throwing you out
This app is good, the only problem is that it throws you out usually just as you are nearing the end of a game. This is so annoying and reading other reviews seems to have been going on for a while. It would be nice if this problem could be resolved.

I’ve been playing this game for years getting in to level 1500 plus and it now constantly crashes…every chance of games there’s an annoying advertisement for some king game with no annoying advertisements….absolutely ridiculous a bloody joke! This game is no longer worth the time and definitely needs a major upgrade and kick up the backside for all involved in the development process and miserably frustrating experience. I am jettisoning this absolutely complete and utter waste of my life !,,

Constantly crashes
I’ve been playing this for years so have seen quite a lot of changes made to the app including the increased amount of ads. Understandably the game is free so obviously there are ads. I just wish they could be implemented in a way that doesn’t severely impact gameplay. Also more recently it has been crashing constantly, which as a result loses my lives to play. It happens multiple times in a row so sometimes I’m left with 1 or 2 lives left when I originally had all 5 before it kept crashing every time I try to play. Also whenever I click to do any of the side games within they never fully load but the game will still take the entry gems.

Been playing for years but now it’s impossible to play. Each time an advert comes on. I end up losing patience and not playing. I don’t want to play the games in the adverts. I want to play this one. Was 5/5 now it’s a sad 2/5

Ads from nowhere
Been playing for many years. Sure at one point I paid to play without ads but may be mixing up with another game. No longer enjoyable to play because of the continuous ads. I’m off to play Royal match as they don’t have ads.
Trop de pubs
Un peu trop de pubs pour d’autres jeux (des pop up ainsi que des vidéos qu’on est forcé de regarder pendant 30 secondes...) a part ça très bon jeu.

Honestly, used to love this game but it constantly crashes or fails to load. It’s just not good enough when other games (for free) manage fine. Gutted that I’ll probably have to delete this if they don’t sort it!

Developers have you lost interest?
Like many have already said I’ve played this game for years. For me it was the best match 3 game out there, HOWEVER it’s changed so much and not for the better. Firstly we suddenly have to deal with a constant barrage of adverts (because there wasn’t any before) then the game started playing almost in slow motion. I contacted you and explained it was impossible to play, I didn’t receive any acknowledgment of my email but it stopped. Then it started to crash, each time it did I would lose a life, so if this happens 2/3 times you may only have two life’s left. Today I went on the game and guess what, it’s starting to go in slow motion again! As developers if you cannot be bothered to put these things right remove the game from the App Store because it’s not fare you get so invested in it then suddenly you can’t play! Or fix these problems that a few people have mentioned! But do something!

Yes I know the app is free, but the amount of ads now is taking the biscuit. Latest version on my iPad meant I had to watch an before each attempt at a level, and they are not short ads. Then get forced to App Store before waiting another 5 seconds! It’s a joke and game is being ruined.
