Screen Safe Area Issues UI
With the recent update it looks like the safe area of the screen is messed up on iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16.2. The navigation bar and tab bar view is beyond safe area resulting not able touch back button on the navigation bar. . . [Update] Thank you dev team for fixing the above issues on version 2.1.10.

Hello BML , Please bring tap to pay for iphones, it would be super convenient to have tap to pay in the iphones aswell!
Unable to use QuickPay
The app itself is good but after an update to it, I’m unable to use QuickPay and for every transfer I want to do that requires searching up the contact, I have to go back to the main page and back to the contact again in order to be able to transfer. It’s been a hassle.
OTP Confirmation Button Not Available for International Payments
I have been experiencing an issue with the BML app when trying to make international payments. After entering the OTP, the “Confirm” button does not appear, making it impossible to complete the transaction. This has been frustrating, especially when dealing with urgent payments. I am using an iPhone with iOS 18.3.1, so the issue may be related to compatibility with the latest software. I hope the development team can address this bug soon, as it significantly impacts the app’s functionality. Overall, the app is useful, but such issues need to be resolved quickly to ensure a smooth banking experience.
Slow app slow call centre
Instructions provided by call center staff are not accurate and having to visit the bank because of the misinformation and the staff being unable to provide the service when we have visited the bank shows lack of interest to help the customers. About the app, transactions are pending for weeks and we are unable to get a clear statement through the app. Useless at the most important times
Improved
Overall app is improvd, still need to fix the browser pages to mobile friendly, instead of zooming on pages. Would be easier if mobile pay was added too.
The updated app has so many problems
The app has so many bug fixes yet Bml is not releasing any new update . It’s getting stuck constantly . When we try to select the account it’s not showing the account . Please fix these issues

Self lock issue
Unlike the previous version, the application does not lock itself when minimized. Only way around is to manually close the app once opened. Apart from that, the new features are quite handy. Good job

Search bars are very difficult to use.
All the search fields are very difficult to use and takes a bit of time and scrolling for us to be able to write anything.

A very helpful app
This is a very helpful app. I've been using this app for a couple of months now and I'm satisfied with this. There is one thing. As this is designed for iphones, it doesn't look very perfect in ipads. Hope you would release an update for this too.
Too slow to update
The app is still not updated for iOS 14. The login wheel doesn't align. It's taking too long for them to fix it.
Feedback
The point of the update is to make it easier for customers to get access to the details of the transaction. Transaction reference number. Recipients account number. Transaction date with time Remarks(that we write for our personal reference) It would be really helpful if we can view the same receipt as when we make a transfer. What I like on the new updates. Quick pay( can verify the account) Most Recent 5 receipients Switch to business account.
User friendly
Now it looks very much easier and friendly to make transfer, and enabling NFC feature is added advantage of the application it’s ever introduced in the south Asia. Thank you BML

Banking applications are supposed to be an easy way to receive and send money. This application just makes it worse.
