Does what's on the label
So many apps try and do a million things, but this one doesn't. It does ONE thing and does it in a way that makes sense.

Apka dobrá v tom, že konečně víte, co za symboly je na štítku oblečení, ale kamera nepoužitelná! Z dálky to nic nepozná a z blízka je to rozmazané, takže kamera k ničemu!
Needs a zoom option
The app works pretty well if you want to know what a specific symbol means. The worst part for me is that it has a scanner that never works because it lacks a zoom function and cannot read far away symbols. Everything has to be found manually despite the advertised feature. I’d be glad to change my review to 5 stars if that feature was fixed and fully functional.

I really like this app. Only issue I can identify is that it would be better if, after the icons are recognised that it goes into the next screen automatically.

Really loved this app when I first paid for this app (7/8 years). Over the years you do learn symbols but ever so often you need it again. Right now it’s letterboxed and the formatting is all broken in the app making it slightly unusable. Would love an update to use in all its beauty again!
Needs an update for newer phones
Good app, and I love the design. Although I’m sure it’ll look great on an iPhone SE it’s not been modified for the screen dimensions of anything with a notch/Face ID. Also, there are other lenses on my phone that would enable the camera to focus better on the symbols. The app seems to like a close distance, but the default lens gets blurry at that range. This hampers it’s ability to scan the label.
Perfect for All Who Wear Clothes
Great idea and efficient implementation. Scanning works well, and if it doesn't, one can enter the symbols by hand and get the info needed. Attractive interface without clutter or "just because I could" useless features.
Love this idea, wish the camera scanner worked
Oh how I love this app, and it's beautiful design and color scheme — but it's unusable. The camera won't auto-focus at the appropriate distance. Unfortunately, it looks like development was abandoned a long time ago. Def a shame, this was a gem.

Doesn’t work on latest models of iPhone
Doesnt use correct camera for scanning, & screen doesn’t format correctly for displaying information. Not updated since 2015. Not good enough. Shouldn’t be for sale on the App Store.

Good idea. Mediocre execution.
Great idea, but the image recognition is only accurate about 10% of the time. Worse, the English is poor (obviously not a first language), the units are in Celsius, and the "tips" are of so-so quality. It's a handy reference for when the label is illegible, but you're better off reading the label's instructions if you can. To improve, the author needs to find an English editor and make sure the units and tips are appropriate for the audience.
Simplify
Need to offer the ability to switch from C to F or better yet just use Cold, Warm, or Hot for washing and drying temps.

I love the idea behind this app. The best part is, it works as well as you would hope! Really. Such a great solution for outdated, archaic hieroglyphics that manufacturers still seem to use.

Mainly a symbol decoder
Handy for decoding all the laundry symbols everybody.sees bub only the laundry mat knows how to read. Scan with your camera and it decides them. A far simpke app, I'd like to see more handy things added like guidance to when you use hot or cold water. Information on different types of detergents. How remove certain types of stand.

Does not focus on the labels
While the regular camera can focus on things up close, this is only focusing at a distance and then doesn’t pick up the labels. No clear way to contact support.
Great app that takes the confusion out of doing laundry
The only downside is the image recognition. It would be nice if it wasn't constantly resetting itself. I think that once it recognizes a laundry symbol it should stay highlighted until you advance to the next screen. It's a little annoying trying to stabilize the image until all of the symbols are recognized
Two flaws
Decent app with 2 flaws: It has a hard time focusing the camera. And I continually tap on the screen, expecting it to focus where I tapped, but instead it takes me to the symbols page. And 2nd, it would be nice if it converted the temperatures to Fahrenheit for Americans. I can't remember if 30 or 40 degrees is warm or hot, and I hate having to convert manually each time.

I've always wondered what those symbols meant and now I'll be able to take much better care of my clothes. I might even need to buy more clothes so I can use this app.... ;)

Vývojář neaktualizuje appku, protože tím prý ztrácí čas a dělá jí pod minimální mzdou ! (Vlastní slova vývojáře) Klasické myšlení čecháčka, který nevydělal a tak se bude posmívat každému, kdo si stáhne paskvil a zaplatí za něj, byť minimální peníze ! Slovy vývojáře - vždyť je to pouze euro ! Stačila by jedna aktualizace na moderní hardware iphonů 7 a výše a možná by bylo bez diskuzí a zbytečných slov. Vždyť s appkou jsou spokojeni vývojáři a jejich kamarádi s rodinou. Více recenzí nemají
Great Idea, well implemented
I would have skipped the image recognition to begin with and focused on getting the main functions to work as smoothly as possible. When I'm picking the symbols I want displayed I feel the icons could be bigger and have higher contrast (black on white) would help as well. "Clear last selection" button would be appreciated. I would much more like the ability to save information to an image of my clothes than an image recognition. If I had all my clothes in the app it would be cool if the app could make suggestions on what clothes can go together in the washing machine ;). Hope this helps.

Unreliable, usually wrong.
It consistently interprets a "Do not wash" symbol as "Wash at 40° C"... It is difficult to get it to grab all the symbols at once, I sit here changing the light, angle, distance, refocusing, in a well lit room with high contrast tags on my iPhone 6S. Faster and safer to look them up on Wikipedia before I bought this app.

I've been doing laundry wrong my whole life
I am so grateful to know what these symbols mean finally. I have been washing and drying things incorrectly my entire life. I hadn't a clue. This even covers symbols not typically found on clothing in my country (I wear a lot of things from overseas). The only thing I would love to see which could take this to the five star level would be the scanner taking you directly to the page with captured symbols on its own. It's a great app but having to tap everything for it to respond is super frustrating when you have shaky hands like I do.

Neat app with future potential
I love the visual design, and it's certainly fun to see someone do something clever like this. If you could actually save settings for certain pieces of clothing and name them (also add a picture od clothing item, this would be a very, very useful app. I like to cut off the descriptions on certain clothing items because they can be annoying, and having them in one place would be very convenient.
Nearly there
Scans most symbols, sometimes has trouble getting focus on the label and would scan, then loose the symbol. Seems that not all the symbols are there either, couldn't find some on their list. Would be good if you could take a photo of the label and it scan the photo instead of trying to hold the camera still.

Awesome app not for grammar Nazis
Thank god for this app! I bought it immediately. No more ruining brand new shirts or letting my favorite clothes deteriorate from bad washing. However, I took off one star because the app needs to be spelling and grammar checked by someone fluent in English. The designer and coder are both Czech so it’s understandable, I just want to suggest that they run it by a native English speaker.
Smart idea, inaccurate and confusing descriptions
This is a really cool idea for the crazy world of laundry labels and instructions. But, there are a lot of issues with the bleaching instructions. A bunch that say bleaching is not allowed then continue to say bleaching is allowed. There are other inconsistencies too which should be fixed.
