Happy Customer
The app works so well, never any down time. I love it!
Not happy
The location of the vehicle is incorrect. Even if you refresh.
Accuracy
The app is not accurate, some times it shows the car at the middle of the road, while the car is parked at home far from where the map is showing the car.
Glitchy
I’m totally happy about everything except for the notification system. I keep getting notifications that my tracker alarm is disarmed once i turn my car on, but it keeps on popping up when i open the app. Could be appreciated if u guys have a look into it.

This is a useless app. It sends false push notifications every 2 minutes. Very disappointing. No technical support from Tracker!!!
Car guard alarm is delayed
The car guard goes off late, sometimes after arrival at the destination without being disarmed.
Tracker certificate
You have removed the option to request for a tracker certificate on the app. I wonder why, because it was a great option.
App not working
I haven’t been able to use the app for months now. It opens and instantly closes again. I sometimes get notifications when the engine is on or off. I’ve tried several times to delete and reinstall the app but nothing changes. I’ve updated but still the problem persists. How do I solve this problem? 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
Frustrated
This app is terrible. It’s constantly crashing when I am trying to enter my medical aid details or navigate the profile menus.
Google Maps option
I’m currently using an iPhone but would appreciate being able to choose Google Maps but it looks like the app automatically chose Apple Maps. Google Maps is more detailed, Apple Maps shows a lot of blank spaces.
Extremely unsteady app, doesn’t even open for more than 5 seconds
Takes ages to actually update and by the time there is an emergency it will definitely be too late to use this app.

App is not giving me real time, the trips for today does not fall under today it falls under the day before. When my car is moving it does not pick up the car it just loads and crashes
Map detail
The map does not give me a option to show different map detail like the street map, navigation map or Imagery Map I just have a grey map that makes it hard to determine where vehicles are
New update on the app
The new app update is really slow it takes 4-6 hours for it to update and show you where the car is
Disappointed
I enquired for my details to be updated still they not updated I want to submit the tracker certificate to my insurance yet even when I called nothing only updated my address not my contacts number and registration number
Unhappy with App experience
Whenever i want to see the trip logs in the app, it always says An unexpected error has occurred 404. If the error persist please contact tracker support. Its happening from long time.
App Not working
The app has not been working for more that 10 days now, please try to fix this issue
Trip logs not loading.
I have not been able to see my trip logs from the past 4 days and this happens frequently where it would miss an entire trip. Not sure how I feel about this on my car

Utterly useless app
Not Happy with the App
The old Tracker app was better. Newer isn't always better. It doesn't show where the vehicle is when moving, or when it stops. I can't see the routes travelled either. Please fix the glitches.

Notifications
I keep on getting ignition on and off notifications even when the car is parked and not moving. I don’t know why? I having been calling so they can check it out but still the notifications are persistent.
