User Interface Enhancement
Dear Valued Developer of KB Prasac Mobile, I would like to suggest you as I am a user for request you to considering resign the app function as below: 1. Move Payment to replace Top Up by merging into Payments as well. 2. Move Transfers to replace Cash by Code due to it already having in Transfers Function. 3. Redesign the Transfer Interface and Keyword. 4. Allow customer to Customize Home Screen by own self. 5. Remove Account Balance from Home Screen and replace by total amount of all accounts instead. Thank You.

I download this app and try to capture my ID many time but the app can't recognize it and after recognize , this app should be improved their system more
Good app with some limitations
So far app it very stable and easy to use. Please add ability to close fixed deposits via mobile app.
Never check your app properly before launching new version
Everytime you update your app to new version, there are always many problem especially relog in and OTP never send. It is not the first time. Don't you think you need to review it before launch new update? This is the financial product. You can't just be careless like that. How can we trust you????

Can’t login
My iPhone is 13 pro max,my ios is 26.1,now I can’t login the app,the error message is’fetch config failed’ Do u block the China’s ip address? I can’t access the app,but when I use the vpn,I can access the app? Can u check ur firewall policy?

Constructive feedback
The camera is not good, so the ID photo is not clear. I can’t create the digital account myself and need to go to the branch.
Remove OTP for dynamic code
Should consider to remove OTP for dynamic code as telephone network can’t coverage for some area. That’s really to difficult to transfer to other local bank. Thanks.

The app is too poor to open an account. They cannot recognize my face with ID, so the app blocked me from opening accoint. Poor Prasac!!!
