Description
VSign is a mobile medical communication platform for clinicians who look after hospitalized patients.
GDGSystems developed VSign in collaboration with the MUHC.
With this application, authorized clinicians from partner health institutions (*) of the mobile VSign solution can follow their patient’s health. They will have access to: (1) Consult patient lists with health markers; Lab results; Active medications; Vital signs; radiology imaging. (2) Facilitate handovers and documentation with the Flow, a micro-blog module around each patient with daily notes extracts. (3) A secure communication module with instant notification, for one-to-one or group communication.
(*) Partner health institutions must have the VSign version 4.6 platform. Some functionality depends on licensed modules. If you have any questions, please communicate with the VSign Administrators of your health organization.
