I feel like it’s a scam
Update: To whom it may concern, i have cancelled my gold subscription, permanently deleted my account and removed your garbage app off my phone, now why are you still trying to take money out of my account? Thank God i always block my card from any internet usage after every transaction, but i still receive SMS from my bank saying that MUZZ is trying to take money. Can you stop because if you don't then I will for sure sue you for stealing and scamming. —— Garbage app, I have given the app so many chances to prove me wrong, i paid and got zero promising results, absolutely zero, your advertising is so good that shows that you will get married the moment you subscribe for gold thingy and it just kept getting worse and worse idk if this is a legit app, only got one match and disappeared after 1 hour and even the human looked fake. I would never recommend

At least in my experience, even though I expanded my filters to other states and been very flexible actually, but I have only dealt with narcissistic and nightmare type of women are rather matches. I had high hopes because it’s a Muzz desi app but it’s like Tinder pretty much or it’s just entitled. Women.
NO PRIVACY! FIX THIS ISSUE!
I was appalled to find out that when you unmatch someone and state the reason, IT SENDS THE REASON TO THE PERSON! Even though there’s a little prompt that says it won’t tell the person, IT DOES. I’ve received reasons from people who unmatched and people have received mine. This is such an unprofessional oversight. Fix it!!!

Considering this is a muslim match making app, the “faith and practice” filter should be included in the standard version of the app and not paid.

For the love of God add a dark mode!
The app sucks to say the least. As you wind down after a day's work and start speaking with a match you are blasted with white light. Additionally, what sense does it make to give the option to blur a profile? You are literally on a supposed marriage app.
Muzz is ok but has issues
Things could be better on here. There’s so many disrespectful gold digging feminists in Muzz & they never get in trouble. Also women match with me but sometimes never respond when I sent the first message
Refreshing
Muzz is nice and laid-back. It’s not as high pressure as some of the other Muslim meeting apps. On Muzz, you’re not bombarded by hundreds of messages which can be so overwhelming. It leads a very quick burnout. Trust me. I know I’m happy. I gave Mother a try. It’s really laid-back or my speed and the brothers are pretty respectful too.

They decrease your like option once you pay. Before it was 45 and now after I paid it’s 24! Stick to the free which was 10 not sure about now.
Extremely Expensive
Muzz is a Muslim marriage app with serious intentions, but in my experience it is overpriced for what it offers. Many key features are locked behind payment, yet there is no guarantee of finding a compatible spouse. As a graduate student, the value feels even lower, as the pool of serious and suitable matches can be limited. Overall, it feels more like a paid gamble than a reliable pathway to marriage unless you invest a lot of time, patience, and money
Notifications are a problem
This is a decent apps. But the notifications are a problem. I want notifications when someone likes me or messages me. I don’t want to receive all kinds of notifications including things like how the CEO trips and his YouTube videos. I want to disable these useless notifications. I didn’t download the app to listen to the CEO or read blog posts.

Better than most dating apps
I used other apps before Muzz, but when I started to use Muzz, I found that it is much better than other apps and has more features. I really like that I can make calls, video or audio, from the app, so I can keep my privacy until feel comfortable exchanging phone numbers.

Never using this again. The customer service is horrible and is not available. Also very expensive. I had the worst experience. The customer services sent generic responses. I appealed many times but they still banned.

Rubbish app
It’s a rubbish app that discriminates against male by not allowing male customers to blur their photos whereas guys open accounts as female (I report 3-4 profiles every day) and the app doesn’t catch that, CSRs don’t catch that. You can send 20 likes a day. Sometimes after 10 likes, app says quota is over, sometimes I can go 30 likes. I uploaded my own photo and the app says it’s not mine. And many fake female profiles too that just collect WhatsApp numbers. Apple should seriously investigate into this app.

Not sure if the app is bad or the women have become materialistic greedy gold diggers these days. Anyway money wasted and found no spouse and the sheer audacity of some women who openly write that “only like my profile if you are rich, have a xyz passport, have a chocolate factory” and some girls with mental issues who lile profile and never reply back or unmatch.

Can’t communicate
After I subscribed I couldn’t text or communicate with the person i like, until I buy messages compliments. Also the person who I have liked doesn’t know that until they subscribe. Doesn’t make sense I pay for subscription and charge me to message someone. Bad experience.
