I had 140 plus trillion points and then hit a huge win with up to another 140plus trillion points and it froze up on me and I lost all the points😢 I deleted the app and rejoined it and now I can’t get anywhere past maybe 15/20 million points and then it takes it all away “ FRUSTRATING “ Not as much fun as it use to to be. I enjoy playing this game, but wish it would give me more points 😊

The developers need to fix this game. You can clearly have 5 in a row but it only recognizes 3. Countless people have ask for you to fix it but you do nothing. If you don’t want to fix your problems why even bother to ask for a rating. I have never seen developers of an app not fix the bugs for their users. Just pitiful. Also it takes way too long to level up. I have playing for 3 years and am only on game 10. At this rate it will take me 10 years to get to the last one. Take some responsibility and fix your game.

Much better than DDown, but you win in the Tournaments and you don't get your points It happens a lot, also they use fake players, To block you 4122M there is no such nr., Looks like I'm looking again! WARNING, IF YOU PLAY TOUR. AND WIN THEY WON'T GIVE YOU YOUR WINNINGS !!!!!!!, if you Win to much they block you, I went from 161 billion. To almost nothing, everytime I try to play it crashes.
Has a problem with adds
The game adds come in sideways so I can’t X out of them. I have to close the game and remove so I can reopen and play again.

Look, I get it....these games are designed to relieve you of any money/points you might eventually acquire, but the hits, payoffs, and durations of NO action other than losing with these games makes them not worth playing. This is my first time playing and haven’t gotten past the part where there are only two slots available at my level. For now I’ll give it 4 stars
Hard to advance
Takes too many wins to advance levels. Win big and the lose it in a very short time. I will not buy any additional coins, so I guess I am stuck with continuing playing to try to win more.
To many ads
Every level it seems I get an ad for another freaking app, usually have to close this app to get rid of ad because there isn’t a way to close it

Fix Your App
Very disappointed in this app. Many many times I have 5 in a row and you pay for the first three only. Other reviews bring problems to your attention and your response is “sorry you are not having a good experience “. I don’t want to hear this response I WANT YOU TO FIX THE GAME. Also it takes months to get to the next level. Why must it take so long to open up a new game. Last you can play a game for weeks and weeks and never receive any free spins. Please do the right thing and make the necessary fixes to preserve the integrity of the game. Show me you care. Nothing has changed since my last review. If you can’t fix your app delete it. You want feedback but NEVER do anything with it. I have never seen a poorer group of developers. You NEVER respond to anything.

Garbage
Ads pop up in middle of gameplay, they pop up in portrait mode so you can’t close them out. Have to restart game to get rid of it. Had enough after the third time, don’t waste your time on this garbage. Plenty of other slot apps that don’t bait you into clicking an ad.

I’ve played four or five years in casino joy and it’s the only game I haven’t deleted. You can play offline which is important to me. The graphics are great. The games are wonderful. Cards, slots and tournaments all in one app. Try it, the tournaments are addicting. The cards are challenging. I can play for hours. I have CJ2 as well.
