Double payment
I did like this app but was thoroughly unimpressed by the iOS 12 update that now means you have to pay £3.99 to access the full workout after having paid months before, pre-update.
Videos are best
Nice workout but you need a stretching video and videos of each move rather than simply still shots
Waste of money
Very basic app that tells you to do the same 3 exercises over a course of 8 weeks. Why exactly do we need to pay for this? Bought the whole bundle and really disappointed
No Illustrations
Would be nice if they showed the proper way to do the exercises

Great starter program for habit training.
Now charging another fee after paying for the app.
Decent set of apps so I bought the bundle. They are slowly pushing updates to each app that makes you pay again. DO NOT UPDATE THE APP IF YOU ALREADY PAID. I now have two of their workout apps that I PURCHASED and PAID for “premium” features are now useless unless I pay another 4 bucks. They haven’t responded to emails and keep pushing out app updates.

This app steps you slowly into body weight leg exercises. It gives you a great sense of achievement and keeps you going.

Used to love this app
I was using this app for months and loving it. Unfortunately, I updated it yesterday and now I have to pay a monthly fee so it looks like I’ll delete this now. Why would anyone pay money for something like this?
A Help to keeping running
Nice simple ap that is very easy to use. An important compliment to the couch to 5 k runner ap for those of us vulnerable to runners knees! Strengthening legs is one of the best prevention strategies you can invest in apparently.
Great app with effective workout progression
It starts you up slowly but by the end of the program, you'll be a stronger person without even realizing how much you just did. Amazing.

This app is far too easy and really should include images or videos of each workout.
