The BEST!
I have downloaded so many workout apps. I train powerlifting, strongman and CrossFit and this is my absolute favorite workout app. It’s customizable so I can pick a workout for my gym that’s stocked with everything or my home gym where I have the basic essentials. It’s my go-to when I have an off day or just want to switch things up. I have so many workouts saved to my favorites and I just click through and pick one 2-3 times a week. It’s great!
I love this app!
I like it except that it always asks me to upgrade to pro even though I’ve had it for months and recently i lost my progress on my logged workouts which was disappointing
Bien
Nice App, Greedy Dev.
Its literally the best app i found so far: You can customize pretty everything: From intensity over excluding movements to gear you have or have not. It‘s price is out of question and a subscription is not self-justifying in this kind of Apps. It‘s finished, why should one subscribe to it?
Not for beginners
This app doesn’t have any workout for beginners Thank you
Worth it!!
Great bang for the buck! Very helpful with accountability and great options for workouts.
Basically useless
Unable to select specific equipment unless you pay for the pro version. Another app completely useless unless I pay to upgrade.
IWatch
Life saver
Been training myself for the last 6 months and this app has been phenomenal helping with my workout plan and structure. Thanks Brian
A FUIR
App show de bola
Vale a pena baixar. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Something’s wrong
The app crashes when u press “share”
Swap workouts
Love the app. My wife and I have been doing the workouts consistently for around a year and love the filters for specific equipment you can choose for your workouts. Very friendly option when you have small home gym set up. One thing I would love to add is when you’re swapping a workout either for a more intense or less intense movement. Instead of giving an option to pick, is have all exercises for that particular movement such as “vertical push” pop up instead of manually selecting an alternate exercise. This way you can keep your workouts balanced with your selected equipment you have for the particular workout you are trying to accomplish. Would love to see it.
Cuidado. Estafa
Unique app that allows a great amount of customization
For someone who over thinks WOD it a fantastic way to have one a your figure tips that can compliment your program ,it’s worth a try.
This app is terrific
As a dad that works full time and wants to stay fit, this app has been amazing for generating good workouts to help me stay fit so I can play with my kids. Keep up the great work with this app.
I love this
I don’t rate apps but this is an amazing easy to use app and exactly what I needed. I only use the free one for the moment but will possibly upgrade in the future.
Best App for CrossFit WODS
I’ve been looking for an app to help me track/customize my workouts and beyond doing that, theres also tons and tons of incredible WODS on here. Favorite features are scaling different lifts, adjusting weight or rounds, and making my own lifts according to what I have access to in my gym. It’s been a game changer and I absolutely love it. Big thanks to Brian!
THE “ MIDAS TOUCH”…
This guy is The Genius! Whatever The King touches- turns into gold! Have you seen his “Spanish Verbs” app?? The Newest Phenomenon at the App Store! The WOD is equally incredible! The interface is so polished- you will need the sunglasses to navigate!!! A zillion of options, accompanied by the seamless connections to the YouTube demonstrations will help to boost your fitness levels into the stratosphere!!! I only wish, however, the Developer takes really good care of himself and his family , will never abandon his apps, and will not make me regret my Lifetime commitment to his Royal Creations ! To the Developer: Extremely well done! Bravo!!!
Great App
Helps me A lot with my Workouts and preparation to physical activities
