Doctors-Cleaners From the Doctor’s to the cleaners everyone is so helpful respectful and caring I love this hospital where my life was saved!
Difficult to use.
This is the most confusing site. The old MSCC site was easy to use, intuitive and consistent. It takes me a very long time to find the items I need. It shouldnt be this hard. I feel like I need a Masters degree (which I have, and it’s not helping) to use this site. Please go back to your original site.

Very confusing to follow
Semi working app
I keep receiving emails from MSK telling me that I have a bill due. When I try to login from email, it won’t let me. When I try to reset my password and then sign in it won’t let me. When I go to the app on my phone, I can sign in with no problem, but the bill pay says I have a zero balance. But they keep sending me bills. See the problem?
CT and bloodwork
For the past five years memorial, Sloan has taken care of my every need regarding my lymphoma and testicular cancer. Not sure where would I be without their care, thank you so much for all that you’ve done and for that you continue to do for me. Your kindness and understanding always makes every visit less stressful. Thank you.
Awful App!
The original MSK app was wonderful, easy to navigate as a patient and easy to find what you were looking for. MyChart in general is awful - it’s a guessing game to find what you are looking for. I’d give it zero stars!
Redundant
In thirty days, I have visited MSK multiple times. I have had to fill out the same information each time.

What bill?
I just received a bill in the mail for $177.20 for two visits in January 2025. I went to the app and could not find the original. I usually pay my bills within 2 weeks of receipt. What is going on?
Very Functionable Patient Portal!!
Never had any problems using this portal. Very efficient & easy to use!!
Frustrated
I can’t get through to my actual Provider and when I call the general number I can’t get the correct person. What happened to all the humans?
Team members
Sometimes I don’t see all my team members listed. Why don’t you have a listing of staff so I can add them to my team?
MyChart checking
Constantly asking the same questions over and over again for every visit is extremely frustrating. Even after filling out the information on line I was then asked the same questions when I checked in. I was told it was just do to the system migration and that everything should now be in the system. For an upcoming follow up visit I was just asked the same questions for online check in. I can maybe understand a one a year verification but not for every visit. The old system was a lot better. Even viewing test results was easier. You use to be able to go down a list of the results and see what was good or bad. Now the are in categories that contain multiple results and if one test is abnormal the whole category is abnormal. Then you have to click the category to find what is going on. This may be better for the doctors but not for me.
Notes and summaries

I am enjoying the new chart. It’s easy to read and contains all the info I’m looking for. The response from my visits have been extremely fast and very informative. Thank you!
Poorly implemented
Some of the most frustrating glitches have been fixed after months, but others remain. For example, unlike MSK’s previous app, you have to go through a gauntlet of questions before every appointment even multiple times for days with multiple procedures. Additionally, the app still tells you to print out orders from the doctor and bring them with you prior to blood tests. MSK does not require this, but the app tells you to do this. Also if you click on an email generated by the app, you are taken to the website, where have to separately authenticate yourself, and not to the app, as other health systems that use Epic’s MyChart manage to do. MSK is a superb health system, so it is surprising that their implementation has of MyChart has been so careless.

Updates are made frequently and timely. Great how all information is in one place and easily accessible. Visit notes are also uploaded timely
An abomination
I can’t contact anyone to reschedule an appointment. They send you to the phone where it’s nearly impossible to get to the right person
Scheduling appointments
With the old app it was easy to send messages to Dr office to schedule appointments. With this app is not easy to communicate.

It's unbelievable that you can be in the MSK Lab and 10 minutes later check the results on your phone. It's always so stressful waiting and MSK has totally eliminated that!
Too complicated for seniors
This portal is too complicated for the elderly. Patients should be contacted by phone.

The previous portal was far better. I could read segments of the record that I found pertinent. The new portal has dumbed down the information and made what is of interest to me difficult to locate.

New app
The app is very cumbersome there is no place to get information and help with a bill. No phone numbers are listed for your physician and in top I have been waiting over 12 days to get an answer on adding my insurance. Very disappointed
