Text is too high up on screen on onboarding but otherwise breathtaking
Completely idiot update
Are you people completely nuts, what is the point of this new app picker when it just adds more taps to get the same thing done as before?, you need to focus on the reliability of your service and stop adding useless additions that can’t even be called features, only an idiot would think that this app picker adds any value at all never mind that it was needed, fire the idiot!
From flatline to trend line
Please add a “Dynamic axis“ option (like on your website) to the Revenue, Downloads, Subscriptions and Ad Spend charts in the app 🙏

We love sharing screenshots of our revenue. Sadly the app icons no longer render. They are wire frame place holders instead.

Great
Cannot get the app working.
I’ve had the Appfigures app on two different phones now and I’ve just get that circle going round and round every time I try to open it. It just will not pull in the figures. I have messaged them and support is always good but no solutions. unfortunately this app has always been unusable across both phones I’ve tried to use it on.

Seriously limited
This app shows a seriously limited amount of data compared to what’s available on the web. It’s also really dated. I expected a lot more.
Needs a big revamp
It feels quite outdated and would probably benefit from a big revamp with modern native design and more functionality.

So helpful for any app developer who are serious about their apps! It helped realize understanding pros and cons of keywords, conversions and other things.
I can’t make this app do anything
Useless
Nice design but...
The design is really nice and it’s super easy to navigate between apps but I am disappointed by two points: - the deleted apps are displayed in the list and as far as I can tell you cannot remove them. Edit: it’s possible from the site. - if you select 1 day, you end up with no data most of the time because the figures are always released with a delay by Apple. Maybe that should the latest data available? Edit/ updated 1st point and rating.
Good but needs to show app rankings
What's there is good. But really needs to show rankings too. Otherwise I still have to go to the web app anyway. Years later and still no rankings in the app. :( I’d love to see keyword rankings here too.

Has been lacking features compared to website for years and lately has trouble even loading basic data

After 48 hours it seems to be working now. Glad it's getting updates now.
Far too expensive
Everything you get in this app you can get for free from iTunes connect. And everything else you can get for free from various ASO sites. If their fees were much lower, it may be worth the convenience factor. But as it stands, it’s just a pretty app with overpriced subscription.
Love appfigures, but mobile app lacks data
I highly recommend appfigures, but the iOS app, while it shouldn’t have anywhere near all of the features of the web app, should have more than it currently does. I always want to use it to lookup slightly more data, but have to go to the full web app to do so.

Bad Design with poor connections
The idea of this app sounded interesting but it doesn’t deliver. The service costs too much for the functionality that’s available, and the dat that is there isn’t reliable. Better off using App Store Connect or App Annie to get the data for your App and avoid this altogether.

Always missing data
Data is always delayed from google and Apple, but appfigures does not take this into consideration in the dashboard so always includes the last couple of missing days and therefore always shows apps as performing poorly overall. This design flaw has gone unmitigated for years
Does the job
I wish Appfigures provided more data in real time and that they provided more real time alerts in Slack for both ratings and reviews. Otherwise, I think it does the job and appreciate all the syncing it goes with the App Store.

Limited Functionality and Errors Out
The search and filtering functions are incredibly limited.

I love the app and how the information is organized. It’s great. But I spend 75% of my time in the waiting for loaders to finish. I’m not sure if the loading pattern is broken or what, but it seems weird that it wouldn’t just have all this data cached and ready to go. It shouldn’t be hitting servers every time I toggle to something else. Please check out why the app constantly loads, even the best working app in the world can’t overcome latency like this :(
Rating details need numerical info
When a rating is received I am not able to find the exact numerical data . Instead it just says positive neutral etc …. This is basic info … I expect you to plz add this

Better than a trillion dollar company app
Incorrect data - bad customer service
App functions well, but their subscription data for Android is incorrect and they refuse to correct it. They repeatedly blame Google for the issue and won’t provide an update on when it will be corrected. They also won’t give credit for lost service.
All UI over UX
The UI gets in the way. You want the info asap. I learn more from the email app figures send me than the app. Daily notification of downloads /profits would be good. Otherwise stopped using the app.
Works fine, but lacking features
The app shows the data fine, but the data you can see is a small fraction of what’s available on the website. I’d like to see that fraction be larger. Obviously not expecting full functionality (though it certainly isn’t impossible), but would like to see more than this for a paid service.

Hard to browse apps
If you have many products with long names or similar icons, you'll find the dial selector to be next to useless for browsing your apps (on iPhone, at least). The UI design looks very pretty, but is a fail from this perspective. Developers: please give an option to browse from a list, and consider those of us with long app titles!

Simple for analytics on the go
I check in on how my app is doing before I go to sleep using this app. The dashboard isn’t nearly as complex as the web app, but that’s to be expected given the limited screen real estate.

Features
Would like to choose more options when selecting days/dates from Dashboard. Maybe include This Month and Custom dates where we can add dates. I also would like a chart comparing this year and last year results, seeing them both side by side. Maybe even bring some features from the website. Like Ranks. Keep up the good work AF! Oh and also bring it over to iPad 👏🏽😊

Can't sync
The app doesn't seem to have an option to sync my accounts, so is pretty much useless for me as I still need to use the website to import the data.
