Horrible platform to purchase anything
We have ordered a 3 door wardrobe…delay in delivery and more delay in installation…no response from customer service or anyone…you can’t contact anyone to escalate the issue…full payment is taken upfront but after that no response is given…a very horrible experience for us…not a reliable platform for purchase

Delivered Defective Product, 4 weeks without resolution
Urban Ladder delivered a wardrobe that couldn't even be installed because a required part was missing. The engineer also noticed the issue during installation and promised a response within two days. To make matters worse, the wardrobe doors had visible marks, raising serious concerns about their quality-check process. Four weeks later, I'm still waiting for a replacement. There is no ETA, no accountable person, and no proper resolution. The only thing readily available is a chatbot repeatedly serving generic responses that do nothing to solve the customer's problem. The wardrobe was left disassembled lying in my living room from more than a month. This is an unacceptable way to treat a customer after taking full payment. Product issues can happen, but how a company handles those issues defines its customer service. Urban Ladder's handling of this case has been extremely disappointing. I would seriously reconsider buying from Urban Ladder again.

Poor return support and shop experience
The shop executive and support are poor Ordered a Pooja unit It came 2 weeks delayed and damaged. They took it back . But they show it as delivered. I had asked for refund and they said ok but nothing raised on the system by shop. We ordered something else. Now they show delivery after another week may be repaired one. And you are not part of this decisions . Looks like reliance management Call centre is sweet but no refund. Am staying away

Very bad Customer support and product not being delivered
Urban Ladder – Order marked delivered despite missing bed I am extremely disappointed with Urban Ladder’s service. I ordered a Hestasia Engineered Wooden Queen Size Bed, but only the mattress was delivered. Despite the bed not being delivered, the order has been marked as “delivered.” I have provided proof of the mattress delivery and have contacted customer support multiple times, but I have still not received a satisfactory resolution. The amount of time and effort I have had to spend following up for a product that I have already paid for is completely unacceptable. The customer service experience has been equally frustrating. An agent named Manu was extremely unhelpful and failed to take proper ownership of the issue. Instead of resolving the problem, I was left chasing the support team for answers. A company like Urban Ladder should have basic accountability when an order is incomplete. Marking an order as delivered when the main product has not been delivered is extremely concerning. I am now considering escalating this matter through the National Consumer Helpline and appropriate consumer authorities if Urban Ladder fails to resolve it promptly. I would strongly recommend that customers double-check their deliveries and delivery status carefully before considering their orders complete. Urban Ladder, I expect a proper resolution—not another generic response.

would give it -5 stars if i could. I ordered a cabinet from them, and they took forever to deliver it. Once it got delivered, the person who came to install, he found out that the Hinge was spoiled and he mentioned he would come back in a day or 2 to fix it. It has been over a month now, and I haven’t been able to get a hold of them. I have tried everything from raising a support to tried calling them, but nothing has worked. They keep telling me that give us two days to fix this, give us two days to figure it out but it has been a month, and they told me that it’s taking long because the part is customised and it has to get ordered. Today, I asked another local carpenter to have a look at the cabinet and tell me the issue and he said it’s a very simple issue, and that I just have to replace the Hinge which you can easily get outside itself, and he was willing to fix it then and there. The support people have just been lying to me and slinging me around. I am so annoyed. I will never trust those brand again, and I would not recommend anyone to buy from it if you care about your sanity.
Horrible platform to buy anything
I had ordered a sofa of 28K, first of all it’s just a three seater sofa but I thought the quality would be premium that’s why they are charging this much and I ordered which was the biggest mistake ever. After ordering the sofa on April 6th my delivery was continuously delayed for 20days. I had paid entire amount while ordering. After tons of follow ups I only heard one response that sofa is already sent out to vendor and we can’t do much but wait for the delivery. Everyday I got the response stating it will be delivered in 24hrs, 48hrs etc etc.. when asked for cancellation and refund they straight told we don’t have a cancellation policy so you must wait for the delivery. They don’t have any helpline number only way to reach to customer support is through app chat box which is only open on weekdays 9to6 and everytime you get a new support person and you have to repeat the entire story thousands of times. After waiting for more than a month finally I received my sofa. And guess what the sofa is not at all worth 28k, and it’s damaged!!! I’m so furious, upset and disappointed with urban ladder. They took so much of money, time, efforts, follow ups and still wasn’t able fulfill their responsibility. Very bad and useless platform please don’t order anything from them. Better go for IKEA. They have better products, prices and definitely they respect their customer. If my sofa is not returned I’m straight going to consumer court. That’s the only option left coz customer support is useless they aren’t gonna do anything about it!!!!

Product was ordered in mid-May with expected delivery date of 6-June. And on 11-June order status still shows as order placed with no further in last 4 weeks. Have been calling customer care repeatedly for days with concrete updates regarding delivery. A waste of time & energy ordering furniture from Urban Ladder. Better off purchasing elsewhere.

My furniture is lying in the box from last 5 days. Till now nobody has contacted for installation. They have told that if the box is opened without their presence then they won’t take ownership if the item is damaged. Not able to reach anyone via chat or call. Will not buy from this platform again

Wrong delivery article
I don’t know why i choose this platform, since vast and very robust options are in amazon. My order Id- UL69AEDF7A01FE8376C4 have comparatively higher price among other platform.. i didn’t received same color that i had opted. No service, no customer care. Their bot is also pathetic. Not going in life to opt Urban ladder again
