Amazing customer service
After buying the incorrect tickets for a Pacha event, I contacted Xceed who were more than happy to help me this sort this with no problems at all. All I had to do was repurchase the correct tickets to then be able to get a full refund on the incorrect ones. Miguel’s response was quick and extremely friendly!

Han cambiado la interfaz y ahora es como un navegador que te muestra su web. No funciona, intentas dar a los iconos y no funcionan.

No conozco mucho la aplicación porque no me ha dado tiempo, pero el servicio técnico es excelente, muy buen trato.
What a downgrade
The new design is terrible, laggy and has a terrible UX, please dm me if u need help with it (for free)... that will just make the app usage worse
Non mi fa entrare con apple
Dopo essere uscito da solo dall’account non mi fa piu fare l’accesso tramite apple id dicendo che non è stato possibile ottenere tutti i dati necessari
Brilliant customer service
I accidentally purchased the wrong date on a event I’m attending at Pacha this October. I emailed Xceed and instantly received a very helpful response from Miguel. He helped me resolve this issue, from which I bought the correct event & with this proof of purchase, Miguel then processed my refund straight away which came into my account the next day! Thank you Xceed :)
Mal funcionamiento de la app
Por favor actualicen la aplicación , llevo meses tratando de editar mis datos y de dar favorito a conciertos u eventos y no me función.

Desde la ultima reseña que puse hace tiempo porque no me funcionaba ahora ha mejorado la App bastante
Why?
Buon pomeriggio, l’app era veramente fatta bene, non ho mai avuto problemi all’entrata, non si bloccava mai, la gestione e gli acquisti erano molto semplici ed era anche molto più “maneggevole/pulita” a livello di design. Ho detto era perché dall’ultimo aggiornamento è cambiato tutto. Si riesce ancora ad acquistare biglietti ma con molta più difficoltà, l’app risulta molto più difficile da usare e con continui lag soprattutto nella sezione “profilo”. Veramente non capisco il motivo di questo aggiornamento dove non vi sono nemmeno nuove funzionalità se non un cambio radicale (e secondo me molto peggiore) dell’estetica. È giusto che un applicazione si aggiorni ma lo deve fare in meglio. Se ricreerete un’app fatta bene non avrò problemi ad assegnarvi 5 stelle come avevo già fatto in passato. Grazie

Very easy to use and helpful staff
I bought a ticket without an account set up so I messaged on instagram and they sorted it straight away without me having to do anything. Now I don’t have to print off my ticket for our event at pacha in Ibiza - they are all stored in the app. Highly recommend.

No te dejan devolver la entradas y el servicio técnico tarda mucho.
Muy buena
Gran experiencia al utilizar ésta app. Fluidez, sencilla de utilizar y sobretodo, bien adaptada (Iphone XR). Por fin una aplicación que integra apple pay. No le pongo las 5 estrellas porque no permite agregar las entradas a Wallet, pero de resto muy buena experiencia de usuario.

Veramente indecente. Gli acquisti fatti sul sito non si riescono a ritrovare e continui errori e disconnessioni. Rispetto a DICE non c’è paragone.

Bello che mette il genere musicale su ogni evento, subito da scartare o informarti su quello che ti interessa ma carente sugli eventi, su resident advisor ne trova il triplo con dettagli maggiori.
Must have app
This is a must have app for all party goers. It easily allows me to see all the events going on in my city! It not only shows me all the events around me, but makes it incredibly easy to buy tickets for them even when outside the club. 5/5 you'd be silly not to download this app

Manque de fonctionnalité
On ne peut pas mettre ses tickets dans Wallet. Si on achète ses tickets via le site internet du club, on ne peut pas les ajouter à l’application.

Really great app, useful and easy to use! Directed me to the best nights in Barcelona and allowed me to get my ticket outside the club! Would definitely recommend using this app.
Paying fees for no support
Buying a ticket with fees, but they can’t refund you if the venue cancels the event. You need to chase them yourself.

Antes me cargaba todo perfectamente pero a raíz de la última actualización, en mi iphone5S no carga ningún evento, ni siquiera la ciudad.. arreglarlo por favor que es un app muy útil. Gracias!

La idea es buena, y a veces resulta útil, pero en lineas generales se cuelga no enseña todas las fiestas ni todos los clubs siempre, que quizá escape a la capacidad de la gente que gestiona la app, pero resulta frustrante la mayoría de veces.
